No complaints here. I was very satisfied. I ordered the chicken parm melt (86 marinara) and it was great. We were seated and did not have to wait very long for our server to come greet us. Drinks came quick and the food was brought out in a timely manner. Enjoy eating here!!!

WINGS!! Great Wings! All sorts of sauces. Loud sports bar. TVs everywhere. The Service is great. The atmosphere is perfect for watching the Red River Rivalry. The fries are excellent, the Burgers are too. But the WINGS!! They are extremely well done.

Boy oh boy. The portions have gotten SO small…. We use to come all the time and barely could finish the meal we would SHARE, now it’s barely enough. Part of our order included a large fry and cheese curd, this is unreal how small it is. Sadly won’t be back. But Kayla was a VIP for helping us today though!

This restaurant is… everything but great. Iv been to MANY buffalo’s in the past and this is definitely the worst one yet. Wings were eh. That’s all I have to say. EH. I would’ve rather ate deer ankles, I feel like they would’ve been more scrumptious. Service was also horrid, I think my waitresses name was Jennifer and she wasn’t very friendly to me or my daughter. It wasn’t even that busy and she barely checked on us the entire time. I feel like I could’ve walked out and she wouldn’t even have noticed or cared but I’m not that kind of person. Terrible service from her. There was also a strong stench I would get hit with alot while trying to eat… almost like a decomposing corpse had been sitting in the ceiling rafters for the last decade and everyone who works there has just gotten used to the smell so no one cares. -14/10 experience, I don’t think I will ever return to a buffalo after this.

I did a walk in take out order and the food was awful. The staff was great and I had no trouble with them so I got my food and went home. Right when I got home I opened my to-go bag and saw that the side of regular fries that I had ordered were absolutely rock solid. You can immediately tell they were stale and had been sitting out for over an hour at least. Tried one fry and you would have thought they were a week old just by the crunch…ROCKSOLID. Not only was the quality terrible but charging me almost $4 for a regular side of fries and only giving me less than a cups worth is garbage! Then to top it off I only received 5 wings after ordering the 6 pcs. Paying $15 for this meal is absolutely insane and I wish I would have checked the order before I left. The front staff was awesome but the kitchen needs to step it up. 100% unhappy.

Our waitress only had 3 tables and the service was very poor. The wings were gritty. We asked for forks and after 15 minutes we received them.
We wanted dessert but instead of asking if we wanted anything else she magically reappeared with the check. Surprisingly she reappeared very quickly to get the check back from us.

Got sat down on a Sunday wasn’t that busy. Waited 10-15 minutes no server came to get our order. Two different tables sat after us got served drinks and were placing food orders before anybody came to our table. We left without being served or talked to once. Can’t rate the food because didn’t have the chance to eat before me and my family left. Probably one of the worst experiences we have had in this area service wise ever. We come here often during the week. Won’t be coming in the weekends anymore.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings. I went a few days ago with my husband and was massively disappointed with just about everything. To start things off, my food tasted like maggots and poison. I’ve never taken a bite of a chicken wing and wondered whether or not I was going to live. I tried to tell my waitress (I think her name was ladeena) and requested that it be remade simply because I couldn’t stomach any of it, and she looked at me like I had just asked her if she was fat on purpose or on accident. She gave me an awfully aggressive response, stating that if the food had to be remade I would be charged twice for it. I didn’t feel like arguing with her or being a Karen and grabbing a manager, so we sat for a little longer and tried to eat the experimental meat substance in front of us. Nearly an hour later she finally checked on us for the check. While bringing back our check she gave us the nastiest look then proceeded to disappear for a concerning amount of time with our card. Overall a miserable experience. The place was filled with a magnitude of dirty tables, bad attitudes, poisonous food, and a very miserable staff. If you want to feel like you’re in prison for murder, go ahead and stop by this location!!! They’ll do nothing short of treat you like they want you dead for asking for anything.

I was not greeted by the host the young man walked up and said how many i smiled and said hello 3 he responded booth or table lol clearly he was not in the mood to be there.
The young lady had a good attitude but was clearly overwhelmed, she forgot about a drink and brought out Mac and cheese and tots 11 minutes before my wings…. Why would you bring sides out 11 minutes before food. Then brings order for my dad at a different time and then another 8 minutes until husband’s meal came out. Why bring out food at such different times the point was to eat dinner together. Didn’t come check once on how food was. Also brought his fries 9 minutes before the wings.
Fried pickles literally looked like ONE dill pickle sliced and fried.

We were sat at a dirty table and then waited over half an hour for two orders of wings before we left without being served- no communication from the waitress on why the order would take so long. The thing that made us finally decide it was time to leave was when a table that arrived much later than us was served before us with more food than we ordered. There was no reason for any of this, it was 2pm on a Monday and was not that busy.
