I’ve been hesitant to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings for a while now because I feel like their quality has declined, but l decided to give it another try – and unfortunately, I was once again disappointed.
Starting with the positives: I really appreciated that they accommodated our party and allowed us to sit outside with our dogs! The host was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant itself was very clean, and the outdoor patio was great.
Our server, Matt, was fantastic! He greeted us quickly, took our orders without any issues, kept our waters refilled, and was friendly and attentive throughout the entire visit. Excellent service all around.
The disappointment came with the food. The boneless wings arrived cold, and the cheese dip – which came out first – was also cold.
On top of that, the boneless wings just don’t taste like they used to. I wouldn’t consider them “good boneless wings” or something I’d recommend.
Also, the portion of fries I received for the price was ridiculous. It was barely enough to qualify as a small order — I honestly thought it was a joke when I saw how few fries were in the container. And to make matters worse, they were cold too.
Sadly, this hasn’t just been my experience at this location – at multiple Buffalo Wild Wings locations l’ve visited over the past few years, I’ve noticed a steady decline in food quality.
It’ll likely be quite a while before I consider coming back.

I was visiting my girlfriend in St George attending her finance courses at the Utah tech university. She had suggested we come here for lunch. Also we really just wanted to get out of the house and do something you know. The moment we walked into the door the room stood quiet so many people in there literally everyone turned staring for a moment. It just felt weird as if they have never seen a man of my color before. Almost had the same experience in Moab Utah weird little towns. Anyway we sat for over 2 hours with no drinks and no food. We can tell the waitress was not in a good mood in fact she never checked with us after we sat down. I just could not believe it. I can see my girlfriend looked disappointed so I went up to the cashier lady and said we were leaving. She says you can’t leave now but if you really have to still you have to pay for the food you ordered. Then I said what food, it has been over 2 hours and we never got anything. She responds well I’m not sure there’s too much going on right now. I waited a little bit and went to talk to another staff about what’s going on because others around our table are now eating, even those who came after. We only ordered some wings and some fries nothing crazy. The staff goes into the back area and comes back saying your food has actually been ready for some reason It has been kept in the back not sure why but it’s cold now we can warm it up. I tell him well my girlfriend and I really have to get going we are no longer hungry. We have been here for too long. Moment shortly a shift lead or supervisor comes out repeating sir your food has been ready we are warming it up you still have to pay and can’t just leave. I was tired of being there so I just paid and took off with my girlfriend. She felt really bad I came to see her and had that experience but I reassured her that I wasn’t upset. It wasn’t her fault and we made sure to never eat here again.

We were rather disappointed in our visit this evening. Food quality was good but it came out lukewarm as if it had been sitting under the lights for a bit. Someone else actually brought out the food instead of our server because he was too busy doing something else. Who knows what. He walked by our table four times when our glasses were empty and didn’t even ask if he could refill. Immediately after our food was delivered he asked if we had everything. That was fine but never checked back on us until he could tell we were finished. Not once did he clear off anything off our table as we were sitting there, as you can see from the photo. The manager we could see walking around and talking to different servers but we didn’t even notice him checking in on tables or guests. Food would have been great had it been hot. I would have given it a better rating as well had they been swamped. But it was a very light night and I generally tip it very well but tonight was no reason for a generous tip.

We’ve had good meals here before, but tonight we did not get what we paid for. As you can see from the photos, the wings were carelessly splashed with sauce- leaving many completely untouched. Also, the wings were put in the box in a way that the sauces from opposite corners mixed together creating a wack flavor which was unfortunate. We would have gone elsewhere for dinner if we knew these would be the wings served to us.

My experience here was horrible overall, though I do want to acknowledge that our server, Michael, was great. He was very attentive and did the best he could under the circumstances. We had a party of 15, so we tried to be patient, but the service and food execution were extremely disappointing. Our food came out at all different times, two people never received their meals at all (we eventually canceled those orders), and one wing order that was supposed to have three flavors wasn’t tossed properly—they just gave us the seasoning on the side, because “they don’t have time for this.” Another dish came out missing tomato, which we did not request to be removed. When we sent it back, they returned the same plate ten minutes later and it was cold. I truly don’t feel that we were asking for too much, especially given the size of our group and our patience throughout the experience.

Buffalo Wild Wings in St. George felt less like a sports bar and more like a gladiator arena where the wings are the weapons and I was the unworthy challenger.
My mouth is still recovering from the Mango Habanero sauce that put a knife to my throat and whispered sweet threats to my taste buds before unleashing volcanic betrayal.
The server looked like she moonlights as a linebacker and handed me napkins like I was about to cry, and I did.
A woman at the table next to us challenged my wife to a blazin’ wing duel and now that couple is divorced… because my wife crushed the competition, spiritually and legally.
10/10 would return, but only after updating my will and changing my shorts.

I ordered on doordash and my order was mistaken for bone in wings instead of boneless. A employee named Travis was extremely nice and helpful he completely solved my issue instantly. He did a very good job. Glad that there are great workers there and shows how good buffalo wild wings is at hiring the right people. everyone that encounters travis or any workers plz tip good. and thank u again to travis!

The service was awful they took loads of time. We went to go pick up an order, it was a simple pick up just 3 fudge cakes which includes the ice cream since ive went times before. We arrived to pick up the order and they said it didnt include it, they charged us extra and gave us horrible looks. Would not consider going…

Was really excited to eat here… so many food options. What a disappointment. COLD Wings… wow this is what you’re know for and you served cold wings. I was so sad. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy so I was really surprised to not have fresh wings. So you just cook a bunch and they sit out until people order them? Not sure if we will go back. If we do and the food is better I’ll do an update on my review.
