My hubbie and I went to meet a work colleague. Service was a bit slow, but he was a sweetheart of a kid & attentive when he was around. The unlimited appetizers were full size, order two to start with, then you can order more (no take home allowed though). We filled up on the first round, which is still a better price of $9.99 AYCE, versus the individual app prices, which would’ve been over $20. The traditional wings were BOG0 50% off, so we got two 10 peice wings with Wild, Asian, Mild & Honey BBQ, all equally delicious (I really wanted to try the Bleu Buffalo but they were out). My hubbie also got a bacon burger with fries, it was just ok, except ALL the burgers are smash style now apparently and hubs isn’t a fan. The biggest issue was that my hubbie fries were completely cold and so hard they literally shattered. We had to ask for fresh fries, which should never have been sent out that way in the first place. Again, service was slow, and so was business, which was an issue overall I guess. I watched our beers sit at the bar for over 8 minutes, just getting warm, so we asked someone else if we could grab them. I guess the other gentleman was a supervisor as he changed servers on us all of the sudden. (We had no complaints about our young man, just wanted our beer while it was cold is all, and he was just joshin with other servers as we could clearly see).

The only good expirience was the taste. When I arrived there where people in front of me complaining to workers that they had not been helped dispite the restaurant looking empty and the servers seemed to be joking around as if they didnt have things to do. I went to the bar where the bartender was nice and respectful but seemed to care more for regulars than other people. I had to resort to ask a different server to cash me out because my service was slow and I could not stay longer. The server did so very nice and polite. The worst part of my experience was the portions of my food. I dont understand hod my side was 3 times bigger than the entree

Entire staff is like 15 and under and have ZERO IDEA what customer service looks like. In addition, they have ZERO sense of urgency. DO NOT EAT HERE unless you have roughly 2-3 business days to wait for your meal, or to even be acknowledged. Highly recommend all doordashers think twice before accepting orders from here because the wait is ALWAYS 20-30 min.

Insanely disappointing; this place had three servers and like 6 people in the restaurant; it sucks how we waited like 20 minutes to be seated when there was no one waiting so then we sat ourselves and they moved us saying “you can’t sit here” honestly it felt pretty racist … we had a diverse group and it felt very targeted ; I’m guessing the supervisor was there?? Terrible with the navy blue shirt and also the guy served who has black hair super rude super super rude, this place is horrible ; I get that people don’t have opportunities for a better job, but c’mon have some respect, learn something, be better. I cannot believe these type of people are hired: if you want tip…do your job right

B-dubs is always a solid choice for lunch and a beer. The food is awesome, lots of flavors for the wings, and they have TVs all over w/ sports channels. This location is pretty huge, so there’s always a place to sit, you never have to wait for a table. The staff is friendly and attentive, definitely a “go-to” place

I wish I had taken time to read other reviews before deciding to spend money on a birthday meal here. It was my son’s birthday and he wanted to try Buffalo Wild Wings even though we’d never been before. 4 of us had the pick 6 for $19.99×2. We each ordered 10 wings and fries. The boneless wings were alright but some were missing sauce. Not entirely the restaurant’s fault, but my son ended up not eating because the wings were hotter than he thought and the sauce had gotten all over his fries too. The fries were actually really good but were served up as fry fragments and a smaller portion than a fast food small fry. There were 2 servers waiting on over 30 tables and so our server seemed like she’s probably great at her job and was working hard, but just unable to keep up. We sat 30 minutes before we could pay and leave. Before going in we wondered if we would be ordering at a counter and there would be self-serve soda fountains or if it would be a full-service restaurant. It’s definitely a fast food place disguised as a full-service restaurant and it’s a bummer we didn’t just go to Dion’s…but we now we know.

We read previous reviews and almost didn’t come. However, our server, Jasmine was outstanding. The food was good and the music wasn’t blaring at all. We will definitely come back when we go through Albuquerque again.

So my wife and I got there at 6pm. The place was empty. Got a booth and 15 mins in that’s when Alicia asked for our drink order. The place started filling up. As soon as she gave us the drinks, she asked what appetizers we wanted. Gave her the order and waited for over an hour for the sampler. Mind you, when we got it the food was cold. The only thing that was hot was the cheese that came with the dry pretzel knots. She came back and asked for our food order. We got the buy one, get one wings, gave her the SPECIFIC sauces we wanted. Surprisingly enough, she came back with them with a quickness. My wife started eating and within minutes she couldn’t breathe. I looked at the sauces stickers and one them said Thai curry. My wife is allergic to curry and couldn’t swallow or breathe, plus she was going into anaphylactic shock. Alicia (waitress) kept apologizing as if that’s going to help my wife breathe. After this experience, we will never go to this location again.

Came today for lunch, parking lot empty, dining room inside empty..
not sure why the people waiting for Togo orders has nobody around available to help
them. After already waiting 25 mins for my Togo order a young girl comes to assist me saying my order was not ready and to expect a 20-30 min longer. My online order quotes me 15-20 mins. After waiting 25 plus adding an additional 20-30 almost puts me at an hour wait for a 20 piece order of wings at a restaurant with absolutely no business inside. I said that was fine I asked the girl if there was any way I can change my order from Togo and eat inside at a table, she went to ask a manager and comes back to tell me that since I had already placed my order online I had to take it to go out I was welcome to eat outside on the patio chairs ??? Tell me this is not absolutely ridiculous.. waiting almost an hour for food that was placed ahead of time and now being told I have to eat outside… I asked for a refund manager comes out (Matthew) all angry telling me if I wanted a refund it can’t be done till tomorrow and that I would review it in 7 business days. Absolute terrible customer service. I will be going to wingstop from now on
