This Buffalo Wild Wings location is hands‑down the best I’ve ever been to! The vibe was great, the service was on point, and let’s talk about those nachos—they were huge, loaded, and so delicious. I even had enough to take home for later, which is always a win in my book.
What really stood out to me, though, was the way the staff took care of me. Our server didn’t even blink when I mentioned I have allergies—she immediately offered me the allergen booklet and walked me through it without making me feel like I was a hassle. Plus this was on an insanely busy UFC fight night so I felt extremely impressed by her level of care! That means so much and honestly made me feel completely comfortable eating out, which isn’t always easy when you have dietary restrictions.
I left happy, full, with leftovers, and already planning my next visit. Thank you for making a night out feel so easy and fun!

Came here on a Saturday at 2 pm. The food and atmosphere were standard for BWWs and we enjouly eating the wings. However, when we walked in, we stood at the hostess stand for a good 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The hostess came from the kitchen area looking rather annoyed, asked us how many and proceeded to take us to a table with benches for seating. We have 3 young kids so the table was not ideal. The hostess just set the menus down a walked away. We had to get her attention to see if it would be alright if we could sit at a table with chairs or a both. She looks even more annoyed at this point so we just grabbed our menues and proceeded to sit at one of the many open tables at the time. Once our interaction with the hostess was over, earthing else was fine. A good first impression really sets the tone for customers when they walk into an establishment that is customer service oriented. Unfortunately our first impression was rather subpar.

It was a pick up order. And it took a while to get the food, around an hour which is fine but then when I got the food the bottom bun was 100% mush and the fries were hard and cold. The tots where ok and the wings where hard and cold too. Then they made my drink which I’m a diabetic with regular Pepsi. I usually have a fine time with this location but this time was horrible. I asked to speak with manager twice and both times they hung up the phone after asking me to wait. So not happy.

Service was good and they were not understaffed. The food prep left a lot to be desired and I won’t be going back. Ordered the Buffalo wing pizza and there was maybe 3 slices up wings in the whole crust. There were no blue cheese crumbles and very few of the other toppings. I know food doesn’t always look like the pic but come on! The cook must have saved the toppings for his own pizza.

I am a regular at this location as I love the atmosphere and ability to watch nearly any game I want, and they always get that game on a TV for me. All of the bartenders know me by name and greet me upon arrival by name and pour my beer, most of the time, before I finish sitting down. I love this place.

Just seems to be a hit or miss with much at the Sheerwood location. I order the same thing every time I go. I am able to really compare the inconsistencies. The everything pretzel bites where again over done..sad because when these are done right they are FANTASTIC! The draft beer was flat… not one bubble. Had to return that mess. The burger was way smaller than you would think… but tasty and the wings…. well… they ALWAYS please:) Servers seemed to be unsure of what they were doing there.. in slow slow slow mode. Please buffalo wild wings…. be consistent with your quality of food and service.. if not there are other places we can go.

My lady got a gift card for her birthday so we stopped in for a quick drink and some apps. It was quite busy so we sat at the bar. The bartender was very nice attentive and she knew her stuff. We ordered two tall beers and later went for the sampler that seems to be the go to according to the menu. I will say it was quite tasty and having different choices was really cool. The drinks were slightly high in my opinion because a double shot of fireball was over 12$ and was the size of the normal shots I get elsewhere. Maybe by design I’m thinking. Over all this was a quick stop between shopping but very enjoyable and what you would expect from a big sports bar

We walked in and the server looked at us and kept doing his task for about 10 minutes until he came over to seat us. When we sat down we ordered our drinks and she only came out with one and didn’t even give us a straw. We got our food way before we got our drinks still with no straw. The floors were horrendously dirty and it smelled bad. This place is just not it man!
