Dude never again, we got here at 8pm and they said a 10-15 minute wait, which it was just about. We sit down and they come to ask what drinks we would like after 5 minutes no big deal. We order our soda and food right away. I ask before I order how the free appetizer works from the app and the waitress says she will take my phone number at the end and ask which appetizer I want, I asked for onion rings and she put it in. 30 minutes go by, no check in at our table, our drinks needed refills 15 minutes ago. After 45 minutes she comes by and says the food is taking a little bit longer because they are back up, I totally get it, it’s fine. She asks if she can refill our drinks and we do. After that no check in for about 30 more minutes until the food came, we got sat at the table about an hour and 15 minutes ago at that point. Our order was wrong but honestly it wasn’t that off just they gave me a burger with no tomato and tater tots when I ordered a burger with everything on it and fries. Whatever. I don’t care i’m hungry. The food is so cold which I expected it to be fresh since it took so long. Only ate a few bites and figured i’ll just take it home and heat it up whatever I kinda just wanted to leave already. Again no check in, and hard to get her attention for boxes. We get boxes and the check and the onion rings were full price so I asked if she could put my number in and she takes my phone number and says “oh it didn’t go through, I guess it’s a side” So i’m just looking at her with a smile on my face trying to hold it in and she goes “i hope that’s okay” but like with no real care in her voice. Whatever. I just paid and left. Just never again I guess I learned my lesson.

Has to be the worst service that I’ve experienced in a long while. Have to wait forever to talk to a server. Have to wait forever to get the food. Ordered a couple of bottles of rub and they gave me 2 tiny containers. I asked if these were what you got for $5. The server said they don’t set the prices. I had to follow up and say so this a bottle? They then went back and actually got me my bottles. Will not be coming back here any time soon, likely ever.

Came in to eat . wasn’t busy at all , sat down right away , but waited 15 minutes to get a Drink ! I’m so sorry but that’s not ok . Valerie girl , it’s ok to ask for help . Food was fresh and delicious no complaints there . But that’s ac was pumping! It was so cold in there ! It ended up make our wings cold ! I truly feel like after the remodel they did years ago their service / maintenance have went down hill . The one in San Bernardino is so much better! Don’t bother coming here . They make u feel like an inconvenience for them . Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

We came for a weekday lunch. Got stuck there for an hour and a half. Service was snail-like. Food took 30 minutes to arrive even though there were only like 8 tables full. When our burgers and fries finally did arrive, everything was cold. The fries tasted like they were 2 hours old even though the manager promised, “They just came out of the fryer.” We have a feeling the food sat on the pass for 15 minutes while the waitress was MIA. Our waitress only check on us once after we got the food. We actually had to flag her down to get our check after sitting for 15 minutes with NO STAFF in sight. I won’t be going back to this establishment.

This location closes at 2 am. Me and my friends showed up at 11:30pm on Wednesday. There was no host to acknowledge us or seat us so we waited around 5 mins, and just decided to go sit at the bar area. There was maybe 3-4 groups of people seated, but it was not busy at all, almost empty establishment. We wait around another 10 mins for someone to come take our drink order. There are waiters and staff that look at us, but never come to our table. In fact they seemed more interested in talking to the people who were already seated, not as in they are taking their orders or anything, just plain casual conversation. We left, I don’t understand how this is even remotely okay. If the location closes at 12 I would’ve understood why, but to not even acknowledge us, the bare minimum is very disappointing.

Horrible experience. Waiter ANDRE was very inattentive and made us uncomfortable by making a comment regarding “ICE.” Took 20 minutes just for our table to be approached and take our order for drinks, DRINKS. After that he never came back to check on our table, give a status update on our food, our apologize for the wait. But he sure did go around to all the other tables to make sure they were good and gave them their drinks and food, even to tables who had arrived AFTER us. I let the manager know of this horrible experience and poor service and she was no better. She just “apologized” and offered our drinks to go as a solution. We went for FOOD not drinks. BAD ALL AROUND. DO NOY RECOMMEND.

Drinks were cold and of a wide selection. I was able to drink all of the Guinness in the building, though. Pretzel knots were tasty with a nice beer cheese sauce and a stone ground mustard for dipping. Ordered Nashville Hot bone in Wings. Took forever to bring them, but it was Wild Card weekend so I figured they were slammed. By the times thevwings were saved the sauce had congested and the wings were cool. Looked someone forgot them in the window for about a half hour. Nashville Hot was also not even remotely hot, which having lived in Nashville for 15 years, was more than a little disappointing.

Service is so bad here I’m unsure what they do or how they get paid but they don’t even try 5 years ago this place was on it idk what’s going on but they need some intervention up in this place 4 tables no food sat here for 1 hour til she took the order this happened last month for sure I will never be back

My Bf and I were excited to go here for the first time in years, never again. It is not the same as it once was. We were told to find a clean table which was difficult as you can see from the photos below. The entire time we were surrounded by trash and half eaten food not a single employee attempted to clean up. They weren’t short staffed either, plenty of workers just walking around. The Parmesan garlic wings were atrocious, and the fried pickles were doughy, barely fried. The carrots were just old crusty baby carrots and the celery had brown haze around it. The only decent wing was the original hot and even then it was dry af. Unfortunately we spent $80 for terrible service and worse food. And no, I do not want to go to a separate website and leave a review for you to go over with your team, this place is out of pocket and no amount of reviews will help you. Fire everybody and renovate. Absolutely the worst.

I’m not sure what is going on here, but it ain’t right whatever it is. For starters, I’ve worked at restaurants. Servers are usually given a certain section. That way they are coming into contact with the people in their section. It makes being there for somebody much more likely. Here it seemed that servers received patrons on a first come, first served basis. So your server will service the entire floor. You will have to flag down this person when you need something because they won’t have another customer within 5 or more tables of you.

The bar has no booths like other locations do. It’s all high top seating.

The times for food and drink delivery are long! Have your order ready and get everything, including two drinks all at once!
