I made the drive back, only to be met with zero acknowledgment. No greeting, no apology, nothing. They took the bag, disappeared for less than three minutes, and handed me the corrected order without a word. I checked it myself this time, and thankfully it was finally complete. When I asked for the corporate number, I was told to “look it up online” and then asked if there was a problem, as if none of this had been.
The complete lack of customer service, accountability, or even basic courtesy was extremely disappointing. What should’ve been a simple fix turned into a frustrating back-and-forth with no effort to make things right. Even the manager seemed indifferent, which made the experience feel even more dismissive and unprofessional. We were just trying to enjoy a family meal and instead, we got inconvenience, poor service, and zero care from the staff. Very disappointing.
SHE did NOT SAY bogo was for boneless wings only. Booo when we asked why we have this she goes “ya bogo is only for boneless. We stated that she didn’t say this, we don’t want chicken nuggets at Buffalo Wild Wings. Needless to say she offered to take them back and give us a new order but we were already waiting for such a long time bc we were there to watch the hockey game. Oh well. Other than that the food was okay like it always was. But if the server offers a deal they need to explain it better … the new quesadilla was pretty good tho
ALSO WHO BRINGS OUT THE DESSERT BEFORE THE MAIN COURSE?
My family and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner tonight, and we had a very upsetting experience. My 4-year-old son is autistic (level 2) and has a very limited diet. He’s extremely selective about what he eats, which is common for children on the spectrum. He doesn’t eat most restaurant food, and Cheetos are one of the few snacks he will eat.
While we were at our table, my son started crying because he was hungry. I quickly ran to a nearby store (in the same parking lot) to buy him a small bag of Cheetos so he could eat something while the rest of us had dinner. When I came back, the manager stopped me and said I couldn’t bring the Cheetos inside because of their “no outside food or drinks” policy.
I explained that my son has a disability and that due to his autism, he will not eat most foods. I tried to help the manager understand that this is not simply a preference — it’s part of his disability. Even after my husband spoke with him and mentioned the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), the manager still refused to make an accommodation.
What made this even more disappointing is that we are a large family — our bill would have easily been over $100. We were there to support their business, order meals, and enjoy dinner together. All we were asking was to let our son have a small bag of Cheetos so he could feel included while we ate.
We’ve been to many restaurants and have never had an issue bringing in a small snack for our son due to his autism. This was the first time we were denied, and it left us feeling discriminated against and unwelcome.
I truly hope Buffalo Wild Wings takes this seriously and provides training for staff and management about disability awareness and reasonable accommodations for children with autism and other sensory-related needs. Families like ours just want to enjoy a meal together like everyone else.
It was a Tuesday night and they were having buy one traditional wing and get one half off so we thought oh that’s a great deal we were going to order 30 wings and those were $31.99 so we thought well let’s order 15 wings and then we’ll get another 15 wings at half off … well it only turned out to save us three dollars because the less wings you order the more expensive it is.
A 15 pack of wings is $19.99 so we ended up paying $29 for 30 wings instead of $31.99 but that’s OK we still saved a $3 bucks.
The wings came out and they were plump and really good. Would have preferred more drums; one set of wings had no drums! Also would be nice to get a few more carrots and celery. But nevertheless really good and recommend as a great wing place!
We were greeted by a friendly host. The restaurant had many empty tables, but we still had to wait about 15 minutes for a table, not bad at all for a Saturday evening. Plenty of TVs throughout showing sports and of course, the MMA fight night we wanted to watch.
Food was good with that authentic BWW’s taste.
Shout out to our amazing server ‘Alecia’ who was extremely attentive, making sure we were good the entire time and did not rush us.
Overall, we had a great experience at this location.
