I had such an amazing experience thanks to Cidney and Emilee! The service was truly outstanding. They were both so knowledgeable about the menu and helped me navigate all the drink options when I wasn’t sure what to choose. I didn’t even know what flavor I was in the mood for, and they recommended the Vampire — it was SO good.
Their energy, patience, and genuine friendliness made the whole visit feel special. The place itself was also super clean, including the bathrooms, which I always notice and appreciate. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and the TouchTunes added a great vibe while hanging out.
Honestly, I’ll keep coming back because of this level of service. It’s out of this world and something I rarely experience anywhere else. Huge thank you to Cidney and Emilee for making my visit such a great one!

This place was absolutely amazing. Awndre was, by far, the best server I’ve had in over a decade. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and showed outstanding people skills, especially with my autistic daughter, which meant more to us than I can put into words.
If you’re anywhere nearby, I highly recommend stopping in. Amazing food, a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and truly one of the best servers in California, if not the entire West Coast.

I had a great lunch at this really nice BWW location in Triangle Square. There are a lot of good deal and a large beer selection. Cidney is super friendly and knowledgeable of the deals. I highly recommend this location!

Was ignored by the employee as I’m standing near the go order area. Finally had to get his attention grabs my food and then just throws it on the counter as I’m reaching for it. Just terrible rude service. Whatever, we’re hungry. We get home and the food is cold like it’s been sitting for a while. They forgot the ranch, carrots, and celery that we specifically added on the order. We should have just gotten McDonalds nuggets and made our own buffalo wings honestly.
Just a terrible experience overall. Should have read the reviews beforehand.

Terrible service. 70% of the tables were open and ready for service but the staff, who was really rude was not seating people right at kickoff on Sunday chose to make people wait 20-30 minutes before seating. They didn’t want to seat anyone and was very rude literally forcing people to wait outside. Up until then we were going to BWW every Sunday to watch our team play and yesterday they ruined it and ended our loyalty to this mediocre establishment. We found another place to spend money and enjoy football. Won’t be back. ✌

Ordered traditional wild wings with Garlic Parmesan and Nashville sauce. They tasted good. The waitress (bartender) was professional and nice. The interior design can be improved similar to other branches. Ordered draft bud light which was good.

I used to get Bdubs every week about 7 years ago for 2 years straight (my high school memories). They have gone in the wrong direction, my boy. When the Bird Dawgs first came out, it was just like the ads in the picture. But now… look at that picture. The chicken is about half of the bun. The fries were hard(probably leftovers from the last order). The service was terrible, too; there were no water refills, and it took the server 15 minutes to get to my ranch(I finished most of my food at this point). I tried it after a year and was unsure if I would ever return.
