Total rip off. A tablespoon of dried up meat on the beer cheese steak. A few chewy fries in the chicken tender dinner. Chicken tasted like it had been cooked several times. I work too hard to pay for junk like this. See pictures.

The food was great; it came out pretty quickly. Hot and tasty. The waitress looked like she was pretty bored. She kept asking me to repeat my order right after I was ordering, understandably, because the TVs were pretty loud. Other than that, it was a pretty good experience.

This is the 3rd time we have gone to Buffalo Wild Wings and have ordered the 30 piece boneless wings to go and have not received all 30. I finally called to have our money refund and will probably not be returning which sucks because this is my husband favorite place. We already had to go back in for the drink they forgot to give us. Make sure to count your wings every-time before you leave. We live 2 hours away from buffalo so this is usually a special treat for us. The lady on the phone deserves a raise that we spoke to she was extremely kind!

Pretty cool atmosphere if you are into watching sporting events. This is not one of our favorites what we might come every now and then. Usually a good experience. The service is honestly hit or miss. Our order was incorrect today. The food usually tastes good that makes my stomach hurt. It’s all bar food and nothing really healthy besides a couple salads. We have had the experience more than once there where the server feels the need to get close to my husband. I have been a server before and have never understood servers who do this. Let me tell you in a respectful healthy marriage you will not be getting any extra tip by getting close to someone’s husband, in fact that will have the opposite effect most of the time. It’s called personal space and it’s called being respectful person. No need to get all up in someone’s business or make them feel uncomfortable. There’s a “tip” for you. Secure enough in my marriage to not let this get to me, but it’s never a comfortable feeling with a woman right up next to your husband. Just super unnecessary and disrespectful towards the spouse.

Ashley brought great energy right away and made it clear she cared about doing a good job. She took her time with our order, paid attention to details, and gave recommendations we didn’t even know about and ended up loving. The restaurant was clean, our food came out almost immediately, and everything was correct.
What stood out most was that she genuinely cared about our experience, not just getting through a shift. That kind of service re-energized us about this location. Because of Ashley, we’ll absolutely be back again.

I had a great experience here! My food came quickly and my server Ashley was very helpful and attentive. She actually recommended a different flavor for my wings. While I was apprehensive at first, it may now be my favorite. Next time I will try to save room for dessert.
