Of course I want to leave a good review for BWW’s… but this location made it tough. Took over an hour to get our food, the only thing making the wait bearable was at least they had some games on in the background. And the food that did show up was… well, let’s just say it didn’t exactly make the wait worth it.
When it came time to pay, our card sat on the table for 25 minutes like it was in timeout. I could’ve applied for a new credit card in that time.

I went here last week, and I’m a bit sad about my visit. The Indiana-Oregon game was showing, so it was really nice to watch it while it was happening. However, I didn’t realize how expensive this place is. $27 for a strawberry lemonade, 10 boneless wings, and cheese curds. No refills on the strawberry lemonade, disappointing. Things just took forever to come out as well. It’s like the whole kitchen staff was tuned into the football game. It took forever, the waitress even said “I’m just going to have to make it myself for you then” I could tell he was even frustrated at his kitchen staff. Culver’s cheese curds are much better. The waitress was amazing though, he was wearing an OKC jersey and had a good smile in his face. The food was alright, but none of it was warm, which means it’s probably been sitting out for a while.
Boneless wings were still good though, and I enjoyed those the most. Cheese curds were meh though, they should omit them from the menu honestly. It’ll be a while until I come back.

This was the worst food experience ive had in my 33 years of life. I will never go back to this location. Our server was an older lady and seemed stressed from the get go. She took our drink order first and then my husband received his dr pepper first when I also ordered a strawberry lemonade. I didnt get my strawberry lemonade until 30 mins in. I drank the water practically gone before I got my other drink. Even after my drink I was still waiting on my appetizer. I finally received that, but then we waited a hour for my husband’s food. He received it first again before my food. While I waited and waited, and waited. Our server didnt even come check on us, I barely saw her. When my husband got his food. It was cold. Even the fries. I didnt get it until 30 mins after my husband’s. Our server did come back out and ask if she took our order, which she did so she had to take our order AGAIN. I had to leave because I was so upset while my husband handled it afterwards. He asked to speak to the manager but the manager didnt even bother to see him!! But wow, they did give us a small discount and removed the price of the appetizer. Honestly, it should’ve been free with how long we waited and how cold/horrible our food was. I am wondering if I didnt get my food or drink until way after my husband (and other people who came to eat after us) because of my race? But I truly hope that’s not the case. Poor service all around. Do not go to this location.

First time coming here and I thought it would be bigger but it’s a decent size but when a lot of people come it does get crowded and loud. Staff were kind. Food came out hot and we really enjoyed their boneless wings. The bacon melt wasn’t the best. Overall their boneless was great and great place to visit especially if you want to watch sports

Life-long B dubs fan here. But after our experience at this location on Sept 21, 2025… I’m not sure I’ll ever be back in one of your restaurants. Service bad, food horrible, restaurant filthy, bathroom absolutely disgusting. And the manager was outside smoking cigarettes while his crew and restaurant were suffering. I’m writing a nice detailed letter to corporate.

I had a really poor experience here last night. We called ahead hoping to get in line, they don’t allow call aheads, that’s fine. Arrived and checked in (party of 2) and we were told it would be a 45 minute wait. We looked around the restaurant and saw between 10 and 12 open tables that were clean and nobody was sitting at them. There were several other parties in the waiting area just looking, confused at why there were so many open tables but we were waiting to be seated. It took us about 25 minutes to be seated, and I am always happy if the hostess under promises and over sells, that is ok. We sat down and then we waited 10 minutes before our waiter even came to say hi and take our order for drinks. We had plans later in the evening and only blocked off 1.5 hours for our meal, that seemed reasonable but now we were worried we would be late. We ordered all at once and since we were celebrating my birthday, I asked the waiter about the birthday coupon that I had in my BWW app. We ordered and the food was out about 10 ish minutes later, that part took a reasonable amount of time and the food was good. We asked for the check and it came back with the full priced wings that were on my birthday coupon. I showed the waiter my app, there was no way to redeem the coupon on the app so he went and asked the manager, he came back and verified with his eyes that the coupon was not expired, and he said if he can’t get it the coupon to work correctly, the manager will just take it off the bill. A few minutes later he came back and said the coupon only applies to bone-in wings and not the boneless wings that I had ordered. He said the manager will not be able to take that off and I will need to pay full price for my birthday meal.

When I ordered and asked about the birthday coupon, the waiter did not say that applies only to the bone-in wings. After being told that the wings would be taken off the bill whether the coupon worked or not, he came back and made us pay full price for the wings.
I genuinely like the food that BWW serves, I like the atmosphere and the sports. Sadly, you have lost a customer and I won’t be returning. I don’t blame the wait staff, our waiter was still relatively kind and apologetic, I recognize they were probably understaffed. However, the mix up with the birthday coupon is a mistake that I don’t think should happen, the open tables and long wait times, should not happen. Overall, I am very displeased with my experience at BWW.

Reviews bore me but honestly one of my favorite times was tonight. A friend from Missouri reached out to me asking what I was doing tonight. I live in Layton and got off work at 7:45. Because I haven’t seen her in a couple years, I figured why not drive the hour to Provo where she was at. I then started craving nachos, in which I had a great experience with at the riverdale location. Upon getting there, it took a second to get seated but it wasn’t incredibly long!! There weren’t a million staff on a Monday night, which made sense. My friend and I got seated with James at the bar and let me tell you. If you want to have a very personable time with a bartender, James is your guy. His customer service skills for being an Utah bar restaurant were absolutely immaculate. He was very knowledgeable about Utah beer, liquor, and restaurant laws to the point he was able to explain them to my friend from KANSAS. I would strongly recommend checking this location out with their chicken nachos – please ignore the other reviews because it’s truthfully just someone annoyed with their order. I would drive an hour again for the service I received tonight.

We went to this location to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It did not disappoint. I loved the lighting. I feel like a lot of restaurants are so dim, but this place was perfect. It also wasn’t too noisy. It was so great! There was music playing, but it wasn’t overpowering. Sports games were on the tv’s for everyone to watch, but it wasn’t overwhelming. Our server, Kayla, did a great job! She was working the bar as well as some tables, but she always made sure our drinks were filled and checking on us. She did amazing for how much she was handling. I would definitely go back to this location.

This Buffalo Wild Wings was one of the worst I have ever been to. It took 40 minutes before a waitress came to get our drink order even after multiple attempts to get someone to get a drink order for us. She took the food order and drink order at the same time. We received our food LONG before our drinks. Most people were halfway thru their food before getting drinks. Bad service. No apologies.

Extremely disappointed in this Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered an order of nachos for pickup only to wait 25 minutes after my order was ready to even be acknowledged by the staff. I was told my order was being worked on. After another 15 minutes of waiting I asked again and the employee then proceeded to take my order out of a warning box. I needlessly waited for 40 minutes because the restaurant staff refused to acknowledge me. After returning home I found that my order had burned and that only the top layer of chips had any meat or queso. Extremely dissatisfied.
