It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Buffalo Wild Wings. I stopped by recently to pick up an order of 6 piece boneless chicken. The sauce I chose was honey barbecue so pretty basic and traditional. I mean, my order was not bad. As I mentioned, it was basic. Each nugget was pretty sizable, which is nice. Also, they do not skimp on the sauce. Each piece of my chicken was covered in sauce, with much to spare. Speaking of the sauce, their honey bbq sauce is good. I do feel like bdubs used to be really good. However, their quality is now comparable to fast food quality. I remember their mini corndogs being good. Next time I’ll order that, if I return. As for service, the servers were nice. My food did take slightly longer to come out; I had to wait (I had a to-go order). The ambiance is very sport-bar vibes

Pretty good wings and sports bar restaurant. I’m not much of a wings guy so I ordered a chicken wrap. It was decently sized and very tasty, with a good amount of shredded chicken and flavorful sauce. I really liked the potato log fries – I’m big on meaty fries and these were good and hearty with a good seasoning coating them. The only problem was the service was a little slow and lacking at times and the place was way loud and hard to hold a conversation with all the noise from the games broadcasted over the speaker system.

We ordered BOGO wings for their Thursday special but to our surprise they put all 20 of our wings on one tray and we couldn’t distinguish whose wings were whose. It normally wouldn’t be a huge deal but my partner was doing the blazin challenge (10 of the hottest wings) so we were trying to figure out which wings were ridiculously hot and could only tell by trying them. This ruined my experience because his wings were so hot mine all had a taste of that heat. Our waitress couldn’t tell them apart either and didn’t seem inclined to help. It was a quite unfortunate experience that could have easily been avoided if the wings were on separate trays or even separated on the same tray.

Buffalo Wild Wings is the top name in wing restaurants. If you need something filling, I recommend the Ultimate Sampler. I got the Boneless Wings (Honey BBQ), Crispy Chicken Dippers, Onion Rings, and Fried Pickles, with B-Dubs Dip, Ranch, Hatch Queso, and Honey Mustard. I was satisfied with everything, but if I was going to switch out anything, it would be the chicken dippers and fried pickles for mozz sticks and pretzel knots. The most popular item is the wing deals on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the All You Can Eat wing deals when they put those on. My personal favorite sauce is the honey BBQ (also the most popular), but the parmesan garlic, medium, and Asian zing are also good options. The blazin challenge is fun if you’ve got some time and don’t have important meetings the rest of the day (it’ll mess up your stomach), but the flavor of the blazin sauce isn’t great. I’d also pass on the Caribbean jerk sauce (unless that’s your cup of tea). Also, if you’re on the fence about upcharging for fries, pass on ’em. The fries aren’t bad, just not worth it.

I’ve had good service experiences at this location. Nothing outstanding, but nothing to complain about either. BWW is a great place to watch games and eat wings, and this location is solid.

If we had been secret shoppers this place would get the lowest score we could give. We our selves, as well as everyone we watched walk in after we were sat, stood at the front waiting to be sat while employees stared or rushed to the back. Once we were seated it was all down hill. Our server was very irritated to be there. The staff was wandering around taking a glass at a time to the back. The manager just wandered around and not once helped anyone. Real sorry scene. We watched one server stand on her phone and text for a good 3-4 min at the server station. Fully visible to all the patrons waiting for their food and to be seated. When we finally did receive our food 35 min later it came out on lunch trays. No cutlery was offered. Our server didn’t come back until our meal was almost done to ask how we were doing and if we needed a refill on our drinks. And again she was not happy to be there. As we left we walked by the podium wher stood two employees and not a word of thanking us for coming or have good evening. One of the worst dinning experiences we’ve had. I get it …. It’s just Buffalo Wild Wings right??!?? Well they should shut this one down. It’s obvious no one wanted to be there. New management is needed, the staff needs better training. We won’t be back to this location.

This was the worst service and quality of food my wife and I have ever received from a restaurant.

My wife and I ordered takeout from the BWW Lehi location for her birthday, and we both ended up extremely sick, disappointed, and with stomach problems the next day.

We arrived at the specified time to pick up our order, but after some time we were finally informed that our food wasn’t ready yet. The staff were incredibly dismissive and unwilling to do anything. Not to mention, the restaurant was not busy at all, maybe 20% capacity, but they had no interest or desire to explain the situation or get us our orders.

However after waiting over 15 minutes, we finally got our orders… only to find the food was cold (It seems as though the wings and fries had sat for multiple HOURS), overcooked, dry, and the sauce was almost entirely dried onto the wings… hardly fresh. To top it all off, we both had FEATHERS still attached to multiple wings.

I’m usually good to eat like 20-30 wings, but I started feeling sick after maybe 6 wings? And that’s after picking feathers out and scraping off dried sauce. We are incredibly disappointed with the waste of time and money we’ve experienced.

People certainly make mistakes in food prep, but what the hell were they making us wait for (when we arrived on-time) if they were just going to give us cold, poorly prepared food that has been sitting for multiple hours.

We’ve submitted complaints through the app, website, let family and friends know how poor the service was here, and we have left negative reviews on multiple websites. We’ve yet to hear from anybody seeking to rectify this situation, which only continues the poor service and lack of accountability we have experienced.

I can’t imagine we will ever visit this location or chain again, and I will do everything in my power to steer family and friends away from visiting other Buffalo Wild Wings locations for our gatherings and celebrations in the future.

Please spend your money and time somewhere else. You might actually get some food worth eating and paying for if you do.

We got to BWW at 6:45 and we’re seated immediately. Once we ordered we watched people that were seated after us start getting their food. We waited for our appetizer for an hour. It finally came out cold. 10 minutes later my partner’s food comes out. Wait 20 more minutes and then my food came out. People who were seated after us are leaving or gone. Our waitress would make eye contact and then walk the other way the entire wait. Food was cold and gross. I am sad

The salt and vinegar Wings were good, but they seem to be getting smaller over the last couple years.

This location is single handedly ruining the entire chain for me.

Service is horrendous, lack of attention and detail from walking through the front door and being greeted to just getting my order taken.

Servers were ringing out wet rags right on the floor next to us to clean off tables, food was brought out for us as soon as it was ready, how we, that equated to each person getting their food at different times and multiple trips by the server. Not ideal for a date night when one person. Is eating cold food cause main courses were brought out almost 10 min apart.

And how the hell does it take 30 min to bring out 12 wings when there was only 4 other groups in the place when the rest of the place was already eating? And they were cold… didn’t feel fresh at all.

Appetizers weren’t any better. Stale chips with pace salsa, the worst guacamole you can get, clearly from a can, and cold queso that had the film over the top to let me know it has been sitting there for a while.

This used to be a good place to go, but now there’s very little reason to show up anymore. Especially for the wings. They aren’t any better than cooking frozen wings from Costco in the air fryer.

A highlight though – they are better burgers and wraps than most places around and the tots and wedges are great as well. Not good enough to overcome the poor service and food quality of the other items, but for a to go order, I would consider.

Walked in to a completely empty restaurant at 1 pm- sat by the to go area for 15 minutes without anyone around- walked to the bar area and asked if there was anyone working pick up – 10 mins later someone finally comes out and asks us for our names – 5 minutes later had my food. Burger and fries were super tasty. Need to work on customer service – also note the picture of an offer of six wings if you leave a five star review which is clearly against Google rules
