Had to refuse my salad because lettuce was nasty rusty brown. Wings were so salty, couldn’t eat them.
Ate the appetizer, the carrots and celery, had a couple drinks and left hungry.
Really disappointed too.
Update: a week later…..
No one seems to care on site on online.
I know better than to go to another Buffalo Wild Wings. I’m just another sucker.
It’s now December 23rd, 3400 views later… nearly 3 weeks….. And, still Buffalo Wild Wings must not care about the customers that put their trust in them.
I’m being ignored.
Service is too slow. And prices are too high. I paid $18 for wings (no side for free btw that costs an additional $4 for just fries) and when they served it to me they were cold. So I had to box them to reheat at my own house
I can complain about business prices on food but for this location they’re just too slow. Food takes longer than it used to be. On the plus side the staff is kind so if you go and have bad service please don’t be rude. Issues on service could just be bad management
Expensive, poor service, bad food.
My food came out ice cold after being told kitchen was on a wait.
Just assumed that meant my food would be warm still. The whole place was sticky and dirty. Just don’t stop here.
Sat at the bar the service was great.
Typical buffalo wild wings atmosphere for late lunch. Not busy at all.
Several members of our group waited over an hour for their food, and when meals arrived, they were cold. Some guests were served while others were ignored, with no explanation or effort to correct the situation.
The assistant store manager, Steve, was dismissive and unaccommodating when concerns were raised. Rather than addressing the issues or attempting to de-escalate the situation, we were told to contact Jennifer, the store manager, instead of receiving support in the moment. This lack of leadership allowed the situation to worsen.
Our server, Megan, behaved in a hostile and unprofessional manner. She threw take-home containers onto the table and walked away, did not return to provide drink refills, and was argumentative with multiple customers.
Most troubling was the decision to call security, who stood watching us eat. There was no indication that anyone intended not to pay, yet we were treated as if we were suspicious. The presence of security created a hostile and intimidating environment that felt targeted and unnecessary. This treatment appeared rooted in bias rather than behavior.
We are working-class people who came in expecting respectful service. Instead, we were made to feel uncomfortable, watched, and unwelcome. This experience went beyond poor service and reflected a failure to provide equitable, respectful treatment to all customers.
I hope corporate leadership takes this complaint seriously and addresses the management, staffing, and customer service practices at this location.
My wife and daughters visited for lunch. Our waitress was awesome but extremely overloaded. They are clearly short handed. The food was good for the most part. The coleslaw is not that great to me. I love coleslaw but it wasn’t that good. The nachos on the appetizer tray was soggy and not that good, The Buffalo Chicken wrap in my opinion was overpowered by Buffalo sauce. I like Buffalo sauce but too much on this wrap and you can’t taste anything except the sauce. Other than that the rest of the food was good and we had a good time.
Oh man this place has some good food. I brought my sons here for lunch(there first time) and BWW didn’t disappoint. I had the double cheeseburger and honestly this thing is in my top 5 and the onion rings were awesome. My son had the Chicken Quesadilla and loved it. Our waitress was new but she did an awesome job. This maybe our new go to place. Thanks everyone for the time and effort you put into serving good quality food.
