I ended up here as I was staying at the Residence Inn and I just walked over for a late dinner. First clue was that I asked for the buffalo chicken salad and she said they only had grilled chicken for the salad. Which brings to mind many questions. Can they not just cut up tenders? Or even boneless wings?
So i pivoted and got a grilled chicken caesar salad. And look, I should have read these reviews so this is my fault. But let me say here and now that on January 26th, on the 150th anniversary of our nation’s founding, I had the worst chicken caesar salad I have ever had.
To really understand this you need to know that I am 49. And that I eat in airports a lot where oftentimes the only thing to eat is a mealy chicken caesar wrap. I am familiar with mediocre chicken caesar salads. In all forms. This chicken was tougher than Nelson Mandela. They only give you plastic utensils which made this all the more apparent. The rest of the salad looked like it took silver in a speed caesar contest. Just sad lettuce with soft croutons, the devil’s chicken and some drips of dressing.
The funny thing is that all the exterior lights were off, so I thought they were closed. That was God telling me not to enter this place. I should have listened. I’m sorry God.

This place is always so dirty, it smells bad they need to take out the carpet and they leave you waiting for a long time. There’s never anyone in the front, the hostess are rude as well as the servers. The food is room temperature. It’s empty and still they can’t come and sit you down.

Hair in food. Bathroom smelled like every women in town had uses it. Every surfice sticky. You could see food on the booth walls, chairs, table, windows. The tried their best to rectify the hair in my food.
Bufflo Wild Wing Owner…..Google Review equation must be slanted. Looking at the numbers on said review your rate is 2.5. Meaning Sir gesture is kind but your ignoring all the other Reviews as well. Sir you need to address your staffing before someone reports your bussiness to Health Department. You need to fire, doc pay. Reward employee who care about keeping the place that pays them doors open.

Had an amazing time eating here, everyone was kind and got us everything we needed on time. The food was cooked well and we had no problems with our orders. Mia, our server, was very helpful and got my daughter and I everything we ordered on time, the televisions were at the perfect volume and the atmosphere was welcoming. 10/10 experience.

We had a bad experience waiting for an hour and then to find out that we didn’t had a person to attend us. I spoke to the manager and she said that she was sorry for the inconvenience and to wait for the wings because they run out for giving our order to someone else. The manager she never offered anything free for the inconvience. We left hungry and very disappointed cause they have young people that don’t know how to solve problems.

There was a 30+ min wait but our son wanted wings so we decided to wait. We ended up ordering 20 wings and a basket of fries and they took 30+ mins to bring to our table. When it finally arrived the fries were cold and soggy, the wings were cold as well and had barely any sauce on them. Not to mention the man (who was not our waiter) who took our food showed up and said “fries and wings” then proceeded to basically throw the trays on the table. Our waiter took 10 mins to show up to which we told about the cold fries and poorly sauced wings. She took them back and it took another 20 mins to get the order and when it finally got there it seemed as if they only threw sauce on the wings and heated up the fries. We kindly got up and told the waitress we did not want that food and proceeded to pay our drinks (which we did consume, but no refills were ever offered) never going back here. Definitely the worst experience ever!!

I am very disappointed at the food. I order yesterday 20 traditional original Buffalo wings and they were technically dry. No sauce at all. Even with their buy 10 at regular price and get 10 at 50 percent off they’re pricey. I can’t say much about the service because I usually order for pickup and I have minimum interaction with staff. Atmosphere is always crowded for the most part but the restaurant doesn’t look too clean. I think imma have to start checking some other places because the only good thing I care about is the food and honestly lately it hasn’t been good at all. I am attaching a photo of the wings so you can see how dry the wings were.
Is been a week since I followed the owner steps and nobody has emailed me or reached out at all. Not going back to this location.

I can agree it is pretty cold in there after some time I wanted to leave even with a long sleeve on but other then that service was decent but I am currently writing this review because I got food poisoning not sure why. Did the BOGO boneless along with the new cheese and chicken appetizer. Loved the food at first it was great but about 20 minutes after leaving on the drive home I began to feel sick then threw up a few times, woke up in the middle of the night with really sharp pains in my stomach and more vomiting
