Terrible experience. The management here is extremely rude and unprofessional—no respect for customers at all. Instead of addressing issues, they talk down to you like they don’t care whether you come back or not.
To make it worse, the food portions are a joke. The fries quantity was embarrassingly small for what they charge. This feels like straight-up cheating customers.
This location seriously needs new management and a complete staff overhaul. If that’s not possible, they might as well shut this place down. Plenty of better Buffalo Wild Wings locations out there—avoid this one.

Do better… we ordered $60 worth of wings for them to forget the sauce on one set, box with the wings not put together, and two ranches for 40 wings! The wings are cold. Ranch had hair in it. Just absolutely trash. For the price, I’ll order wing stop.

These things are so small I thought they were sample size. I’ve seen more meat on a paperclip. One strong breeze and they’d qualify as airborne.
Dry too — like they were cooked yesterday, reheated today, and emotionally exhausted by the process.
If these are wings, the chicken they came from definitely skipped leg day… and every other day.

I used to love coming to BWW. However, we’ve been a few times lately and it has gone down hill. The food is average, as well as the customer service. Last time we went I had ordered wings with extra sauce and a few of the wings had almost no sauce on them. My husband had ordered some type of bacon sandwich on which they completely forgot to put the bacon on. When he asked our server if she’d mind grabbing him the bacon for his sandwich she seemed really annoyed about it. Our server didn’t end up coming back with the bacon (one slice of bacon) until we were pretty much done with our meal and ready for the check. Unfortunately, we haven’t been back since because it’s just not worth it at this point.

Food looks sad. Ordered two 20- piece meals and got 12. Little sauce. Over cooked and made as if they didn’t care. I ordered at 8:00 so it wasn’t to busy. Careful about what your order.

Shopping yesterday and stopped in around 2pm for lunch. The women’s restroom was completely filthy, the toilets literally looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days, trash overflowing. One of the faucets was hanging off the sink. There was scum all in the sink and around the edges. The paper towel “roll” not in the dispenser but sitting on the filthy counter under the soap dispenser. No other way to dry hands after washing.Then I couldn’t help but notice the sign for employees to wash their hands before returning to work. Wild Wings, please clean this up before your customers get sick!!! Clean it for your employees, I can’t imagine using this restroom and then serving food to the public. We should have just left, the food came to the table cold, but I had the most darling server and always tip well they have to earn a living. You can do better!!!

Got dinner here with my fiance, a friend and my brother. First it took our server Jayla (or something like that) 5 minutes to get to our table and ask about drinks. We ordered pretty quickly and after our food came out we saw our server once. We needed refills on our waters and even put them on the edge of the table hoping she’d see them and get us more… Never happened. It wasn’t just that she was ignoring us per say she was just no where to be found. We couldn’t even wave her down. Finally after being completely done with our food and drinks we continued to wait for about 20 minutes. We just wanted our checks at that point so we had to hunt down another server and ask her to go get ours. After another 10 minutes she came to the table got us refills but didn’t take any of the empty trays in front of us that we had stacked neatly for her. She brought us the checks and then was gone for another 10 minutes so the server who we had talked to before so kindly ran our cards. To set the scene a little more: We came in and there were maybe 5 or 6 other tables in the dinning room, including a table of probably 12 but about halfway through our meal it was our table and two others and the large table. It was not busy enough to excuse this level of poor service. The sweet other server who helped us was helping the large table and bussed our trays when she went to find our server. You never expect great service from large restaurant chains but it’s also ridicules to sit there for an hour and a half when you order your food almost right away and finish it within 30 minutes of being there.

Just like all of the other Buffalo wild wing establishments. Many televisions showing various sports. Apparently this one is not very busy as in tge dinning area there was one other group and my there at noon on a Saturday.
