We were seated immediately upon arrival at 6:30ish even though it was busy. Our server Steven was a super friendly from the second we sat down. Service was beyond excellent! Our appetizer came out in less than 10 min and our entrees followed shortly afterwards. The all american burgers were . I was very satisfied with our visit compared to other BWWs I’ve been to. Keep up the great work. Will definitely be back to this location!

I ordered from here and the fries were cold and had salt on them when i said no salt, the chicken was hard, and the cheesecake didn’t have caramel on it. You cannot put a fork through it. Terrible food

Came here on a Tuesday night for. BOGO free bone in wings- it wasn’t packed. Got seated right away, the server was nice and attentive. She got our order wrong, but the manager was able to fix it and take care of us.

Yesterday we went to watch the super bowl the waitress Emily kept rushing us to order just being really pushy about everything relaxing watching the game she told us that we needed to check out before we even have the food I told her that we are still ordering drinks she wanted to cash out cuz she was leaving that we had it to get another waitress it was so uncomfortable when she was staring at us she even had another table next to us them people told her you look mad as hell and we didn’t even do nothing to this lady we were nice to her and everything the server that did take over Emma she was such a sweetie to us we truly appreciate her and her service. I think if Emily has 30 minutes in her shift she shouldn’t take no more tables she was very rude pushy disrespectful overall the food was great the atmosphere was kicking we enjoyed ourselves after she removed herself

The food was just horrible. We basically spent $149 on trash food. I got the all American burger. One patty was regular but didnt looked grilled at all. The other was what is pictured below. Looks like scrapping from the grill made into a patty. Waitress seemed nice resturant appeared clean.

My boyfriend and I hopped in for lunch today, we sat at the bar and Jessica was amazing! The whole restaurant filled up in moments and the staff was right on it! The food was great. Definitely coming back!

Staff was nice, but inside smelled like a public restroom (we were not sitting by the bathrooms and the smell did not go away over the time we were there). The wings were bone dry – super well-done and almost no sauce on them at all, and the fries had a bad aftertaste. It’s unfortunate because we used to love coming here and came relatively frequently, but the quality has gotten worse each visit, and now it’s at the point that it’s just not worth visiting at all.
