My son took me to BWW’s for an early dinner prior to heading downtown to watch an Astros baseball game. We sat ourselves and were handed menus by a non communicative server who refused to exercise any pleasantries. She wasn’t rude but you might as well be if you’re going to put on an unhappy face. My son is a restaurant manager and knows the in and out of restaurant etiquette. He was not pleased. Anyway the wings and fries were good, the atmosphere full of TV’s and hardly anyone there but we felt deserving of better service and weren’t given it.

This place was filthy. The tables were dirty, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable.
The service was horrible and careless. Our food arrived extremely late and cold. After we complained, they took it back and returned it half-warm, clearly just reheated.
The boneless chicken wings were still cold, rubbery, and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for minutes instead of being freshly made. Completely disgusting.
This was a total waste of money and time. One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Do not recommend at all.

Pretty standard, a bit subpar, when it comes to food quality. The signature flavors are on point as usual, however, the wings can be quite dry and chewy. Burgers are okay at best.
Service at this location is quite okay. Not fast but still passable. Staff is helpful, but not so welcoming. There’s definitely room for improvement. Overall satisfactory.

You can hear the females in the kitchen yelling,fighting at each other’s from the lobby complaining about others work ethic, no wonder the food takes for ever to come out. And the heater is either on very high or the a/c don’t work but every time I’m here is always hot. Planning on not coming back here at this location

I absolutely love the Parmesan garlic sauce, the thai curry sauce and traditional wings here! The potato wedges are a must-try too. It can get crowded, so expect a 20-25 minute wait for food. BOGO offer on Tuesdays is a great money saver. Excellent service from welcoming and friendly staff!

Service was fast. We sat at the bar area and our waiter brought our drinks within minutes. The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and I noticed cleaning being done while we ate which is good. LOTS of TVs to watch.

I’ve been coming to this spot regularly, and it never disappoints! The wings are always cooked to perfection crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. What really makes the experience even better is the service. Our server, De’ron, is always incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. He makes sure we’re taken care of every time we visit. Great food, great atmosphere, and outstanding service. Highly recommend!
