Suggestion…since this is a wings place, either have paper towels/napkins readily available on each table, or make sure to bring them out with the food. The guy who brought my wings out said he would bring napkins, which he did not. So my food got cold waiting to get the attention of a server on a busy day. Wings require napkins lol

We came to try the $9.99 bottomless appetizers, and overall, everything was just… okay.
To start, our server seemed very inexperienced. Whenever we asked a question, we never got a clear answer—she would talk around it until we eventually gave up and moved on. It wasn’t the best service experience.
The atmosphere didn’t help either. The restaurant was unusually warm for a dining space, and with the dim lighting, it was hard to understand why it felt so stuffy inside.
As for the food, it was just average. We tried all the appetizers: the fried pickles were the biggest letdown—the batter was undercooked and had a strange, gooey texture. The mozzarella sticks were fine but forgettable. The chips and queso were the same—nothing special. We also ordered wings, which were cooked extra well-done as I requested, but still, the flavor was just okay.
Overall, it was a mediocre visit: warm, uncomfortable atmosphere, bland food, and lackluster service.

I came here on the weekday so it was pretty empty, I usually don’t go to this location based on previous experiences that I had here. I came here with a friend for lunch and I actually got the server Sam. She was a wonderful help. She would always check up on us. Make sure that our drinks were Refilled that she came into double check if we were feeling all right with everything on the food and then everything came out great. I felt very intended to and she was very fun easy to talk to. She was really funny. Honestly, didn’t have a really bad experience here really loved it. We’ll be back.

In town for business. Googled this location, it’s the closest to my hotel. Here now. Ordered wings while at the bar. The restaurant is probably 85% empty. The wings were finally delivered. Extremely slow service, the quality of the wings was poor at best. To top it off bartender has a terrible attitude. I literally witnessed a customer come to the bar and ask to cancel his order because it was over 30 minutes since he placed his order and he still had not received the wings. The bartender said “it takes 20 minutes to cook the wings and there are other orders ahead of yours”. As he walked away after canceling his order the bartender said “there are other restaurants that sale wings”. Incredible. In this environment I chose “not” to use my credit card to pay my check, I gave her cash for the exact amount. She closed my check but did not bring me a receipt. I asked for the receipt, she walked from behind the bar to some other area and returned with my receipt, dropping it on the bar. Leaving now, my tip – $0.00!!

Absolutely horrible service! We waited over an hour for our to go order just for the wings to be cold, nasty celery, and no order of fries. We asked for our money back and to cancel the order but were told we couldn’t. There’s absolutely no way I’ll ever step foot into this restaurant again.

First time the pickup line is crazy, kitchen is not well organized, there is a big line to pick up and no one has make a comment on the waiting, more than 15 mins without anyone showing up
Update after 1 hr and 15 mins we got our cold wings. Some other folks that were trying to pick up food were not “lucky” as we were. Only a sorry we cannot do anything kitchen is busy, that’s for sure but the unorganized kitchen is not customers fault

This was my first visit, and I went inside for a take out order. I noticed the restaurant was very clean and lively despite coming in the early afternoon. The staff was attentive and friendly! I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich which came with fries. I’m striving to determine what the best chicken sandwich is in my local area and this was an obvious choice to try. My expectations were high, as the restaurant looked very nice! However I can honestly say that I was disappointed in both the sandwich and the fries. The chicken sandwich was pricier than several of the competitors, costing me just over $11. Despite the price, the size and generosity of the seasoning was not there. Also there was this strange Brown plastic piece in my sandwich- included in one of my pictures. The fries also were nothing to brag about. The fries were very stringy, greasy, and severely lacked seasoning – especially considering the cost. As odd as it sounds, you could place these fries next to McDonald’s french fries, and you really wouldn’t know the difference. My food came out hot but I waited about 25 minutes which seemed long for the order, and that there was only 2 other tables besides me. Ultimately, I’d have to give the Nashville hot chicken sandwich a 6 out of 10 – and this is excluding the piece of plastic I found in my sandwich. Although the chicken sandwich, in my opinion, a great disappointment, I would be happy to try the wings next time.

Ordered ahead of time for pick up. Order was not ready. Waited 35minutes! Only comment from staff “it is a large order”. I don’t care, why then offer the option to order ahead? Place to dine in is completely empty so not sure why kitchen took so long.
