I had a good time, The food took a bit of a long time to get served, The staff was very nice , I expected more attention on serving the small stuff like lime, napkins, ketchup and ranch, I guess they were more attentive on how well was the food they just keep asking how did I like it? I mean food did not taste bad.

As usual, love the Asian zing and that’s basically the only reason I come back. The combo I also ordered had a bunch of food and was good for $30 bucks I suppose. This location asks for your card before you order, I’m assuming because people dine and dash? My server also charged me $100 when my order was less than half that much so I had to correct that for her. She was apologetic and friendly so it wasn’t a big deal but I almost got overcharged 300%.

Don’t waste your money and time here. The server with blond highlights she wears gloss I think her name starts with a T she will catch an attitude for doing her job. She will try to be quick and mess up on orders then take hours to re make the food. She will assume she knows what everyone wants and jump ahead without letting you finish ordering. Keep in mind I am very patient because i worked in customer service before but i have never been treated this way. It was unacceptable. It was like she picks and chooses who she want to give good service too. I Will never come back here again. Buffalo needs to do better and hire better people with better service. This was not it .

I’ve ordered three tacos that come with fries and salsa and 2 Buffalo birds dawgs with cheese on my season’s fries with ranch on the side for take outs and almost none of that got delivered no season fries no nachos no salsa and no ranch and the proportion of the food or so small

If I could give 0 starts I would. I came here to eat with family July 3rd 2023 around 11:30pm at night, to start off we asked to get seated in a different area and the employee told us it was fine 10 minutes later another employee came to tell us we can’t sit there because the area is closed and already clean so we moved to a different table. A few minutes after the waitress was taking our drink orders a lot of us were ordering water so then the waitress completely ignores the rest of my family and says “water for everyone since everyone is saying water” she was super rude and had an attitude we were all shocked at the customer service we were receiving. I believe her name was Theresa I couldn’t really read her name tag since it was smeared but she was around 20-25 years old. They also got both our orders wrong we had to wait over 30 minutes for the right food to be ready when they came with our food we were all done and ready to go, when we were almost leaving they had sat some other party where they told us we weren’t allowed to sit down. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location

Just picked up my order from Buffalo wild wings. The wings look dry as hell almost no sauce on them you can’t even taste the buffalo sauce. Also didn’t get my two buffalo dipping sauces with my potato wedges that I paid extra for. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN. How do you have two girls checking orders and they’re still messing up I’m not driving back 15 minute drive just to pick up some sauce shaking my darn head.

I order some wings to go and I was so disappointed my wings were super salty , It literally felt like if the whole salt just fell on top of it! Honestly if any of you guys would’ve try it you wouldn’t be able to eat not even one . So freaken disappointed this was a waste of my money and my time !

Phew! We were visiting and thought we’d hit up a BWW’s because how could we go wrong. The service, the food were less than desirable. Asked for extra crispy wings and that didn’t happen. Took forever to get bleu cheese that I asked for. Had to ask for napkins. Music was kinda loud for a restaurant. Makes me appreciate our local BWW’s

Very busy place. Prepare to open a tap, otherwise you won’t be served. They require a deposit or a credit card upfront. It’s weird and unusual business behavior. We ordered a crispy chicken rap, Caesar salad , and wings. It takes one hour for the food to reach the table. The music is too high. It didn’t appeal to my taste. The waiter forgot the sides and wasn’t happy when we reminded him. They ran out of plates; the plates are carton boxes . I didn’t like the salad; it wasn’t fresh and crispy. Next time, I’ll go to wings stop.
