Okay folks.. I’m a very long-time Buffalo Wild Wings consumer.. I think my first experience was in Ohio, on the University of Cincinnati campus in 1986 or so, some four years after BW3 (Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck) was born in Kent, OH.. But I digress..
I haven’t visited this location in some time.. Being in Iraq for most of 2024 notwithstanding, I kind of let this location slip away due to the age of the restaurant and the dated decor and restrooms..
The recent wall-to-wall remodel and the re-introduction of B-Dub’s signature Hot BBQ wing sauce has brought me in twice in the past 3-4 weeks or so..
On both occasions I visited the bar and have received excellent service and excellent wings!! This newly refreshed location has a much-improved u-shaped bar, new televisions, and an entirely new feel!! The franchisee hit a home run with this!!
Madison has been my primary bartender on both visits but all of the bar staff and even the management have been involved on these two visits..
All in all, I’ll say that if you haven’t been in a while, you should take another look.. This certainly isn’t the “old” Moore B-Dubs!!

So they charged us too much. Tried to call and explain. The person just kept saying the same thing over and over again, which was wrong. Gave up and then when I returned home this was the ‘cookie’ they thought was good enough to give their customers. If I wanted a burnt cookie, I could have baked them at home. The food wasn’t good enough to put up with. Add in the incompetent staff and I don’t see a reason to ever return

Really sucks because I got all the way home just to find out they didn’t put all my order in my bag called up there told him I was on my way. I get up there. Tell the manager or whoever he is that I’m up there to get my fries that they owe me remind you I got the bundle and he brought back a box with a little bit of fries, not enough for the family and they were overdone then he told me he would give me a discount. He would have to do it probably the next day because he couldn’t find out who closed my order out he never refunded any of my money. I won’t be going back by the time when I got to eat my other food it was cold didn’t get no fries because I had to give it to the rest of the family because there wasn’t enough. Won’t be back.

This is now twice that I had to wait practically 45 minutes for food. I ordered to-go order and at 45 minutes wasted. The potato wedges were cold and the burger had sat in the warmer for I don’t know how long.
The communication is unbelievably lacking.

New look was great. Very bright and inviting. We stood at the hostess stand for quite a while before ever being greeted.
The queso almost taste curdled or burnt, the Caribbean jerk sauce taste like pure raw ginger and the boneless wings that were ordered appeared to just have the sauce dumped on them in clumps, not tossed. Even worse, they were lukewarm warm at best. I had the hatch chili burger and it was so sloppy that after one bite, the meat slipped out the other side of the bun and would not stay together at all. Very messy! The wedges taste as if they were refrigerated and reheated in the microwave. Service was ok. I didn’t complain in the restaurant, just paid the tab and left. (Yes I tipped our server… well). Needless to say, we won’t be back anytime soon. Sorry B-dubs but very disappointing experience

Cold food. Server never came back to our table. No drink refilled during the course of our meal. Never asked if we liked our food. We came in we were the only table our server had. Very disappointed.

Buffalo Wild Wings never disappoints! I had the Mango Habanero wings—my absolute favorite—and they were perfectly spicy and flavorful. I also tried the ultimate nachos with fries, and everything was absolutely delicious. Great food, great atmosphere, and amazing service. Can’t wait to come back!

Used to love this place but service and quality has some what declined since they reopened. Food is always a wait and having a server that actually does a decent job is I guess a commodity these days. I was hoping with the rebrand that it would get better but it’s only gotten worse. I’d recommend a wing stop instead.

The bartender was so sweet, I had some dietary restrictions that she went out of her way over and above to make sure that I got what I needed and had a great time!! and seriously this place is huge and the bar section is smoking, which I can take or leave but I thought it was neat

We’re in OKC for a basketball tournament and our team visited this location for lunch. We had a party of 30 and was seated very quickly. Our server, Emily, was awesome! She wasn’t provided any help and took care of us all wonderfully! It did take some time for our food and drinks to arrive, but overall the experience was good.
