Went last night to pickup an online order the time to be ready was at 8:10 got there on time nobody was at the desk when i got there the workers were just walking around nobody caring to come attend me the guy i guess that was supposed to be there looked my way but did not come to help me i had to tell him to come help me using hand gestures he desk there to the desk told him i did online order for Samantha he then looks over at his screen then proceeds to tell me my order is not ready and that it will be a while so i am like OK and sit down to wait he then leaves again and i am there for about 20 minutes waiting still for my order he never came back btw anyways another girl comes over to the desk and i ask her whats going on with my order and she asks for my name again i tell her and she looks over at the cart they have by the registers and sees my order there whole time and i am like yes thats my name so grab the bag it was along with the doordash orders and the guy that was there at first lied to me without caring what kind of service is that??? He lied by stating my order was not ready and that is going to be a while but the bag was there at the wrong section, because why i look at the doordash section when i am not a doordasher????!! So of course it would not come to mind to look in that section so then still there for about another 20 mins!!! Managers come says they cannot refund me for my time wasted i was sitting there like a dumbass waiting they stated they would talk to the worker i doubt it tho looked like they could care less honestly i got home around 9pm imagine almost there for a freaking hour what a mess they need to do better! By the time i got home didnt really feel like eating the food anymore as it was not hot anymore not a happy customer why all because of a workers ruthless decision i paid over $33+ worth of food.

Came here for dinner. The service I received was excellent and the atmosphere here was fun. It was football night, so it was loud, but that was fine. I ordered Asian zing and mango habanero wings. The Asian Zing tasted a little off, but otherwise, the wings were pretty good. I think the prices are definitely steep for what you get, but that seems to be everywhere. They did give me an ice cream for my birthday, so that was quite nice.

Wings were in a pile and didn’t seem to have the right numbers of various flavors after we asked for them to be separated when we ordered. They were overcooked with very little sauce on most of them. Otherwise, service was fine.
Some of the TVs showed very scantily clad women bordering on pornographic. This changed the atmosphere from a family friendly sports bar and wings place to not suitable for kids or even adults that don’t wish to be bombarded with such things.

Arrived on a Tuesday night. The bar had not been bussed at all. I got so frustrated being surrounded by filth for 10-15 minutes that I started bussing things myself to get them out of my way. No one on the staff seemed to care. By the time the bartender came over with my water, I was so frustrated that I just felt like I had to leave. I spoke with the manager, and his excuse that he was on the line in the kitchen helping them out. This place is clearly WOEFULLY understaffed and poorly run.

We order delivery from here often. Oftentimes, the order is accurate. When it isn’t they used to make it right. The last 2 times, they want us to come to the location to get the product they failed to provide. They didn’t provide any alternatives to make the order right. Just excuses about new employees. Although I prefer the food from this location, I will choose an alternative versus gambling on getting my order correct.

I ordered online not long ago and used my reward points for a ultimate nacho and buffalo tots, I said no ranch on the tots and they put ranch on it and on my nachos I barely got any cheese or anything else. Severely disappointed I LOVE Buffalo but I’m just sad. Barely took any bites from my nachos.

I dont know what was up tonight but why did it take an hour and a half to get our food. Tables around us just got up and left because it took so long/ server never came to greet them. Even when it did slow down it took 20 minutes to get to go boxes and the check. On top of that, the last TWO TIMES we came we were sat and a server never greeted our table. Something is definitely wrong with this location. If its short staffed its a management problem.

This Saturday we went to eat first got in there the host told us we would have to sit on the patio however, there was tons of open tables. We had a table of 10 sitting on the patio wasn’t that big of a deal. We were seated ordered drinks drinks took forever to get I get it its busy. Then we ordered we are waiting there is a table of 30 airmen next to us. They walk out with our food give our order to two of the people at the other table. Figure out that we hear its ours they grab it from them and tried to give the plates that the other table touched to us. We rejected it Adreian the Manager proceeds to tell us that he will get this fixed and new food brough out. 2 min later we get our “New Plates” just to find out all they did was take it to the kitchen and swap plates. How I know this is the first plate had salt and vinegar dry rub on the fries and the second plate didn’t but my wings still had some one them plus the food was cold. For a manager being okay at giving plates that came from another table to the correct one without any hesitation is sad. He just acted as if he didn’t care and it shows.

Sat for 20 minutes, multiple employees walked past and never acknowledged us. Poor service every time we come in, sucks that such a popular place has such poor service. This is definately the last time we will try to eat here.
