This was a nice location. Was fairly busy, but everything still came out in a timely manner. All was fresh. Food was great. No issues. Staff was awesome as well! Nice visit

Food was fine, cocktails were fine though apparently they were out of some of the alcohol in one of the drinks that depended on the specific alcohol for the drink’s character. Service was pretty slow, food was just above lukewarm by the time it came out and had to remind servers multiple times about a component on our order that the kitchen apparently forgot. They managed to put the Avs game on the big screen if there isn’t any football (no matter how obscure) on.

First time here, Food was great! But the service ruined it for me! I was by myself, Wasn’t busy at all but and was there for an hour and half! I ordered Parmesan bites and tenders, came out separately 5 min apart. Which is weird. Ask for a refill on my water, 10 min wait. Asked for ranch dressing for my fries and never got it! We were not greeted in a very friendly way. There’s was a gentleman in front of us and he asked for a booth for one and she looked and at us and asked “two?” We said yes she turned and walked away we weren’t sure until we saw her seat the gentleman and put two menus on another table.
She was not very friendly, the food was cold, wings were dry, and the sauces were so cold they were gelatinous.

Stopped in for lunch and the service was great. Our food came out quickly and was hot and tasted very fresh. No complaints at all. I’m rating atmosphere lower because it was quite cold in there. Other than that everything was great.

Easily the WORST Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever experienced. I door dash frequently, and I kid you not, 7 TIMES IN A ROW, we have given them a chance. Never again.
7 times in a row they’ve messed up the order, not even by a little. Missing entire sides. Extras we’ve paid for. EVERY TIME.
I normally like to leave good reviews. But at this point and multiple calls to the store management to ask if they can help manage these issues, they shrug it off. Offer a $20 in store coupon and don’t change a thing.
The burgers taste worse than Burger King and have that fake flavor sort of smoke stuff at least the last time I ordered. Fries are rancid and cold, and over peppered. I’d love to tell you how the Mac n cheese is if we EVER get it.
They must only hire people that can’t read, or do not care. Door dash doesn’t even refund the full cost sometimes of the things missing, and at this point if you order, let me be the science experiment. 7/7 times they can’t get it right. And what we got was sub par.
Do not order from here. Three different managers promised “we will make sure management signs off on door dash orders to make sure things are correct and nothings missing!”
Just “not on busy nights”.

I go here at least once a month with my family, and it’s a pretty solid restaurant to go out to eat at. I can’t recall a bad time I’ve had here. Of course, there were some visits that were better than others, but that’s normal when you frequent a restaurant often. There’s something for everyone here, whether it’s going for the bar or taking the family to eat in the dining area. If you are a sports fan, this is the place to be with the TVs everywhere. However, just know that if you are taking the family here, it can be a bit chaotic and noisy because of the sports bar atmosphere, especially on a weekend night. I’ve never had any issues with any employees as the service has always been on point and pleasant. And last but not least the food is always fresh and tastes good. I’ve never had a time here where the food wasn’t fresh. Also, the food typically comes out rather quickly, especially if you get wings. I know this is generally a wing place, but the burgers are pretty good, too. I will also say on a side note that BWW has one of the best rewards systems among most restaurants. It’s easy to earn points. And I enjoy playing trivia on the app. This Buffalo Wild Wings is definitely worth giving a shot if you haven’t already since I feel it’s one of the most enjoyable restaurants in Cheyenne.

Update, Don’t bother trying to email them, it tells you under maintenance and they never answer. Its all for show when they respond, there is no customer service.

My family and I visited here a few days ago to have lunch and beat the heat. We were quickly seated and service was fast. The food was delicious, restaurant was clean and the menu had choices for all. My only issue was that it was a little hot and stuffy inside of the restaurant. I understand it is a restaurant cooking hot food but some type of air circulation would have been a little more comforting. The waitress was absolutely pleasant to speak to and very patient as my daughter couldn’t make up her mind what she wanted to drink and did assist her in her choice. We will definitely be back!!
