My fiance and I came to Buffalo Wild Wings because I had a hankering for wings.
We came on a Thursday night.
We got there around 5:30pm.
We were seated immediately and Miranda was both patient and prompt with her service.
We were near the end of Happy Hour but I don’t believe we ordered any happy hour items.
I started with a Salted Carmel Esspresso Martini and my partner had a 22oz Sam Adams Winter Ale. Both beverages were quite delicious.
I am a bone in wings woman so I ordered 10 bone in wings, I asked for two flavors, garlic parm and traditional hot.
My fiance prefers boneless wings, and fortunately for him Thursday is the deal day for boneless wings. Buy one get one free on the boneless wings. He ordered 6 and they doubled it to 12 for him. He went for the orange chicken flavor.
My wings were perfect, exactly what you want in a bone in wing. Juicy but crispy and the flavors were great. The side of ranch was a great addition, the texture and flavor of the ranch paired well with the wings.
I tried his boneless too, the flavor and texture were very good. Boneless just don’t appeal to me personally because they are never as juicy as bone in and that’s every where I have ever had them.
The orange chicken flavor had a mild spicy to it as did the garlic parm. Nothing to intense but some sensitive to spice might not like them. I don’t mind the heat when the flavor is more powerful.
Also, we got their big fully loaded tater tots. These were not what I pictured but they were super delicious. So I thought we would get a tray of tots covered with sour cream, bacon, and cheese but what we got were tots that were stuffed with these ingredients prior to being fried and they weren’t like jalapeño poppers where everything is in the middle and squirts out scolding hot. No, they were well mixed with the ingredients and there were no overly hot spots. These pairs fantasticly with the ranch as well.
I liked my man’s beer so much I had to get one when I finished my martini. It was flavorful and not too hoppy.
Miranda was very attentive and took great care of us.
We will definitely return.
Oh the atmosphere was definitely sports bar. Lots of TV’s and I saw a small arcade room on the way to the bathrooms.
There were trivia games to play displayed on the TV’s as well.
They have an app to download that gives you access to the trivia games and the discounts.
For bone in wing nuts like me, Tuesday is the discount day on those guys.
There were three separate sections of the dining areas, looked like two might be more bar style and the area we were in was the more dinner style.
When we were leaving around 7pm there was a line to get in so timing does matter.
Have fun and enjoy.

We’ve given this location 3 chances, not sure why. We’re somehow more disappointed every time we go. Bdubs is nostalgic to my wife and I. We both worked at several locations in Cali and Oregon for about 5 years. This location is awful. Our recent visit was at 3 in the afternoon on a weekday. No wait and we were sat immediately. We were one of 5 occupied tables in the dining room so we were under the impression that our meal would be somewhat quick, especially considering it’s all frozen food that’s tossed in a deep fryer. We ordered 20 boneless wings (chicken nuggets I get it), 2 sides of wedges and 2 drinks. We waited 40 minutes for the food to come out, again 1 of 5 tables and we ordered chicken nuggets and fries. When it finally came out the we pretty blown away at how little care was put into the food. I get its Bdubs. They’re not exactly known for having high standards and we go there knowing what to expect. This location however serves horrible food and with horrible service. We asked for cheese on our potato wedges which of course we paid for and got the saddest little sprinkle of cheese, as seen in the photo. They’re also soooo stingy with sauce here. If you’re going to charge $15 for 10 boneless wings at least sauce them up. 3rd times a charm, we know never to go back here. Also I should add, we spoke to somebody about our concerns who turned out to the be regional kitchen training manager. 40 minute ticket times and this is what comes out? The trainer needs to be retrained.

Got the cheese steak and French fries. It tasted like it had been sitting out for a few hours under a heat lamp. The edges of the steak on the sandwich were burnt and dried out. The ranch tasted like it was watered down with water. The fries were also tasting like they were left under a heat lamp too long being dried out. And I asked for a side of ranch not a quarter bottle of it. Not happy with any of it. Won’t be ordering from you again.

My husband and I have been coming to Bdubs for awhile. Tonight we are very upset due to we were seated at 5:50pm and it is now 6:45pm an currently waiting for our wings. We had to ask our waiter Hugo at 6:38pm how much longer for food? We were informed it will be another 10 to 15 minutes. There is a family that was seated before us with children and have now received their dinner at 6:47p.

We were in Flagstaff, AZ and stopped in to get some wings to go. They charged us $32.74 for 20 boneless wings. I looked on the app and asked why isn’t it $17 as listed on the app. They said its online only. I asked to cancel the original order and do the online. They said it would be no problem. I got no receipt for the original order. They said it would be credited back. We then saw double charges on our credit card for the new amount $19.64 as well as the original $32.74. They said they had no idea why. We were also told the original order was a 20 minute wait and when we did they online it was a 45 minute wait. We sat around and another server brought out our food and it was about 45 minutes. We asked to speak to the manager about the original order and he swore he cancelled it. Still no receipts or proof. He was holding some kind of paperwork. We thought, well, stuff happens. Well today the $19.64 was cancelled and the $32.74 is still on our card. So they double charged and cancelled it to keep the $32.74? Get a receipt and don’t change your order. You will regret it. We will never step foot in another BWW.
Update. They credited the wrong one and we are disputing with our credit card company.

The boneless wing was hard like rock. Wouldn’t eat them again here..we were ask if we want new ones but how can we get a remake of the same rocks..not even at least a discount for crap boneless wings. And we have to still pay a full amount t of 21.83..at this point we r paying for just the drinks. Frys r alright but still over cooked. Took longer to pay for ticket just to leave as well.

this is BY FAR the slowest restaurant in all of flagstaff. and even ordering online will still take just as long as if you were to go in and sit down, if not longer. thank god the servers are occasionally nice, because that’s the only good thing about this place. this is the dirtiest, most un maintained BWW that i have been the food at this location is definitely not good enough to take more than an hour to receive. an online order was placed and i arrived after the given “ready” time. i then had to sit for ANOTHER 30 minutes. when the order was finally received, the ticket had a time stamp that was not only after the given “ready” time, but was also after the time i had arrived to pick up the order.

I haven’t been to a BWW in over 15 years… was really craving some wings.
Told the host that I’m a first responder with severe Anxiety and asked to be seated away from the bar and other people
I was put at a broken table RIGHT in the middle of everyone .
I had 2 different waitstaff.
They suggested the dinner special.
Waited over 30 minutes to get 20 boneless wings and wedges in off-peak hours.
Mentioned to staff that I was hungry and didn’t know that I would have a long wait.
No one told me but as they gave me my drink they asked that I fill out an online survey. I did answer all questions with all high scores before my food came.
The waitstaff didn’t even bring my food, some kind lady did.
I was given a 5.00 discount which basically means my Strawberry tea was comped.
Not cool guys ..
I don’t think I’ll be back.

Food is what is expected at a chain restaurant. The service was definitely poor! If you are not a local, they don’t pay attention to you. Management doesn’t do table checks to ensure everything is OK. Customer service should be top priority, but not here. When brought up to a manager he was mentioned they are not a corporate store. The franchisee should be ashamed to have management like this. I also looked on the website for a way to contact the franchise there is no “reach out” tab for customer service
