Waited 5 minutes for a drink order them another for the drink ….not bad. Then 20 minutes went by til she said want anything. Holding a menu the whole time,Nope just the check, I only get 30 minutes for lunch. Another 10 minutes for check. This is lunch time and not busy. My phone didn’t work on the digital menu, not their problem. But was at bar for assumed faster service. No one was behind the bar most of the time iwas there..

Buffalo wild wings off Wadsworth boulevard excellent location in Lakewood Colorado. Wonderful area wonderful staff wonderful people very busy on Game nights highly recommended for the game enthusiast. You won’t be dissatisfied with this place. Don’t trust your chicken wings to no name companies. They may get it wrong like they have mine in the past. Can’t speak for them all but this place no matter what city I’m in they never disappoint

Its my first time coming and I loved it our waitress was very helpful. I order 15 boneless wings three different flavors Asian zing,mango habanero and original buffalo it was a great choice on the sauce.

It took over 15 minutes for a server to recognize I was there. The server in the bar area walked past me numerous times without acknowledging me. The only time she interacted with me was to give me my bill.I asked for my salad to be brought out first and of course wings and salad came out together. This is the second or third time I have tried this location and I believe this will be my last time. Service is horrible even with enough staff present.

While this place is all about the wings, they do really well with other items too. I got the All American double cheeseburger lunch special this week, just $10 for burger, fries and soda. Burger was fantastic! I upgraded to onion rings instead of fries and while they tasted good, they were a bit too greasy. My server was great – friendly and attentive.

Sad to see from the previous comments that the service at this location is going down hill. I agree I’ve always had a decent experience at this location. But this order I picked up was just poor service all together. After a long day of work I put a order to pick up on the way home, used a reward for some fried pickles. They came batter dipped- barley fried. I was SO sad! Even if it’s free per reward, that means someone visited enough to EARN THAT. not only that but it’s wing Tuesday and they shorted me wings on a 12 pc wings!! Like I wouldn’t notice. prices have increased & I’m still not getting what I paid for? Also called – to busy to speak directly to a manager (6:10pm) and they “issued a refund” that’ll return to my card in two weeks. In other words they are not about taking care of customers. Don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

Went in last night at about 11 pm. 10 min before getting there I had ordered online 10 wings fries and mozzarella sticks. When I got there the order was supposed to be out at 1130 which was weird bc It didn’t look busy and I ended up getting my order until about 1150. When I got home my wing was as I ordered plain bc THERE WAS NO SAUCE ON ITOR AT LEAST EXTRA SAUCE as they normally would have at the bottom. I ordered medium Buffalo and it did not even have a small kick to it oh and my fries omg i guess there’s a shortage bc we bearly had any. Very disappointing and don’t think I’d go back to this one
