I had a pickup order here and tried a few different sauces. They were all really good. Can’t complain about them at all. The chicken wings were prepared well and cooked perfectly.

The hostess was great and made sure my order was in. She packed with well and brought it out promptly. She was also very polite.

A note to management…. Why does the phone ring like a horror movie nightmare? Lol

Pick up for to go was at 7pm. Checked in at the desk. Watched 10 other people, including 6 Door Dash orders pick up. 40 mins later the manager brings out my food and apologizes. And I get wings with feathers on them.

I used to eat at this place. Because we love the food. This location is on our way. Must of the server are so nice. But today…. The server has a terrible attitude. Was so mad and when i was ordering she been so rude. I don’t know whay she is doing that job. Everyting i ask she answered in a bad attitude. Also… we wait a lot for our food. Seems like she was determinated to make us wait more than usual. Really bad experience. I don’t want to be there again. If she is there i would prefer to leave. I don’t know her name. But she is a Black Girl. I hope the manager put more effort on the people they hire.

This place seems to promote their beer more than their food, which sets certain expectations before you arrive. However, once you get to the restaurant the beer ordering comes with very strict restrictions that aren’t clearly communicated beforehand. It makes the experience a bit confusing/awkward and doesn’t match the way the place is advertised. I’ll explain the details below.
My daughter ordered a full meal the triple bacon cheeseburger with fries and a sprite. I ordered my usual beer with a side of wedges, but the server told me I had to upgrade to a large food order if I wanted to be served a beer(been here plenty of times this was new to me) , but I agreed. When I asked for a second beer the server then said I had to order additional food to get another beer(again been here plenty of time and this is was a first). On top of that, the sever mentioned there was a limit of two drinks per hour, even though we had only been there about 30 minutes the server was already enforcing the “hour policy.”(a first for me)
Not wanting to make a big deal about it I went ahead and ordered a salad just so I could get another beer.
The rules felt inconsistent and overly restrictive compared to how heavily the restaurant promotes its beer.
Nothing against the server at all was just doing her/his job and enforcing policy. While the staff was courteous, I’ll probably come back just with the understanding that beer isn’t in the plans for me here.

We are here now and have been seated for 50 minutes without food and then this showed up. Freezer burned wings that were not good. Our poor server didn’t know what to say.

The worst buffalo wild wings I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to many across the country. Bar was completely empty yet took 17 minutes to get out first drink. Attitude the whole time from the black lady behind the bar. Food was okay, service was with an attitude. Like we were interrupting her Sunday afternoon of relaxation. Not too mention the alcohol drinks aren’t made in front of you. They make them behind a wall. There’s no back bar at all. The beers get poured in the back as well, even though taps sitting right on front of you

To be honest, this was the worst takeout experience ever.

I ordered plain salt and vinegar wings — no sauce. I’m addicted to salt and vinegar anything, so I was really looking forward to them.

I picked up the order and brought them to work. There were over 30 wings because I wanted to share with my coworkers.

They were completely bland. No taste of salt. No vinegar. Nothing. On top of that, they were so dry and overcooked it was unreal.

I was so embarrassed I almost had to offer my flip flops to my coworkers because those wings were dry as hell.

Super disappointing.

The food was fine. Our waitress tonight was very quiet and came by every 20 minutes to check on us which is too long. We couldn’t hear her since it was the usually BWW environment. You’d think the servers should be louder. The table we sat at was disgusting. There was old Mac and cheese all over the ground and some liquid that was black and sticky. It got all over our shoes and we didn’t notice until my purse fell down and got completely covered in it. It was disgusting. The restaurant is not clean and the employees don’t seem to care.

I’ll be honest for it being a place to eat wings it gets 1 star. Wingstop has much better chicken and fries. I allegedly got hot fresh wings/fries but all of them were cold and not very saucy especially the mild buffalo. Flavor is good but quality is not. The chicken on the inside is good but the breading/skin of the chicken was all hard and chewy. All the fries were practically hollow and definitely overcooked. Them being more soggy would make them actually good and manageable. I’d rather choose wingstop or Red Robin wings because this is the 3rd time purchasing takeout and its happened again.

Absolutely terrible service. I waited for a while at the entrance without anyone even acknowledging me. I then headed to the bar and waited for a good while again before anyone acknowledged me. I was politely reminded I needed a wristband and they sent someone over for an ID check but when I got to the bar instead of being asked if I was familiar with Utah state law; I was given a crash course in rules which I was ok. I was asked if I was going eat and I said yes but then was told I would need to order an entre sized item and then be evaluated on what I can served before I even got a word in. Then was told of other places I could go to instead. It felt as I was being convinced to go somewhere else. All I wanted was good food and a beer and maybe watch some football.
