I wasn’t confident because of the reviews but tbh my experience was basically perfect.
Sat at the bar, got greeted & served right away. Checked on me and took my food order in a reasonable amount of time. Food didn’t take too long and the portions were huge. I only got the chips/dips appy and for $13 it was big bowls of the 3 dips and what looked like a whole store brand bag of chips Bartender was nice, no frills. I wasn’t planning on staying long but he did notice my empty beer as soon as I finished so he was definitely paying attention in general. So yeah, zero complaints!
Only thing I’d mention is the parking lot was a nightmare and I had to park far away, so give yourself time for that if going for dinner or when there is a show at the comedy club.

The chicken was good and came out quick, but the issues were with the appetizers. I LOVE cheese curds and I look forward to them every time I come to BDubs. So I ordered cheese curds with an extra side of caramel and when it came out without the Bdubs sauce, I just figured I needed to ask for some. When I asked, I was told that they were out but could offer me bbq sauce. Waitress should have disclosed that right away. On top of that, I had to ask for EVERY refill I received. Huge pet peeve.

The service was horrible. The young guy with shoulder length hair took forever to get our drink order. One drink came but one took another 10 minutes which was just lemonade. By the time we ordered we seen another table who had came in after us had recieved their order already. The food came to us cold and the waiter did not even come and check in he was never around. We seen he was more attentive to other tables than ours. He even purposely ignored a table which was trying to flag him down to get any service.

Went in to get take out. 20 boneless wings are 24.99, so over a dollar a wing! We ordered 4 flavors and blue cheese to go with. The salt and vinegar ones were dried up and the other one’s weren’t even warm. This was about 12:30 pm. The blue cheese was like a cheap watery one that lacked flavor. Glad we used a gift card because I would have been very upset wasting money on less than mediocre food for that price!

We regularly attend comedy shows next door at the Tempe Improv. Almost every time we come early and we’ll have a couple appetizers or drinks at this Buffalo wild wings, this was the last time that we will step foot inside this restaurant. It is never really been clean, but the last two visits have been absolutely disgusting. The floors are atrociously dirty, and the tables are all dirty. The staff sits around on their phones and has horrible service. There was maybe 10 people inside the entire restaurant and it took us 20 minutes to get someone to come to the bar where we sat down to just order drinks. This isn’t just one of the most disgusting restaurants i’ve stepped foot in that I can remember. Each visit has gotten worse and worse. It is in desperate need of management change to get this place back in order to be clean and serve its costumers with good service and good food. Avoid this place at all cost.

Came in on November 21st and received wonderful service, from the meal to the staff. The waiter even upsold the dessert. We were so pleased, we gave him a very nice tip! Since the service and food was so good, my wife and I came back on December 5th, around 7:40pm. The service we received was horrible. You seemed to be somewhat short-staffed. We were not happy at all; the service was nothing like it was the first time. Before getting a table, we used the restrooms, which were not tidy at all. There were no paper towels to dry your hands. Once out of the restroom, it took some time to be seated, but there was no one waiting in front of us. The hostess that sat us was kinda rude. When we got to our seats, it took the server at least ten minutes to ask if we wanted a drink and what we wanted to order. All while sitting next to a dirty table of dishes. The smell of the leftover food from that table made us sick at the stomach. It took them at least twenty minutes to fully clean the dirty table next to us. The server was rushing us to order and we had to repeat our order several times. At this point we wanted to say we changed our minds and was about to leave. When she brought our drinks to the table, she slammed my wife’s drink down so hard until it made soda spill out. So at this point, my wife is boiling and holding back her words!!! Finally got the food, hamburgers and tater tots were hot. My wife’s fries were not hot. What you have to understand is that we were looking forward to getting the same service as last time!!! The whole time we were eating, the server passed our table several times and did not bother to ask if we needed anything and did not ask if our order was okay. She did not up sell the dessert as the last server did. That’s missing money for the establishment. The servers were cleaning tables and were not able to attend to their customers. We would have received better service at Burger King. They were seen grouped up talking amongst each other and not attending to the customers. Just a little bit of effort would have made a difference!! Since the server’s service was so unprofessional, we decided not to order dessert or leave a tip. We paid with cash and when she brought our change back, it was short by .85, so I guess she give herself a tip. Her service was even worth .85. We will definitely NOT be coming back to your location and tell others about the service we received. Your staff needs better training if you plan on being successful. If we could give less than a one star, we would!!!!

I’ll start off by saying my wrap was delicious and so were my fries. However, I’ve never had service that bad before. It was relatively slow and our waiter kept going to every single table and wouldn’t even make eye contact with us. We didn’t have water for almost 45 minutes and asked TWICE for it. Then he forgot someone’s beer and then he also never took any plates or empty cups away so our table was crowded the whole time. He never checked on us to see if our food was right, if we enjoyed it or even if we needed anything. I’ve never had service that bad before and I’m not really picky but my goodness, at least look at us. Don’t eat here unless it’s takeout. Terrible terrible terrible.

Just like most Buffalo Wild Wings locations, they definitely encourage people to sit in the bar area where it is first come first serve.
Food is typically fresh when it comes out. Unfortunately, the drinks are still pricey, while not being as good or strong. Overall, it’s the general spot for wings.
Service can be slow, especially when you are at a high top. Many waitresses typically are seen at the beginning of your meal and towards the end of the meal you will need to hunt someone down for your check.
