Hi, I came here to eat with my mom my sister and my child. We got here waiting for 30 minutes. No one serviced us you have all these other families coming in that are Caucasian and they do not serve Black people unless you have a Caucasian friend with you if you’re all black, you’re going in there to eat, they won’t serve you. I had the waiter walk around me and my family and watched that is why we were there and waited till we left then picked up the menus in a booster seat so if you’re black, I don’t recommend unless you have a white friend with you, that’s all really rude and not customer friendly if you’re black.

Food was great as usual but I’m writing this review because of the amazing service my sisters and I received from Naomi. She was very attentive, kind and helpful. We’re glad she told us about the app and how it works and we signed up. Having employees like Naomi who give an outstanding service, makes you want to come again and again.

Where do I even begin I always do the killer takeout deal but after a long day we decided to go in and hands down was one of the best experiences we had. luckily we got Jane not only polite but an absolute rockstar juggling multiple tables on a busy Tuesday night adding her flare and personality to conversations and expertise even changing the channel while multitasking she’s just a gem and even Hannah was super friendly and kind it truly makes me want to come back for dinner asap!

Worst service I’ve ever had!
We sat at our table for 20 minutes before the server even came by to take our drink and appetizer order. It took another 20 minutes just to get a beer and a “strawberry lemonade” that came straight from the fountain—no lemon, no strawberries.
After waiting another 40 minutes for the loaded hash browns appetizer, I finally went to the to-go counter to place the rest of my order for takeout. The hostess was the only helpful person he took my order and even made sure I got the correct strawberry lemonade to go.
When my food finally came out, the server asked if I wanted her to “keep an eye out” for my to-go order, which made no sense since I had to place it myself. I even went to the bar to ask for a manager, but nothing was done to fix the situation.
To top it off, when I left, I still didn’t get my second drink a Pepsi I had ordered to go. The manager’s only comment was that she wished all his employees worked as hard as the hostess. That says it all. I’ll never be coming back here again.
I would have gotten way better service & bang for my buck if I would’ve just went to In-N-Out Burger to spend $50 on 2 drinks, burgers and fries that I just ended up throwing away when I got home!!

I’m reminded why I want to like Buffalo Wild Wings but don’t. The atmosphere was great. The server was great! But the operations were just frustrating. The entire table of 10 – so a big group- all ordered hamburgers with a $1 side of wings (pretty good deal!) But the time from when the first burger came to the table and the last two burgers was 35min. Not very professional, and this was on a Tuesday evening- not very busy. Also, they do not offer lettuce wraps and would not allow the one vegetarian in the group get the vegetarian burger deal with the vegetarian wings (cauliflower wings). Just seemed like a gross oversight with no person to trump the big corporate decision that the real wings couldn’t be substituted out for the vegetarian option even with the vegetarian burger option.

First of all this place is pricey the fries cost almost five dollars and you get less than what a McDonalds large fry would give you. The wings have a lot of meat on them and the flavor variety is big. But so is the price. Lunch with a tip cost me over 20 bucks. Good atmosphere, slow service, clean bathrooms. I have been here twice now, not sure if I will return or not. They do have a some really big TVs and lots of sports. Might be a good place to watch a football game.

This is my second attempt at buffalo wild wings. I ordered our food to go thru online. As we arrived to pick up the food, we decided, “Hey, it’s empty inside.” We should we just eat inside. So I ask the server at the takeout area if we can just dine in and sit in a booth. She instantly said “unfortunately you can’t. Those are for paying customers only.” Then I looked around and pointed out that there was a whole row of empty booths. She then said “your welcome to sit by the bar area with no waiter.” I didn’t like that she assumed we weren’t going to tip or order additional food, and clearly, we are paying customers. We then sat down by the bar with my toddler. A very friendly waiter came by and said, “Hey, do you guys need anything ? , I have booths open, and I can be your server. ” By then, we were already eating our food. But we did order drinks and additional food. And we did end up tipping our awesome waiter. It just sucks that because that lady said WE CAN’T. We didn’t. I then spoke to the manager, and she said it is possible to sit and dine in, even after ordering online. So this employee is making up her policies. The food was good, but the service for sure could have been way better to begin with. I totally get it if it’s super busy and people are flocking in or major game is on. But it was so slow they could have accommodated.

I didn’t really want to eat here on this day but, someone claimed they were dizzy and probably needed to eat something when I was ready to go run my errands. Anyways I had some chicken wings and apparently the burgers at Buffalo wild wings are said to be good. I’ll be the judge of that on my next visit. I wasn’t pleased with the fact that they use baby carrots as garnish instead of fresh chopped carrots and celery. My chicken was good. Lemon Pepper & Chipotle barbeque and he got a cheeseburger with bacon. It was pretty empty and the windows look dark. Force minute I thought the place was closed.

Amazing wings! Lauren our server was super kind & accommodating to our big family dinner. Initially it was not entirely enjoyable because they called another party before us.. but Lauren saved us by getting us in promptly before the weekend rush this past weekend. Highly recommend the food & request that you request Lauren!
