Horrible. The atmosphere was abhorrent, the food was mediocre. Long story but I had a horrible experience and the manager “invited me to come back in”. We ordered what we wanted yet the manager only credited the amount of the other from the previous visit. How ridiculous. Go elsewhere for better wings and and experience. I will add that our server was fantastic and one of the bidders, Jacob was a Rockstar.

I hope im writing a review at buffalo wild wings not no chinese restaurants…. anywho, the waitress had great customer service. They check your temperature to make sure you’re not sick. Place was pretty empty . Hopefully they’ll get a little busier later in the day. When asking for water they actually give it to you in a disposable cup. Just got my order. Wings hot and crispy just how i love it..

This place was good till yesterday I experienced bad service, I always come to this location and I always have good experience.
At night time at 9:30pm stop with my friends and when in to the bar table and wait about 15 min to get service and no one came to ask if we need it service and the one couple came in after us in the server serve them first without knowing that we were there first I came up to her and ask her why would she do that and she said oh I did not see you guys I will take care of you as soon as I finish with them I was like no that’s not fair I’ve been waiting here about 15 minutes and nobody has come to ask if we needed help she didn’t care I went up to the manager and tell him where there was a problem he didn’t care either I was so disappointed I come here about three to four times a week now I went to TGI Fridays and the service was really great and professional this place lost a good customer.

Worst freaking service ever!!!
I have never had such a bad experience in a Buffalo Wild Wings!!! No one is in the front to attend and let alone they do not pick up the phones at all for a phone order. I ordered my food at 7:14pm and waited for over a hour to get my food, I finally got my food 8:20. They have the worst staff.
Never again will I return to this buffalo wing stop!!!
People avoid the headache.. The staff is very unprofessional and they all disappear from sight!!

I had a terrible experience here. It took us almost 15 minutes stay waiting for someone to let us sit. So many table empty, clean and free with few people eating but no one is welcoming us in. Then it takes another 12 minutes for someone to take us order. Then when our order comes, it was not what we order. They offer us discount one the order that they gave wrong even if we didn’t order it. Then the chicken taste so dry like it was cooked long time ago already. Just a terrible experience. This place needs a total make over. Gordon Ramsey, please come in and check this place. PS, these people on the left and on the right they’ve been here almost 30 minutes and no one is taking care of them. They should just left, sad to say they’re still there.

Why bother ordering online if they will have you wait!! Order was placed well over 40 mins ago and was told it would be ready by 1:50. Watched 2 customers come in and place an order and received their food while I still waited. Spoke to a “manager” who had nothing to say but I’m sorry.
Not once was I told let me check on the food or see what happend. Learn to take accountability & rectify the error. Half the staff is clueless as to what they are doing while the other half is new! Ended up asking for a refund.

THEY ARE DOING A SCAM AT THIS LOCATION AND I GOT RIPPED OFF! I ordered wings today for the Tuesday Buy one get one half off 6 piece wings traditional . The 6 piece is $10.49 so I was suppose to get another 6 wings for the price of 5.25. Which would add up to a little less than $16. They charged me almost $20 just for the wings 12 wings for the Tuesday buy one get one 50% off, when the 15 piece traditional is regularly $20 without any type of deal so if I was gonna pay $20 it woulda made more sense just to get the 15 piece at the regular price. The whole point of the buy one get one half off is to get a deal not over pay almost $4 for a Tuesday deal. I kept telling the manager it was wrong (cause the math is simple) but he kept faking and trying to get always with it when I’m
