Ordered a 6pc Dry Buffalo Seasoned Wings at this location. My doordasher waited for nearly half an hour (bless his heart), my food arrived over an hour and a half since I placed it. I received barely seasoned wings. I wasn’t able to leave a review on my app so I’m leaving it here.

I highly discourage from trying this location. No one at the door even on slow days, you’re left wondering if you should get your own table or wait for someone. Once you’re seated it’s another waiting period to put your order in.. honestly nothing but inattentive staff and poor service. Find another bdubs or refrain from having wings from this place. Hard to enjoy a place when the place doesn’t seem to want customers.

Walked in at 10:30pm, waited 20 minutes to get a server/hostess attention to be seated down even tho multiple servers kept looking back at us every 2 minutes. Finally, somebody sat us down but she mumbled me to go find a seat and walked away. Didn’t even guide us where to sit. At that point we walked over to the front door and left. Terrible service and place looked so dirty. Managements needs to better. They just hire anybody at this point. If I could give -5 stars I would.

I now remember why I stopped going to BWW. The online ordering does not allow you to adjust the wings for well done, extra saucy.. nothing. I do not like rubbery wings and for whatever reason that is how yall like cooking them. Second, I had a 20 piece and could not state how I wanted the sauce selections, I wanted 15 of 1 and 5 of the other… but again no your online system doesn’t allow that. Other wing places give you those options….
Also I ordered burgers and they were the driest and unflavorful burgers I have had with hard dried cheese as if they were already cooked and cheese was added and left sitting… the kind that sits at the bbq and the late guests get. My wife and I regretted picking burgers.
Then I waited to get my wings redone and it looked like they just gave me back the same wings with extra sauce and made a few extra. Needless to say we didn’t enjoy it and we threw most of it away.
And on top of it, I didn’t realize your iced tea is not iced tea it is cold unsweetened tea.. EVERYONE KNOWS ICED TEA IS SWEET except BWW. When I went back to change it the waitress tried to charge me $8 when I gave her back the drinks full except for one sip we spit out.
Thank you for ruining date night and reminding me why I stopped going to BWW and trust me I will not forget again.

Placed an online order at 4:38pm came to location at 5:20. No warm welcome, no acknowledgement and was handed my food at 5:55pm. Unacceptable. Store manager stated that promise to deliver time should of been 5:48 when ap clearly stated pick-up time 5:10pm
Took more the an hr and a 19 minutes to receive food. Afyer ski g to cancel order for refund was transfered to another hostes that tried to tell me that the app was rong and that they just got the order. Order were coming in amd out. Felt discriminated to be honest.again asked for management to cancel and refund my order due to time sensitivity because of second job. And had to wait an additional 10 minutes to even get a re fund at end of the day never received my refund and waited till 5:55pm unacceptable the manager was a liar and the team members did not have no form of leadership nor communication. Kept telling me the either the food was being prepared, based or were waiting of the wings to get warmed up.. honestly the worst experience ever needs new leadership and a new method of customer service. Was very frustrated and manager told me if I dint like it then to never come back…she would of never said that of she understood the situation then again its bad management like her that could not lead the right way.

The manager on duty made many excuses and didn’t seem to care that there was several issues. Im sorry but a moldy cup that a drink was given to my wife is a big deal. This place doesn’t need to be a gourmet 5 star restaurant but it does need to have standards for health and safety. I will not be coming back to this restaurant for that reason. Disappointing really.

I ordered take out. The wings were excellent with regard to taste and quality of meat. Atmosphere while waiting for the food was jovial. A great place to take a family with children: lively and friendly.

I ordered take out, my estimate pick up time was 4:30.. the person working the pick up area asked for my name and said it was not ready. I was fine with waiting a bit but then it was 10 minutes & she asked again my name.. still no order.. 20 minutes had went by and i asked someone else about my order because it doesn’t make sense that my pick up time is 4:30 and i have waited over 20 minutes, that defeats the purpose of take out. magically my order pops up and they say “we just finished making it” i look at my order when i get home and the labels on my food have time stamps saying 4:22, meaning my food had already been done! my food was not fresh, it was cold and taste like it had been sitting there. Also to mention the people in the kitchen were super loud, as if they were doing more laughing and hanging out than actually doing their job. I don’t typically write bad reviews but this was a very dissatisfying experience, my time & money was wasted!
