Its a nice enough place, the kitchen was fast and the food good. The service, maybe its the town, maybe it the generation, but man the service sucks now. I go sir at the bar, its only so busy, it took the bartender over 10 minutes to acknowledge me. No personality, no real interaction, long done eating to get ticket. We recently dined at this establishment, and unfortunately, our experience wasn’t ideal. We waited for what felt like an extended period, roughly an hour and a half, before our meals arrived. Sadly, when the food did come out, it was disappointingly cold and, frankly, undercooked. Hopefully, this feedback helps to improve future service and the quality of the food. We were never checked on by waitress and never got drinks refilled.

My experience with Buffalo Wild Wings tonite was less than satisfactory from my husband having to wait over 20mins after placing a to go order well before arriving to not having our full order and being told we had to bring the full order back”because the manager is going to want to see it” for them to give us wings that were missing, when we arrived back to BWW no manager checked anything ! And to add the cherry on top the modifications that were specified for our burger that was an EXTRA $5 were not met, only 2 patties were on a “triple”cheeseburger burger and the bacon was literally bacon bits! So pissed i decided to spend my money here . Smh

As soon as we walked in, I could tell this was going to be a bad experience. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, yet there wasn’t a server in sight. When someone finally came out, she completely ignored us. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no sense of urgency. Instead, she and another server stood at their register area gossiping for several minutes before finally coming over.
We asked for a booth, and the one we were taken to was filthy. We had to stand there while she cleaned it. After sitting down, we waited another 10 minutes before she came back to even take our drink order. At that point, I told everyone at the table to have their food order ready because it was already clear this wasn’t going to be a smooth visit.
We ordered everything at once, and somehow all three orders were messed up. Two of us ordered wraps, one of them very spicy, and the server gave them to the wrong people. My friend, who absolutely does not eat spicy food, took one bite of my mango habanero wrap and was nearly in tears. Meanwhile, I had already eaten half of hers before realizing the mistake.
We asked for the wrap to be remade, but the server didn’t even bother removing the extra wrap from the bill. At that point, my friend was extremely aggravated and asked for a manager. The manager also took forever to come over because he was busy chatting with another server. When he finally showed up, he removed the extra wrap and closed the bill but didn’t even give us a copy to review or sign.
To top it all off, I went to the men’s restroom before leaving and it was disgusting. There was urine all over the floor, the smell was overwhelming, and the floor was sticky like it hadn’t been mopped in days. The restaurant itself had paper and trash all over the floors from straws and receipts.
This place was a mess from start to finish. Poor service, wrong food, no accountability, and absolutely unacceptable cleanliness. I will not be returning.

We walked into the location and the server who was supposed to seat us made eye contact with us, continued cleaning her area, and then went into the bathroom instead of assisting us. After waiting without being seated, we approached the bar, where the bartender told us we would need to leave because the bar was about to shut down—an hour before the restaurant’s posted closing time. The bartender then went to get the waitress, who eventually came out and attempted to direct us to place a to-go order instead. We explained that we wanted to be seated, which was clear from the beginning, but by that time unnecessary delays had already passed.

Don’t eat here! They are so bad even the managers know better than to come see how your meal was. Our guacamole is straight avacaodo. My chicken tenders are hard as heck! Mac n cheese was cold. Chips are burnt. If I could leave a zero star I would.
