Mei made our visit absolutely amazing. She was personable, attentive, and incredibly sweet from start to finish. She never ignored us, always checked in at the right time, and made sure our drinks never ran dry.
Her energy and customer service truly stood out and turned a regular visit into a great experience. Because of her, we’ll definitely be coming back. Buffalo Wild Wings is lucky to have her!

Horrible service. 10 minutes on the phone line. Phones not working was their claim. Person I spoke with wanted to make excuses and prioritize that over getting a customer. Told her that time was an issue and from the looks of it she rather loose customers. I genuinely want to eat here but everything from her was inviting my quick exit. Had to ask her twice if she wanted me to leave or start an order. It was she that had placed me on hold. And she who hanged up without taking the order. Now I see why their stars are so low for such dedicated management.

Went to go eat there with my husband and kids and Rebecca the manager made my visit very Amazing. Super helpful friendly and patient. My food came out fast and fresh as well. Definitely would recommend this place to friends and family

Service was terrible,,, the manager wouldn’t allow to use a bigger table.. we were a bigger party than usual 10 plus. They had bigger tables but the manager said that section was already closed. They closed at midnight and it was barely past 9 pm. our server was not the most courteous person. Needless to say we aren’t coming back . I highly do not recommend this place. First and last time here. That’s what you get at the 956 if you know what I mean

Manager told me off, started to argue with me told me it was my mistake and that she wasn’t sorry that they messed up my order. Called Edinburg Buffalo Wild Wings and their Manager agreed that managers should never speak to their customers that way. Never again ordering at Buffalo Wild Wings in Weslaco.

I waited for 34 minutes to get my drinks and never got them, They gave my food to the wrong table and they ate some of it then returned it. After waiting so long I got up and left then the lady with aqua hair finally got our drinks while we were walking out. After stating she’d get our drinks first never did but after waiting 34 minutes it was not worth it. We left hungry and parched.

I had the most unacceptable of service,yesterday we went to have late dinner,and we order an original margarita and a beer…the waitress ask for and ID,i sowed to her,(i only had a that time my mexican ID)….i have doual citizenship btw….and in the second round i ask her for less ice in my drink,and she was rude to answer me: i am not going to give you more alcohol,its already measure!, So i answer: I am not asking that,just pour less Ice. She left,bring the avocado chips and dident bring my drink. I ask her,can you bring my drink?, she says….I am an not confortable to serve you, so,u told her…well ,call somebody else. And she called the manager Melissa, we explained to her,and she said to us that the waitress was the one with permit to serve alcohol,and because of that,nobody will serve any more alcohol to us.So not even her.I dont understand.,We told her that we were to left a bad review and ask her for the name….she only told us,..My name is Melissa,and my full name is in the entrance. Tsk tsk tsk…..we paid….anf left. Our party told us that somebody call the police ,but we already been gone(shame on the one calling the police)…btw,my husband its 1 year retired from HomeLand Security.For this kind of service,people think the less of our Valley.

This place just continues to go down the tubes. 2 drinks in and you’re mandatory to order food or they will not serve you anymore. Not coming in pregaming or anything we came in at 6m after work.
Food was cold and crap, let the server know and they remade and still came out cold. Couldn’t get service after we ordered waters from being regulated after 2 beers and didint get one server to come to our table. Tried to check out and that was a task took forever our server was now the bar tender. Asked another server if she could cash us out was told no. Stood at the bar for over 15 mins waiting. It truly wasn’t even that packed.
Will never go again this isn’t the first time this has happened.

Ordered online went to pick up order inside. 1) Server told me to get my own order sitting on rack because, it was not her position.2) I checked my food and they gave all flats. I’m disappointed on the decline of quality and customer service here in Weslaco.

I wouldn’t come back. It wasn’t that terrible. The food was decent. Seemed a little dry….a lot dry actually. Small extremely dark. The lights outside are not working when I visit last week. So you couldn’t even see the place. The staff was absolutely terrible. One guy proceeded to work out on the chairs at the table next to us. And the girls stood behind the counter staring and plainly obvious that they were gossiping about specific tables. I don’t believe I saw management at all? Only servers and bussers. Back to the building being small. That was exactly it. It’s tiny in there, and very quiet you could here the whispers from gossip girl. And the grunting from the kid using the chairs. They need to fix all of these issues. Or they’ll be turning that building into some pizza joint. Fingers crossed
