I was assisted immediately. The host sat me down with the menu even though I stated from the beginning that I wanted the AYCE (all you can eat) special. After being seated, I was wholly ignored. I waited 15 minutes before I gave up. The restroom was dirty and completely out of soap. I assume the employees only rinse their hands with water since they don’t have any soap in the men’s restroom. Luckily I did not have to pay for parking because the machine does not accept AMEX. I left without being served. Completely horrible experience. I would never come back here again and highly recommend avoiding this dirty restaurant with horrible service!

It was my first time at a buffalo wild wings and I was positively surprised!
Wings were really good, I liked all the TV to watch different events happening at the same time.
Service was great and I think the prices are reasonable.
I would go back on my next trip to LA during a local sport events for the vibes!

It took a while just to get seated and no one was there. Maybe 4 tables and 5 bar seats were seated, after this they didn’t give us the food menu, they gave us a drink menu and I finally tracked our waitress down and she couldn’t find a food menu for at least 5 mins, she even brought us back the same drink menu. Once our orders were placed, our food came out quickly, smash burger and fries, and 10 Asian zing wings, I asked for the wings to be well done, this did not happen, my wings were undercooked. I was unsatisfied with our trip to Buffalo wild wings on this day.

New BW’S location, really spacious and clean. Depending on when you arrive there aren’t many people to sit you down as soon as you come in so just be patient. The wings have a great flavor and are definitely sauced up. Definitely coming back.

Solid service. The waiters and bartenders were very attentive. The wings turned out good and the drinks were better than a lot of bars I’ve been to. Happy hour is 3pm-6pm Monday to Friday and 10pm to close EVERYDAY/daily!

Hadn’t eaten at Buffalo Wild Wings in over 10 years and could barely remember why it had been so long. Over that period of time I’ve had many hot wings from many places… some are great and some not so great.
After about four bites into my original hot wings, the memories came flashing back! The wings were disgusting. No quality control when cooking because they were all overcooked. You have to cook the HELL out of some chicken when they go from being dry to the meat being hard. My order was delivered at approximately 6 PM and they tasted as if they were overcooked for about one hour and sat under a heat lamp the entire day until being delivered.
Lastly, I’ve been spoiled by restaurants who make their own buttermilk ranch from scratch, but certainly not Buffalo Wild Wings. If they aren’t using Hidden Valley, it’s some other generic shelf brand. Those types of ranch have a very distinct taste. And for a restaurant to serve that crap, that’s just pure laziness!

Went here for lunch, but the incredibly loud music made it almost impossible to hear my friends across the table. When we asked our waiter if it could be turned down, he was rude and unhelpful, simply saying, “that’s the way it is.” Although the food was very good, the uncomfortable and unpleasant atmosphere completely ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable lunch hour.
