There is just absolutely no urgency in this place. Not only did we wait too long at the host stand to be seated, we waited several minutes before someone finally asked if anyone had ever come over. We got some drinks and ordered our food. The food was good and there was a little misunderstanding/non-clarification with some of the food, but no big deal, they made it right. (It did take really longer than it should’ve for our entrees to come out). No check back and then we had to wait to get the check so we just paid cash so we didn’t have to wait anymore.
I wouldn’t have left a review, but this is the exact same thing that happened last time we came here, minus the mix up with the food.
I would also understand if they were busy, but there were max 3 tables there, 4 counting ours.

We had a great dining experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Conway. We ordered the appetizer platter and a salad — both were fantastic. The flavors were spot on, and everything was served fresh and hot. The atmosphere was cool and comfortable, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re in town!

Service was perfectly fine, except that I could hear a manager from the kitchen screaming and cursing out the employees. I have never worked at a restaurant before, but I can’t imagine anyone doing something so bad that they needed to be yelled at like that. The food was fine, and the waitress did a good job, but I don’t think I’ll be bringing my family back because I don’t want them getting the wrong impression about what’s acceptable from your boss. I could tell my waitress had just wiped away tears when she came back to our table to get refills on our drinks and that just left a bad taste in my mouth. It seems the staff might as well join the military with the way they’re being whipped around in there.

Terrible. Server Emma was rude and rushing. As you can see the only thing worth $13 on the trio appetizer was the queso, which had a ridiculous amount of pico in. Lost my appetite. Spent $75-80 in total which WASNT worth it.

We stopped in for a quick bite, and sat at the bar. The bartender Austin greeted us warmly with a great attitude and smile. He was very attentive to our needs and questions. We were inquisitive about some interesting drinks that were being offered. He answered every question with a great smile and attitude. Great job Austin! If you stop here sit at the bar and enjoy the service from a great bartender!

Stormy Was Awesome — Super Sweet and On Point!
Big shoutout to our waitress Stormy — she was awesome from start to finish! Super sweet, fast, and had that great energy that makes you feel welcome. She refilled our drinks before we could even think about asking and let us know the food was taking a minute because it was being made fresh (which it definitely was — came out hot and crazy good). Stormy really went above and beyond, and she definitely deserves some recognition for how amazing she was! If every restaurant had a Stormy, nobody would ever complain about service again!

We’ve eaten here twice while in town. We stopped for lunch in Friday, the wings/ food were really delicious, service was great. Saturday evening for dinner, wings were not as good, they were on the dry side, over cooked. Service was a little off, I’m guessing our server was new, so I’m not counting that against them. I’d give them another go to see if the first visit was the norm or a fluke. I’m thinking Saturday was maybe just a bit off, which happens.

Really bad service, there wasn’t even that much people in the restaurant and the waitresses just decide to ignore me and my friends when we were trying to make another other. They took so long to make 10 boneless wings. I had to stand up and order my food in the front desk. I ordered my wings at 7:58 pm. They took more than 30 minutes to make this order while they served everyone else.

Emily was sweet and attentive, not over baring. The Asian flavor wings were my favorite. Lil heat, Lil sweet. The garlic flavor wings had a tad too much garlic flavor. On Thursday they have buy 1 wing order and get another for half off. Great deal for a take home meal. The reuben was great! Not a traditional reuben, but thier personal twist tasted wonderful. Atmosphere casual and sporty.
