We came down to the valley to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. He loves Buffalo Wild Wings. We drove to 2 different Buffalo Wild Wings before reaching this one. The first the service was just extremely slow, nobody was helping the only server out they all just stood around doing side work or something. The second, they had a sign posted that they couldn’t seat for the next 45 minutes. Then we end up at this one. Our server, Vinny was super awesome. Very friendly and hilarious. The manager there was wonderful too. Next time we come to the valley we will just go to this one! Lol

Decent fried bar fare at a surprisingly ok price (by current standards). Kinda sad / depressingly dead on a Friday at 7p – seems to have pretty iffy operations (food, service).
Our server Ashlyn was actually solid and very pleasant.
Unfortunately, the hostess was an immediate downer – the kind that seems annoyed to see you and starts walking away after tossing your menus on the table before you even catch up with her at the table.
Food was so-so. It would have been good if it all made it out hot. But most items were lukewarm and some of our wings were cold.
Probably won’t repeat.

Lex at Buffalo Wild Wings was absolutely amazing! From the moment we were seated, she was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She checked in at all the right times, made sure everything was perfect, and brought such a positive, friendly energy to our table. Her great service truly elevated the entire experience. Because of Lex, our visit was enjoyable and stress-free — we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend asking for her!

Kudos to this location. Aaron & Eli were excellent day 1 of 2 days visiting the area. Very clean and spacious with plenty of seating. Plenty of parking and well within walking distance of other shopping and eating venues. Food was yummy (yes, I said yummy)
Now on Day 2 take out, we had a mishap, however, they promptly fixed the issue to satisfaction . It’s always nice to know when something is not correct, the establishment is super professional and ready to help resolve with little to no inconvenience. Next time we are in this area, this location is saved to our 2 go eatery spots.

Whoever is in charge of the music here? Great selection!! The all american cheeseburger is so delicious. Nachos are good too. Wings were perfect. My compliments to the chef.

Seated quickly because place was virtually empty, server got drink order then waited 20 minutes for her return with half of water and soda. Returned with remaining water and 1 bar drink which was wrong. Took food order waited another 20 ish when food arrived it

Best food: all-American cheeseburger. $3 for the tall beer special. Wings 1/2 off Tuesday night. Free trivia and sports. Great way to fight inflation and enjoy a fun night out.

Now I Know why I stopped eating at Buffalo Wild Wings. This location and 3 others we’ve eaten at has been consistently real bad. For some reason, like training or failing to hold employees responsible results in over cooked wings with mostly no sauce on them. Either I have bad luck or the process is flawed. I am done with Buffalo Wild Wings every where. We purchased 30 wings. Garlic Parmesan, Sweet BBQ and Lemon Pepper. 10 wings each. Maybe 6 were OK. No More!

Staff pushes the deals really hard! Food is fine at the store, forget “To Go” they say it reheats well, NOPE! Also, staff doesn’t seem to realize people are looking at the store details on the website like when they “Open” and they choose to go by their own random hours. Twice in 2 months I got there and was turned away because “we’re not open yet”, even though the BW3 website said so. Um maybe time for a management change? Found a new restaurant that is managed well I won’t go back. Good luck if you go there, but I’d tell you not to waste your time.
