We stopped here for lunch and sat at the bar. Our food came out hot and fresh from the kitchen. Our service was friendly and attentive, but they did only have one person working the bar area. The atmosphere is comfortable and has a lot of tvs to watch your favorite sports. We ordered the pickle chips, potato wedges, and boneless wings. I had a great margarita.

We eat here often because its close. However we absolutely refuse to eat here on a BOGO wing night. They’re dumping their trash these days and every time we’ve ordered food (chicken items) on those nights it’s been overcooked, freezer burnt garbage. Last night was the absolute last straw with this location on a Tuesday or Thursday. After spending over $50 and purposely not choosing a bogo deal we still got trash. The entire order containing chicken was thrown out because it was nasty, my child couldn’t bite into his food. They are known for wings yet the only part of our order that wasn’t a problem was non chicken meal ( kids burger) I ordered all flats and was clearly given the stuff that should be thrown out not served to people it wasn’t all flats. I wouldn’t have fed that to a dog, it was that awful last night. I can understand things aren’t always prefect but to serve this overcooked inedible chicken was insulting. I would much rather an honest person saying im sorry we overcooked your food so we’re starting it again. I would happily wait for something done right instead of being served trash just to keep people moving out the door.. I called for a refund and was told by the manager that he couldn’t process my refund and the manager on duty the next day would do so. Now I’ve gotta contact then yet again in 3-5 days if I don’t see my refund. Ummm…. no your the manager figure it out, don’t pass it on to someone else who doesn’t know the situation. I’m very mad about the food we were served yesterday. Do not eat here on Tuesday or Thursday. You’ve been warned.
For pickup orders know that when you arrive they will most likely tell you it’ll be smooth 10-15mins. If you’re lucky it’ll take less than 20. Seems like they don’t stay coming until you arrive to pickup. This is not a new thing here. Happens everytime.

Decided to treat myself and place an order for pickup tonight. My pickup time said 6:30, which was when I had arrived. They told me 10-15 more minutes. Fine, give them some grace, cool. Thirty mins later I hear my name called. I go home and open my bag to see this. What kind of nachos are these? They had a drop of cheese and dusted heavily with a dry rub. So disappointed.

This place used to be good… hardly seen our waitress and she forgot to check on us to order our main dish. They weren’t even that busy… both the bone in and boneless wings were so small and were not even fresh tasting… like the threw them in the microwave and served Luke warm. The Mac and cheese wasn’t even cooked all the way, the noodles were semi hard. The triple cheese burgers were flatter than flat.. so sad with this experience overall. Now they want to over charge… The women’s restroom ALWAYS makes my stomach turn and smells like overflown potty…I highly don’t recommend this place. I normally do not post such horrible reviews but this was a cherry on top…

This is our go to spot for lunch. Usually the service is great and our food is always fresh and delicious. Not sure what was going on Friday 12/19 during lunch, but the service was horrible and my boneless wings were a disappointment. Besides a large party of 10ish people, the restuarant wasn’t packed. We waited about 40 minutes for our food. My husbands burger was good but my wings were super overcooked and barely edible. If I had not already waited 40 minutes on my lunch break I would have requested a new batch but did not have time. I picked through what I could but half of them felt like they were going to break my teeth. I told the first waitress or busgirl who is a younger hispanic female, who by the way has zero customer service skills. She looked at me with a blank look like I was an idiot. The older waitress with glasses is nice but her attention to us was minimal. She was super overwhelmed by the little crowd she had going on. No sorry for the wait or anything to that nature. There was a couple waiting for about 10 minutes at the front. Not one worker acknowleged their presence to were they finally ended up leaving. Long story short I was offered a new batch or to take it off the tab. At that point I was running late back to work and just asked for it to be removed from tab. We had ordered the Pick 6. She took $6 off and still charged us $14 for my husbands burger and tots. Oh ya their bathroom smells like sewage or old grease ALL THE TIME. I don’t think I will be returning to this location ANYTIME SOON.

My family loves Buffalo Wild Wings so I took my daughter tonight for her birthday. We arrived at 6:30, the dining area was dead which was surprising since the Broncos were on MNF. This restaurant was uncomfortably cold, the AC was blasting despite it being cool outside. We had to move tables to try to get away from the air. Our server seemed to be one of the only servers working, so it took a while to even be able to place our order. After being in the restaurant for 45 minutes we still had no food. I asked her if she could see if it would out soon since we only had about 5 minutes before we had to leave. She came back with my daughter’s kids meal which must have been sitting in the back for a while since neither the burger nor the fries were even warm anymore, and said they were finishing up my meal. We waited about 10 more minutes and could wait no more, so after an hour we left with my 5 year old’s food wrapped in a napkin, and I never even received my meal. Our waitress was nice but it was a terrible experience. It was a first to spend an hour at a restaurant only to have to go home and cook myself dinner! This is the closest location to our house, but we will not be back. The location on 64th is much better!

My first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings ever and I had the worst experience from any restaurant that I’ve ever been to. I got the Tito’s lemonade that me and my husband both tried and it didn’t taste like alcohol whatsoever. I also ordered the nacho appetizer that specifies that it comes with chicken on top but I got a big plate of a bunch of chips and hardly cheese. I asked for the chicken and she said $3 extra…. I explained to her that it says chicken in the first part of the discription on the menu so she then brought out the chicken 5 minutes later so by then the nachos were cold and I couldn’t eat them. I was excited to at least get my bone in wings but no, they had no seasoning and were so hard it hurt my teeth and I couldn’t eat them. I came super hungry and left the same way after only eating 2 pieces of celery and a carrot. I never leave reviews but this was a horrible experience.

We went here recently and the staff were very nice. However, we won’t be going back again because the bathrooms and the dining areas were both dirty. If both bathrooms smell that bad and are dirty what does the kitchen likely look like?
There was toilet paper, paper towels and just a mess in both bathrooms all over the place. The menus plu the tables were dirty and sticky.
The lack of being clean ruined our night while the food was good. Not sure we can go back to this location.

Our waitress was a hero! They were clearly understaffed, and they got one of our orders wrong. However, My salad was delicious. One of our dishes, the chipotle bbq, came with a powdered dry dressing. We were expecting a dip. Our waitress fixed that right away. Our margaritas were small and light, but we had a great conversation. All things considered I can only take one star because the good was really good.
