One of the best Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to in a while. My server Lauren was amazing! She was very friendly and super attentive. The wings and tater tots were cooked to perfection. I totally got lost in the sauce. Next time I’m in El Paso I’ll definitely be coming back!

Julio was attentive to listen what we wanted on our order. He also made sure to check on us and made our wings well done plus saucy! The wings were sensational and our cheese curds were hot and fresh! He was very nice and friendly. This was only our second time at this location, and we decided to switch it up and sit at the bar instead of getting a table — and we’re so glad we did! Aidan was our server and he was amazing from start to finish. He was very attentive, made sure everything came out on time, and checked on us often to see if we needed anything.
The food was absolutely delicious, and his kindness and great attitude made the whole experience even better. We truly appreciate the excellent service — Aidan did a fantastic job!

The food was good when I finished my side I was already full but it was really good. It took forever it took like an hour just to order well I was eating my burger and I asked if I can get a refill and 10 mints later I asked for my refill and they said yes I’ll bring it right now like bro they forgot me and the atmosphere was not bad.

Horrible experience from the start. Placed an order for pick up thru instacart. I go there 5 mins before the estimated pick up time. So I get to the counter and let the hostess know. She asks for my name and if it was a pick up order and goes back to check. She comes back and let’s me know they are working on it. Great. I didnt expect it to be ready just wanted them to know I was there when it was. So I sit down and wait. Thru out this time hostess seats diff guest and she is beyond rude. Just her face and her body language alone was very unwelcoming and add that w her tone. No smile. No “hi welcome” to any guest. 5 mins pass and i get a notification from instacart that my order is ready for pick up. So I give it a min or two for the hostess to seat a few parties. She gets back and still nothing yet she sees me every time she passes by that im waiting. I give it another 5 mins after my notification and finally get up and let her know I got the notification. She again asks “for who? Was it a take out?” And just like before its in the most unwelcoming tone. I let her know my name again even tho I had just mentioned it to her a few mins prior. She brings out the food and for some reasons he shouts my name so loud right in front of me as if she didnt know I was there waiting for her to bring me my food… We get home and to top everything off the portions were so ridiculously small!! I ordered 2 – 20 piece boneless meals w 2 large fries. There were maybe 10 decent sized boneless wings for each box and the other 10 pieces were so small they shouldnt even be considered a piece! The “large” fries should be a small fry! And the carrots and celery were a joke! $40 felt like such a waste of $. This was my first experience w buffalo wild wings and it was such a disappointment in each and every way.

we went in today around 7:30pm, restaurant was not busy at all, we ordered appetizers along with food we got the food first and 20-30 min later appetizers never got to the table politely we asked the server to remove the appetizers from the bill mind you server never came back to check in on us for drinks ect …. server got bothered when we asked her to remove the appetizer form the bill so she started giving us attitude right after, she finally came to give us the ticket we gave her a card to pay and she took 20 min to return with the card. it was just a horrible experience! will not be going back to this location. manager was just as unprofessional when we told her that the server was taking a long time with your card.

I had placed a to go order yesterday evening. When I had picked up the order the lady working at the front was very kind.
I got home to find the order was completely wrong. I had ordered bone in and got boneless and the flavors were not what I ordered. I called the restaurant and the same lady had picked up who helped me originally. I was calm and kind and so was she. She asked me if i wanted a refund or if I wanted them to redo the order. I asked them to redo the order and I asked if i could get the fries and cheese curds done as well. She said yes and sounded happy to do it.
When I got to the restaurant the manager did not treat me with the same kindness. Unfortunately I did not get his name.
When I went up to the counter, he said they were redoing the order and as he was talking he grabbed the old fries from the original order and started placing them in my bag. I asked if I could get the entire order redone and he gave me a dirty look. I explained that the fries and cheese curds would be cold by the time i got home. He gave me another dirty look and replied with, “I’ll have them redo them but only this one time”. Excuse me, what?? I hope this is the last time that i have to request that after your guy’s mess up! Whatever I brushed it off.
What makes this attitude even worse was that the wings were dry and fries were stale. I know he did not get me fresh food and just gave me the food that was just sitting under the warmer, for at that point, had been 40 minutes. I also know it wasn’t fresh and was just the original order because it took less than five minutes for me to get the “new” and fresh” food.
I could have brushed off this managers attitude if he would have made me a fresh batch of food. Very disappointed that THE MANAGER acted this way. This manager should be trained in customer retention!

My son and I went for a treat, but we didn’t realize that it would be so busy (Friday evening, duh). We walked in and went up to the hostess to add our name to the list, and she said that it would be a 30-45 minute wait but that we could eat at the bar if we wanted to (I didn’t think we could, as my son is only 17). To my surprise, she said that we could! We nearly ran to two bar stools and waited to be served. Stephanie was busy but polite and after about 10 minutes, she took our order: my son had the combo–15 boneless wings with mozzarella sticks and fries, and I got the large portion of cauliflower “wings” with potato wedges, as I’m a vegetarian. I had an unsweetened iced tea, as I was the Designated Driver, and my son had a Dr. Pepper. The only complaints I have about our visit was that the music was so loud, I almost didn’t hear my phone ring! I had to tell the caller to call back, since I couldn’t hear a thing they were saying. And the restaurant was so cold I had my hands inside of my hoodie while we waited for our food; it was bordering on uncomfortable, tbh. Other than that, we had a good meal. It was moderately priced, but everything these days is expensive, however, they do offer a military discount, which is always appreciated.

2nd time coming (3/3) Both times food is good and good priced but food takes alittle to long for not being busy. Servers also are ok at checking in on you but not great. Will return if I am invited but not my choice of restaurant.

We’re visiting El Paso and ordered Buffalo Wild Wings online for pickup. The ordering process was quick and easy. After we arrived at our hotel, the restaurant called to let us know they accidentally gave us someone else’s order. Since it was late, we chose not to drive back. The team was very honest about the mistake and refunded our order right away, which we appreciated. Although the food wasn’t what we ordered, we were thankful for the quick communication and customer service.
