It wasn’t the best buffalo wild wings I’ve been to service wise because the waitress was having issues and kept bringing out the wrong food, and on top of that, she was being rude. But the food was pretty good when she finally gave the right food. I got the traditional wings with fries. The wings were fresh, and so were the fries. The food was delicious, but the service was horrible.

I don’t go to Buffalo Wild Wings often, but after my visit last weekend I’ll definitely be going more! Me and some buddies of mine went in on Valentine’s Day, a little boys night out. And our server Tim absolutely made our night! He was so friendly, recommended some great options, and truly just made our experience that much greater! Tim is definitely the best server I’ve ever had at a Buffalo establishment, and one of the nicest I’ve had anywhere! Thank you so much Tim!

We’ve been going to BWW for over 20 years in different states and have always ordered the same thing- traditional wings, all flats, extra extra crispy, spicy garlic, and a basket of wedges with ranch. We don’t go often, maybe 2-3x/yr but tonight was extra good. This location is usually short staffed and overworked but this time around they seemed very well staffed with very pleasant, good looking, hard working, young employees. The service was excellent and quick and the food was cooked to perfection! We left impressed and with happy, full bellies. Also, I should note there was no wait to get a table and it was a great atmosphere without being too crowded or loud.

My wife’s wings were great! Unfortunately the kids and I ordered honey bbq and they were WAY too spicy for any of us. We had to throw them out. Super bummed because they are expensive so it was a treat to celebrate my wife’s new job. Kids and I got different fast food and all was good. I have never had such a hot BBQ before definitely needs a warning. We will try again though!

1. I asked for some water and pop and only got my pop.
2. It took forever for my buddy to get his drink because the bar tender was just always sitting down and not paying attention and they forgot the orange with his drink.
3. Food turned out great tho just took a minute to get here.
Servers are playing host and not focused on the tables asking for refills or anything else to make the dinner more enjoyable, kinda reminds me of a circus.

I’m always shocked coming here especially with service. I do understand when it’s busy but we have been here several times on very slow nights and the service can’t keep up. Servers on their phones and sitting down. Bartenders who aren’t paying attention to tickets resulting in drinks made wrong. From the perspective of a service worker watching someone make your drink wrong and under pour your drink, then double back and tell you that your wrong about what you saw is beyond me. I’ll never understand why management doesn’t try to improve this location as it’s a great spot to watch sports but really I can’t stand the lack of accountability in the service.

I never imagined a restaurant would sell cold stale multiple day old, nuked, French fries and call it acceptable. These fries were so inedible that my dogs didnt even want them. I asked for the sauce for my fries on the side, so they decided not to sauce a single item!!! They just sloppily threw my order in a box and called it good. Horrible location. I would recommend literally any other location. Just a matter of time before this poorly managed location gets shut down like it needs to be.

After a 40 minute wait, our party of eight was separated into two tables. When we had requested to be seated at a table that accommodated our party size better, we were told that we couldn’t move seats because “that’s just the way we do things here.” While it is understandable that a place of business has set routines to follow, it was disappointing to see that the table we had asked to move to, sat empty for 30 minutes.
Our waitress was amazing enough to try to accommodate us as guests better, she ultimately was told that we weren’t to move, after she cleaned the table completely for us. Mind you, this all happened prior to us even ordering food or drinks.

As far as Buffalo Wild Wings go, this one isn’t great. Service is worse than you’d expect; the bathroom was disgusting on a random Tuesday evening. And unfortunately, the wings were very dry. The texture was bad enough that I only ate two wings.
The bartender didn’t even ask why I didn’t eat 3/4 of what I purchased.
They do have lots of TVs. If you wanna catch a game and drink a beer, this is your spot.

I eat lunch or frequently as some of the lunch specials are some of the best I have found in Boise. On November 22, 2024 I had one of their lunch specials, which included a double Patty cheeseburger, french fries and a diet Pepsi (just to balance it out). 820 cal. The price on this lunch special is $11.
The burgers are great!
Veterans and military can receive a 15% discount with proof of service.
My total cost for lunch, including cheeseburger, fries, and soda was only $9.91!
Show me another place in Boise, where you can get the same deal.
I love the staff they treat me like family!
This season if you’re at the Grove for ice-skating or just looking at the Christmas lights, I would suggest that you consider them for lunch or dinner.
