Definitely the better Buffalo Wild Wings in NWA. Server was really nice. Unlimited appetizer deal is definitely worth the price. Was glad they were able to follow up on my request to toss the wings in extra sauce. Only reason for a 3 star atmosphere is because Team USA lost to Mexico in the Gold Cup.

I’ve always enjoyed Buffalo Wild Wings — great food, fun environment, and usually solid service. But today completely changed my opinion.
I ordered my usual favorite — boneless wings with habanero sauce — and waited patiently for over 40 minutes. When I finally asked about my order, the staff casually told me the kitchen crew was busy playing games. I gave them another 10 minutes, trying to be understanding, but my food never came.
When I went to the counter to ask again, no one took responsibility — everyone just blamed someone else. Absolutely unacceptable. The manager never came up and apologized….
That was the last straw for me. Never again, Buffalo Wild Wings. If this is how you treat loyal customers, you’ve lost one for good

Food was good, but portions are so small I felt like a disappointed date. Got a sandwich at tasted great for all 4 bites… But just that. Only about four bites. Tray was mostly empty with barely any fries, too. Id recommend what I got if it was worth the price. Food, and an adult drink, both took a bit of a wait, but serviceable time for how packed the place was.

Yes, great selection of wing sauces. Initially they got my wing sauce wrong. They were quick to correct. The beers selection is also decent. The beers are actually very affordable, the wings are less so. Recommended if you are looking for a place to watch a game while getting some drinks and wings and or burgers. Error with paying check which was also corrected fairly quickly. Overall decent, but not the best experience.

After being sat, my family waited for 15-20 minutes while waitresses passed us by. A bigger table got sat after we did and received drinks and order taken. No waitress came by to ask for our drinks, nobody even acknowledged we were there. We got up and left after sitting so long. Lost our business and we will not be back.

The Philly is fantastic and so are the fries and queso. I wish they had a better beer selection though. They basically have what I would call “beginner beer”. They don’t have a single local beer, and that’s what I was hoping for.
Update: I did have a five start review for this place. Pick-up is not good at all. Placed an order online almost an hour in advance, they were 15 minutes late getting it out, and I thought maybe they were busy. She said “You’re the first person in 2 hours” lol. Why wasn’t my order ready on time?! What have you been doing?! I gave you the courtesy of using your online ordering option with an hour heads-up that I was coming. Plus, they left out our dressings for salads. When you plan ahead, select a specific time to pick up food, have two screaming kids in the car, and have to wait well past your pick up time for no reason at all… It’s never a good thing.

I go with my family every Sunday, and the same lady always ends up being our waiter. She’s always looking any where else but at me when ordering. Never asked for refills; always messes up my order “accidentally” never get asked for drinks refills, and she goes around asking her other tables for refills and whatnot; it came to mind that she could be racist due to my family being Hispanic, yet she acts the same just towards us. I didn’t make a scene because I had my baby brothers with me. We spend the total of 100 or so but ofc didn’t tip. When I had to constantly get up to ask for my things at the register?? I was very nice, tried giving her the benefit of doubt.

I am absolutely appalled at this business. First off before I was even finished with my food, which I was going to get a to go box, the waitress which was a much older woman just comes and starts picking up things off of the table, and puts a dirty napkin right in my plate of food that I was going to get a box for. I have NEVER had an experience like that! Needless to say that I didn’t even leave a $1 tip after that! I would never return to that establishment after that!!

I visit this location to watch the PPV UFC fights, and it’s always packed at 9 pm when the main card starts.
The wings are always good to eat. However, the all-American burger and fries I got weren’t that great. The fries were not firm they were limp like old McDonald’s fries.
There is not too much to say about the staff besides they are always really busy in the bar area.

This may be the best Buffalo Wild Wings in NWA. Our server was attentive, patient, and friendly. Food was fast and fresh. The manager came by our table twice to clear plates and check on us. We played trivia and won free food, and they have a great app with rewards too. Bathrooms were also clean. They also have a big outdoor side patio and are in a convenient location in Springdale. We’ll be back.
