The food here at this Buffalo Wild Wings is pretty good. Some of the wings were a tad over done but overall they were good. I ordered the Caribbean jerk sauces wings and lemon pepper dry rub. I wasn’t a big fan of the Caribbean Jerk but I will definitely try a different sauce next time. Good thing I ordered the Lemon pepper as that’s always on point. We also ordered some chicken tacos, pretzel bites and mozzarella sticks to round off the dinner. Service was good and the waiter was attentive to all of his tables that I saw. Overall this was a good experience.

I ordered 12 boneless Mango Habanero Wings with fries and Dr. Pepper. The server was giving ok service. He forgot asked me if I wanted ranch or blue cheese and I also forgot to mention it. So when my food was brought out, they assumed I wanted ranch. Then I realized I didn’t have utensils at the table. I then got his attention that I wanted blue cheese not ranch and that I didn’t have utensils. He had a coworker bring to our table like 5 forks and like 4 knives and that server walked away quickly. Then I kinda laughed with myself because I thought it was insane for them to not really care about the service or work they are doing. I was sitting with my friend at this point and she also said why so many. Anyways the wings were good, in the past the wings were not too crunchy, BWW must have changed the supplier. Another thing I let the server know is that my friend ordered the fries and hers had more smaller pieces and she wasn’t enjoying them much. I’ve gone to other BWW and the service is a bit better than this one. I hope management begins to coach the servers on how give better service and making sure the table has what it needs.

Jesus was amazing I just want to make sure he gets credit for his amazing customer service. Karla the manager was horrible yelled at a customer for wanting a tv changed. If it wasn’t for Jesus we would have been out. How embarrassing for the people she was yelling at. She should be written up or talked to for her horrible behavior.

Wings!!! Yes, I get excited with wings and beer. But this place in particular is really cool. The servers are very nice and polite. The wings are real good here, just fried and tossed in the sauce. Every time I’ve been to this one, I have a good experience. Their happy hour is good as well. It has like a small town feeling, they check on you often. Good customer service. Very clean. If you’re in the area, stop by. Wings and beer, you cant beat that!

So you can’t order food over the phone for pick up if it’s over $50, the owner here wants you to order through a delivery service and pay more. The excuse was that they have a lot of people order and not pick up…I guess the owner thinks very low of the good people here in Temecula/Murietta. I’m here now wasting time, time that I could have saved had I been able to phone in the order and pick up….45 plus minutes for pick up… ridiculous!!!! Terrible leadership at this place.

Food order took 35 minutes or more to get our food.
Food was lousy, French fries were cold, old and hard.
Chicken looked and tasted like frozen chicken that was heated. Chicken coating was hard to bite into and again it was cold. Eat at your own risk.

I stopped here for lunch with my daughter on a Saturday around 2 in the afternoon. It wasn’t too busy and we were seated right away. We order 20 traditional wings (naked-no sauce) mild sauce on the side, with blue cheese and ranch. We also asked for a side order of the chili con queso. I didn’t take a picture but it looks like they changed the recipe and it was too watery for our liking. Too watery to really be able to dip anything in it. The service was great and fast.

Atrocious experience. Made us wait 45 minutes after seating us to tell us we wouldn’t be able to dine in and we would have to take our food to go. I had to get my daughter fed and they still had people inside the restaurant while they told us this. Their reasoning was they couldn’t get the order in before their time limit at 10:30 quick enough. Never have been treated so poorly at a restaurant in our lives and we travel and eat out all of the time with the family. Was embarrassed and disappointed. We ended up leaving after speaking to the manager who had 0 empathy or remorse and started the conversation with “there is nothing I can do” We left and took our daughter to a fast food drive through which ironically had amazing service and felt refreshing after being treated so poorly in bizzaro-land.

Worst lunch with my husband only one other table was occupied 40 mins to get order, food was cold and metal trays was warmer than food. Boneless wings looked like butchered chicken tenders. We only ate nothing but a bite or two. Was never asked how our food was from Jessica as I was ready to comment luke warm disgusting was $60 and was charged for sauce cups ?????? Should’ve stuck with the lunch date for Nashville angry chics hot chicken way better

First off let me say my fault. I ordered online through postmates and I didn’t know my husband had also called in a phone order. Xavier went above and beyond to not only call postmates to cancel my online order but went as far as asked if and how long it would take to get my money back. He was very generous, and my order was done quick and I asked for extra sauce, everything was above and beyond. Great customer service, we need more people like Xavier.
***UPDATE*** 🙂 I had to add to this review. I usually dont do a second or update. The one in Menifee my wings are usually always dry despite me asking them for extra wet wings. I don’t mind driving all the way to this specific location for my wings. Whoever answered the phone this time was an awesome young lady I asked for extra wet and extra sauce on the side and she was very nice and she literally went above and beyond. I’ll leave a picture the wings are seriously extra wet. Thank you to whoever answered the phone today and made my day! You are too sweet.
