I visited store #03575 at the Outlets of Orange on March 1, 2026, between approximately 1:20 PM and 2:30 PM. Unfortunately, the experience reflected a serious breakdown in service, communication, and basic operational standards.
After being seated, we placed both our drink and food orders at the same time. Our drinks did not arrive until about 15 minutes later, and refills were only provided after another 15 minutes had passed. While the delay in beverages was frustrating, the larger issue was the complete failure to deliver our food in a timely manner.
We waited a full hour before attempting to inquire about the status of our 20-piece wing order and fries. During that time, we observed several parties who arrived after us receive their meals well before we did, which led us to question whether our order had been properly entered into the system.
When we tried to ask another server for assistance, we were met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior. No one was able to provide a clear update on our order, nor did anyone take responsibility for resolving the situation. The lack of communication, urgency, and accountability was extremely disappointing.
Waiting over an hour for a simple wings-and-fries order without explanation is unacceptable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers do not have a similar experience.

Incompetence at its finest .
40+ minutes to pick up an Uber eats order placed 1 hour ahead, from the time the app notified me the order was read. None of the employees there could provide an update on what the delay was.
Requested to speak to a manager and he or she never showed up . On top of that the wings look more like bitten chicken nuggets crumbs . Only order 20 wings and fries. I will definetly stay away from ordering here again . Will stuck with other restaurants. Not woth the time and money at least at this BWWs location.
Update: the wings are inedible. They are mostly hard, burt bread with hardly any chicken in it.

Visited on a Sunday evening around 5–6 PM and it was quite busy. The staff were friendly and did their best, but it seemed a little understaffed for the crowd that day. We had a 25-minute wait to get seated and another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. The wings and sides were fresh and tasty, and the atmosphere with multiple big screens made it a great spot to watch a game. The bill came to about $30–$40 for two people, which felt reasonable for the experience. A good place overall, just expect a bit of a wait during peak hours

Ordered my Birthday wings on the app. I came last year and got them from here I’ve come here a few times the food was always good and fresh. However not today it was not. The wings were clearly old and dried up no meat on the bones tasted like they got it out of the trash can or picked it off someone’s plate or maybe it was in the back from leftover meat . I’ll never go back there my husband and I both took one bite and spit it out. People can get food poisoning from this food don’t eat here it’s awful what a waste of my time! The place was empty for a reason. Staff don’t care about it and there was only one person working. This is very insulting to give someone old food im a mother and almost gave this food to my toddler to try good thing I tried it first so horrible ♀️

Was shopping in the area and stopped by for fuel and wings. Sat in the bar area, the bartender is the server and she was nice and friendly. Got my drinks (well mixed) fast and my wings quick…all are good. Just a typical chill bar with plenty of TVs of all type of sports. They do play loud music but great vibe. They also have dinning and outdoor sections.

Horrible experience! I ordered food online at 12:48pm. I got to the restaurant to pick it up and they hadn’t even started so I had to wait 20 minutes. I finally get my order, leave, only to find out they forgot 20 wings!!! Half my order was missing so I drive back. They remake everything, I leave only to find out they made the wrong wings. It’s now 2pm and I’m home frustrated with STILL the wrong order. On top of that, the forgot 3 ranch orders and an order of carrots. WHO IS WORKING HERE?! SO UNORGANIZED.

Very disappointed- we ordered 3 drinks that we were told each time they were out- after reminding our server that we hadn’t gotten them. Diego did try to save us money based on our wing order which we appreciate. But thats it. While we were waiting for our drinks and food. 2 ladies came in never got helped and walked out. I don’t blame them. You should really look at your staff because ORLANDO and TAWNIA where the ONLY ones working and they were busting their asses the entire time while everyone else was being lazy or talking to friends not working. If we could give reviews for staff Orlando & Tawnia deserve 5 stars and a raise. Everyone else 1 star because a star is required for rating or it would be 0. I never leave bad reviews but the service was horrible all around. Very sad seeing 2 people do everything.
