I have never been so disappointed at a Buffalo Wild Wings as I was with this one. Greeter was great we were seated immediately. Dining service was not so great. Chris did more for our table than Steve did. Great job Chris! Food was not as described on the menu. It was a complete disappointment and total waste of $60+. The chicken sandwiches had thin patties like $1 menu at McDonald. The Nashville chicken sandwich was sopping in sauce and the cabbage they put on the sandwich that was described as slaw was far from it. The fries were fantastic! My daughter had the classic chicken sandwich and they didn’t put anything on it when I complained they brought her out a side of lettuce.

I came with low expectations but i was immediately was convinced this is THE best yes best wings restaurant ever. We were immediately seated and the appetizers where amazing it was MY first time eating at a wings place willingly and I was blown away friendly staff and great sound track. Recommend chicken parm melt. Photo was the food I had.

Our first time at this location and it was all great! We have a toddler so he’s a handful at times, but the minute we came in- from the hostess to our waiter and the manager-service was great. Host was very accommodating with our booster chair, our waiter Christopher was so nice, interacting with my toddler and just so polite. The manager came by to check on us as well. Everything was 10/10! Will definitely be back!

OK, I came here with my family and we ordered three burgers french fries and they look like they just kind of pinched the french fries and put it on them by the burger on the plate. Harley had no french fries at all. They wanted you to sit here and pay all this money for this burger meal and there’s hardly nothing to eat. These people have no kind of service for what you’re paying so don’t come here and make you wait freaking almost 30 minutes per damn water. Talk to the waiter just a couple minutes ago and he apologized for giving us a little bit of fries. This is ridiculous. Do not come here.

This location is definitely open !!!! Stopped by to give this location a try . First impression?? Buffalo Wild Wings yall wrong for this . This side of town is growing and growing fast the size of this restaurant seems too small . We took advantage of sitting at the bar to avoid waiting . Our bartender and server Steven was great he was professional, fast, and attentive. The food was great like always at BWW my issue has never been the quality of the food but the service. For some reason it’s hard to get great service at BWW I’ve gone to different locations and my complaints have always been service. I hope this location gets to keep both. We didn’t get our fries till we were almost done with our Wings but I understand it’s the second day opened it’s going to take some time to get this restaurant to fire on all cylinders. I definitely recommend giving this place a try and we’ll definitely comeback.

I am so extremely disappointed with my BWW experience. I was the only one who preferred BWW over Wingstop in my family of five and this is the reason we had only gotten Wingstop for the last two years. My family and I came back from a camping trip hungry and tired and I was able to finally convince them to get BWW hoping to show them which wing place was superior and everything went wrong
1. Our order was about 30 minutes later than when they said our wings would be ready
2. The woman at the front desk said they were running late because of the fries but when we took a bite they were dry hard and cold.
3. Our order of 40 wings and 20 boneless were all messed up as far as the flavors we chose
4. The boneless wings were rock hard, dry and cold just like the fries which were my youngest daughter’s only request. She quietly stopped eating and had a disappointed look on her face and if you are a father you know how heartbreaking it is to watch the youngest one’s face become upset.
It’s unfortunate because I was hoping to show my family a better wing experience but instead I think I’m joining their side and going with Wingstop for our future family meals of wings.

We used DoorDash for our order. And the service was not good. We received our order completely wrong, and the receipt clearly has what we ordered typed on it. Didn’t get the drink, my husband didn’t get his chili on his potato wedges, and i didn’t order tater tots, nor did i get my chips and salsa. This was a huge screw up on the restaurant. The ticket had a place for a quality check name, and no name was there. So due to how wrong our order came to us clearly shows no one checked it for accuracy. Now the food was good, and tasty, but bad service will make me not order again nor go into the restaurant for a dine in. And of course DoorDash refunded the money for the order back to us, but its not DoorDash fault. Do your quality checks on delivery orders before bagging the food. I will think about giving the place another chance with a dine in visit, but I’m done ordering delivery.

The grilled chicken tenders are smaller than the chicken nuggets you get in a McDonalds Happy Meal. The chicken on my wife’s chicken sandwich was about the same size as 2 chicken nuggets. We will definitely not be returning.
