Nobody greets you at the door, there was an employee there but she was just talking to someone else while we stood there for 5 minutes before we decided to seat ourselves. The food was cold, and looked old. Overall the taste of everything was so bad.

My burger had minimal flavor. I ordered the Triple-Bacon Cheese Burger. I would not recommend. It had no flavor, and also was subpar. My wife ordered the Chicken parm melt. She rates a 2/5. It was too cheesy. They add a mozzarella stick in between the sandwich, and an extra layer of cheese melted on the on the chicken. Overall rating, I give it a 2☆.

As soon as we got there I notice one server was mad talking to himself and slaming cabinet doors. Our server took a while to come take our order. Order was received but was wrong after she double checked. Food took a long time to arrive , asked for extra plates it was 5 of us only got 3 plates when we finish eating we received the extra plates. Server not friendly at all. Atleast there’s a whole bunch of screens to watch while you wait.

I’ve always liked this location up until recently, these past couple times have been less desirable than usual. But tonight, ordered a 6 piece bone in Asian zing though UberEats and at least 2 of my wings came NOT plucked… feathers and all. I mean come on, I’m sure they are supposed to come plucked when they receive them in the kitchen, but all it takes is for a kitchen staff to pluck the remaining ones out. It isn’t very appetizing… come on guys, DO BETTER!! This sucks

On our way to visit family for the holidays, we stopped to stay overnight in Richardson, TX. This BWW was right in front of our hotel…& since we love BWW – we decided to go for dinner. When we arrived, there was no host. It took probably 3-4 minutes before someone showed up to seat us. Our waiter came and took our drink order, and appetizer order. He was nice enough, but honestly seemed distracted. There weren’t very many people in the place. We ordered the triple dip appetizer with queso, salsa, and guacamole. Everything tasted delicious. I also ordered a Spicy Margarita, my husband ordered a local craft beer, and our daughter got the lemonade. Our drinks were very good…but her lemonade had a weird taste to it. We later asked for a milk for her Instead. Not once did he offer us water, or asked if we wanted any refills, which was disappointing. I asked for water at one point, but never got any. For our main courses – our daughter went with the chicken strip dinner. That was delicious, and she loved it. He and I shared 10 boneless wings (5 were lemon pepper and 5 were Mango Habanero). They were mediocre. There was SO MUCH breading….& hardly any meat. As far as food goes, that was our biggest complaint about it. The flavor of the wings, however, was wonderful. By the time we were ready for the check, our waiter said he’d be back with it. 25 minutes later, and watching our waiter make his rounds several times, we finally had to ask again. Again – there weren’t many people in there, and only twice on those rounds was he actually taking food to people. The other times, he was just walking around with no stopping. We also asked for another beer for my husband, since we never got refills. He brought the beer and the check together (finally), and upon lookin at the receipt – we’d been charged with two appetizers. Ten minutes later – we got him to come over, and I pointed this out. He blamed some girl, and said he’d be back. He got it fixed, we paid, and left. Overall, the food was decent – but the service was extremely disappointing.

Veterans Beware!!! Bait and Switch!!!
I went here for Veterans Day as it was advertised they were giving veterans 10 free wings and fries. I verified with the server that this was the deal, and so I ordered 10 wings and fries. After I finished, the server brought me the check. The wings were still on the check. I asked her if they were going to be discounted, and she said “that is the discount.” I checked the menu and it was the full menu price. I pointed this out and asked again, and she said “that is the price. It’s already been discounted.” I didn’t want to make a scene, so I just paid the bill and left. I paid full price for my “free” Veterans Day meal!!
Congrats Buffalo Wild Wings. You just lost a customer for life. I’m also posting this around in several veterans groups. Either you offer a veterans a discount or you don’t. Don’t lure people in with false promises and then not follow through. Taking advantage of veterans is awfully low!! You should be ashamed!!

Service was horrible took 20 minutes to get drinks , ice tea brought to table with no ice. Food took 40 minutes after they finally took our order , ordered 10 PC boneless wings and fries it was cold. Wife ordered a classic chicken wrap. She got a buffalo chicken wrap. .I had to ask for my fries. Manager said I’ll take the wings off your tab that was nice of him since I didn’t eat any of them , then took the wrap off the ticket since wife couldn’t eat it grandson hat a triple bacon burger check was 25.00 I think I won’t be back to this location .worst experience I have ever had there. BEWARE

I’ve been coming here for years and it gets progressively worse. Sat down at a not very busy bar and took 5 min to even get acknowledged. Asked for the menu and waited over 15 min and couldn’t even get him to ASK me if I needed anything. Super uninviting attitude and I walked out after 20-25 minutes of NO service in an empty restaurant. I’ve been coming here for years and don’t think i’ll be returning, go to the Lazy Dog across the street, way better atmosphere, food, and drinks.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a favorite of ours, by this was our first time to dine inside this location.
The food was excellent, as usual, and overall the service was good. They seemed short staffed as there were long periods of time between visits from our server.
I saw a drink, the passionfruit NOjito, from the spirit-free section of the happy hour menu. It sounded good, so I ordered that.
When it was delivered, our server said, “here’s your spicy margarita,” and walked away. The glass was rimmed with something that looked like cayenne pepper, and it was floating in the drink.
For health reasons, I’m not supposed to have anything spicy right now, but especially anything pepper-related. When he came back, I showed him on the spirit-free section of the menu that it was the passionfruit NOjito that I wanted. He apologized and said he’d fix it.
When he eventually brought the drink, it didn’t look very passionfruit, but at this point, we were nearly done eating so I just went with it. It was delicious, though I didn’t taste passionfruit.
We were ready to pay our tab, but I’d barely touched the drink, so since this was an alcohol-free drink, I asked for a to-go cup. He said, “that’s not alcohol free. It’s a mojito.”
I showed him on the menu, again, what I’d ordered. He apologized for the mix-up and said he’d adjust the tab to reflect what I’d ordered. I’m not sure he did, since the charge was for $8.49, which seems exorbitant for a drink made with passionfruit juice, mint leaves, lime, and Starry soda, but who knows? We were very ready to leave, so I finished the drink and we headed out.
The drink thing was a minor inconvenience for me, but I couldn’t help but think the situation could have been more detrimental to someone who has worked to maintain sobriety. Fortunately, that wasn’t the case with me, but for the same health reasons as avoiding pepper, alcohol is another thing I try to steer clear of. But it just left me concerned for someone to whom it might have been more worrisome.
Our waiter was very kind, but it seemed he might have had too many tables because it just felt like he wasn’t around much and there were a couple of mix-ups. But at least he was nice.
We only went to this location because we didn’t feel like dealing with Rockwall traffic (it’s the worst), but I’m not sure we will go there again.
Food was good, service was decent, but we were there significantly longer than 2 people at lunch should be and paid a lot for a drink that wasn’t what I’d ordered, so our experience could have been better.

We just got our door dash order. My husband got the bone in Wings and they still had feathers on them….fried feathers. Do you all not clean or even look at the chicken? Edit….to reply to BWW, i will be filing a complaint with the health department, seems like we aren’t the only ones. Seems like there is a hygiene issue in your kitchen. I need a better response than what you gave me. I clicked your link and filled out the form and it said contact door dash. Door Dash didn’t prepare my food. What are you going to do about your kitchen. Someone is going to get sick.
