Ordered delivery around 849pm , driver got there order couldn’t be found waited 20 additional minutes ; I called store they told me order was ready , gave grace and understanding . Received order : I was suppose to receive 10 medium buffalo wings and I received 9 with little to no sauce and was given all drums ! I am pregnant and this all I wanted safe to say this frustrated me and I couldn’t take them back to the store due to working! Please do better , I spent my hard own money here in this economy to be let down yet again .

Laughable staff and management. Let me caveat this by saying yes I understand businesses close early on Christmas Eve to support staff to spend time with their families. But, when my family and I are out. Call the restaurant prior to going and are told that they will be open normal hours by the staff that answers the phone. Only to be told upon arrival that they are closing early. It does anger one to some degree. Then when requesting to speak to the management on site. To be met with attitude and have my account discredited because she wanted to state “only two people have been answering the phones.” Well ma’am clearly more than two people answer the phones when we were given the information presented to us. Also, the manager saying we have been posting it for over a two weeks out hours. I’m sorry I don’t follow BWW social media. Nor, were the adjusted times posted on the door see the image below. But, I took my family to an establishment that out right treats their customers better. J. Alexander’s more respectful staff and yes better quality dining. Did it cost more? Yes, but paying overall for a better experience is always worth it.

I spent 80.00 in total for 2 separate orders on a Sunday w this location. On 1 order they forgot my onion rings. On the 2nd order the 3 bacon were burnt and was not edible. The burger had no sauce, nachos were very soggy. The fries on both orders was soggy and cold. We spoke w the manager Christy and she said bc of an hour is why the fries were soggy and nasty.

We have a party of 9 tonight and the service has been terrible. After placing our orders, we were told (about 20 mins later) that there was no burgers left. One of our friends then ordered chicken crispers and after waiting about 20 more mins, was approached and told that they were out of crispers. A restaurant down the street, prior to our coming here due to the later closing time, told us at the door that they were out of basically everything but burgers and pzookies. The server did his best to accommodate us, but management needs to ensure they are stocked and when they aren’t, customers should be notified immediately upon placing the order (or at the door), when items are unavailable. We were celebrating our pastor’s birthday and two people had to leave due to the restaurant’a neglect.

Came here hungry, left with a full understanding of patience. The waiter wasn’t rude, but time moved at a completely different pace here. It took forever to order drinks, get drinks, appetizers, and eventually food. We were there almost two hours with 2 adults and 1 kid… and maybe 3 other tables in the entire place. I’ve had faster service at the DMV.

After a very long stressful day, I ordered delivery. The order was over an hour late. The first drive was unable to pick it up, because it was not ready. The second drive was assured it was the correct order, even through the name on the sack was wrong. The wrap was only chicken, cheese, and sauce. No ranch, lettuce, or tomato. In fact in an order of 15 wings, 1 buffalo wrap, and a salad there was NO RANCH AT ALL. The “salad”, I will share a picture for you, was soggy, wilted, and brown leafs, …. thats it. No cheese, onion, tomato, dressing, nothing. Just old soggy brown lettuce leaves.

Whoever does the music got a really good taste in music! Lol. If you didn’t know they use beef tallow to cook their food so it is healthier and not so greasy. So go try it out! Also on Thursdays they have buy 10 boneless wings get 10 free!
