Service was disappointing from the moment we walked in. We waited about 15 minutes for a table without any acknowledgment. Mariana, made eye contact with me twice but never smiled, greeted us, or communicated about the wait. Instead, she focused on refilling napkins, which apparently took priority over guests standing there waiting.
After finally being seated, we waited another 10 minutes before being helped. Our waiter was okay — he took our order and the food came out fairly quickly — but the overall experience reminded me why I don’t usually come here.
What really concerned me was seeing a cook come out of the kitchen touching his nose and then return to the kitchen area. I didn’t see him wash his hands, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and food safety.
Customer service and cleanliness set the tone for a restaurant, and unfortunately, this visit missed the mark.

You know I been here at at 7 :30 I been waited until 9:20 they haven been even have a table for us to set and eat although there were a lot of table within the restaurant but they were not willing to set people it’s really occurred for me that customers that were waiting they were not willing to help them to eat it’s very strange this location missed mange by their a shift manger or general manager they have to take look more in to their business because they can’t afford to survive

B- Dubs quality has fallen tremendously. The wings just taste okay ish. What got me is the carrots don’t even taste right. The service is just so slow. The bartender on 9/13/25 around 6:30 pm. Destiny is awesome, even though she was busy and trying to serve her customers she kept a great Attitude. For take out, the guy just was ready to just be off. I get it everything is getting expensive but corporate needs to know that they need quality food and staff. I rather make wings at home.

We arrived a group of 3 people and no one answered to sit us down, after 15 minutes we tried to sit at a table and a waiter came to tell us no, to wait in front quite rude, after a girl attended us letting us sit at the bar, they asked us for our IDs, when delivering my permanent residence the bartender told me that she could not receive it, and I told her “she has my date of birth” and she said you need a California ID which does not make sense if you come from another state, I told her and she said “no, I can’t attend them” when my Residence is an official ID. Terrible service.

BWW IS CONSISTENTLY A GOOD SPOT FOR SOME TASTY WINGS. Had some boneless wings, tots, and a cold beverage. Had pleasant experience. Food came out fast and hot. Great way to end the day.

Order a double shot the manager came over and said here’s your shot when I said I ordered a double she looked at the glass and said yea it’s a double set it down and told my server I was pissed about my drink . Ordered a burger and in the picture you will see what they sent me just like my drink lacking. What a disappointment bdubs what’s going on here.

Came on a Saturday and restaurant wasn’t even operating at half capacity with the waiting area full. My husband asked if they were short-staffed and they replied that servers were just taking their break? At the same time apparently. We waited for over 30 minutes and there was no sense of urgency for the issue.

Ordered mango habanero, super dry barely any sauce covering the wings. The fries were so cold and stale. The wait was insane! 40 minutes when it appeared 90% tables were empty and plenty of staff members just standing around congregating to talk.

Food comes out fairly quickly but bar service can be a bit chaotic on busy game days. They need more than one bartender. Hard to get the attention of 1 person when theres a bar full. Food is good and their carrots and celery are always tender and crispy and waitresses are pleasant.
