Buffalo Wild Wings is still a reliable, mainstream spot when you want to catch a game, but the food has definitely taken a step down over the years. The wings and sauces are hit-or-miss lately, and overall quality just isn’t what it used to be. The atmosphere is solid and service is usually fine, but the kitchen doesn’t always deliver like it did in the past. Still an easy option for sports, beers, and a quick bite—just manage expectations.

I ordered on the app for pick-up expecting my order to be ready the time given on the app. I was wrong. I had to wait a long time for my order. I was ignored in the small corner for take-out orders. The employees focused solely on the bar. The restaurant was not even busy. Everytime I had a question or concern I had to walk to the front where the bar was to ask a question about my order. The employees were gathered and talking near the bar, but they were not focused on pick-up orders. I had to ask multiple times to at least get my first order, because I had a child that needed to eat to take her meds. The second order took so long that I finally asked for a refund and manager. I was told that they may not be able to refund the order because it was processed on the app. When I finally received my order my fries were hard and cold. They were so hard someone would have broken a tooth trying to eat them. If you order pick-up, prepare to wait for a long time here and to be ignored. I will not be coming here again. This was a waste of time and money. I could have spent my money elsewhere to get better service and better food. I love Buffalo Wild Wings and ate at multiple locations, but this one is by far the worst.

And don’t even get me started on the servers. Lindsay, Jared, Sarah, Dani, Mackenzie, Todd, Tara, and Nate are the kind of folks you actually look forward to seeing. Friendly, dialed-in, and somehow always one step ahead. They make the place feel less like a chain restaurant and more like the kind of local hangout you brag about to your friends.
Then there’s the management — Jessie, Amber, and Christina — the glue that keeps the whole operation humming. You can tell the moment you walk in that the leadership’s solid. The staff’s happy, the service is smooth, and the whole place just feels run right.

We have a bad experience every time we come. And it is specifically due to the service. Our first visit, the female waiter forgot our drinks, we sat there watching her have conversations with employees. We got out food, she asked if we needed anything and we replied “our drinks” then she blamed it on another employee saying she asked them to get them. We never got refills and the whole time she placed blame on other people.
Next, our male waiter was rude.

We came to visit the Ancient Indian burial ground and decided to drop in. We walked in and were pleasantly greeted by Scott. He was the bartender and was the only waiter there. Young guy it was so nice to see him happy pleasant and in such a great mood aside the fact he was doing it all on his own. Food was so delicious Scott made sure we knew what was the best and most delicious options. Im a director of Ops and its not something you see every day from his generation let alone my own to provide amazing customer service with a smile and still giving it his all. Such a treasure to have as an employee and as a server.

I had a great experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location today. I was in the area because my wife was attending a Bachelorette party in the winery so I had to stay in the area. I found parking okay and when I walked inside, I sat at the bar since it’s opening seating. A waitress greeted me right away and I got a Mountain Dew. The mountain dew they brought out had some black stuff in it so I asked for another one. They had the PGA Master tournament on so I was watching that and ended up getting their All American cheeseburger for my entrée. I basically sat in the bar area for like 6 hours watching the PGA Masters and then UFC 300. The food was great, my server was attentive to me and kept checking up on me. The bathroom here is also very clean compared to other Buffalo wild wings location I been to. Overall I had a great experience here.

First time here, they have a great deal $12.95 for 10 wings , fries and a drink. I had the habanero and parmesan garlic they were great also had a habanero sweet alcoholic beverage there was so many TV to watch Sunday night football great service fast and very attentive. Will definitely be back .

I met a nice guy at the bar and we watched the game together. We had the TV adjusted by Jared Scott was our bartender and he did an amazing job ! He was friendly and well spoken.
Definitely recommend this place to watch a game !
