For being a wing place man these wings were disappointing. Extremely dry and the Lemon pepper seasoning was all over the tray but not on the damn wings. Mango habanero was nice and spicy but the dryness of the wing just made it worse. Aside from dryness there was more bone and skin than meat on these wings, I don’t expect jumbo wings like pluckers in Houston but also did not expect chihuahua wings. Also i don’t know how they managed to give us fries crispier than the chips but also half of them soggy. Service was great though! Our server was friendly and attentive. Also good drinks as well!

DO NOT order the chips and dip they give you a little bitty bowl of queso and a ton of chips I guess they expect you to just smash straight up plain chips???
I used to love the fried pickles and if you used to as well DO NOT order them now they are disgusting they changed them into sweet pickles and it threw off the entire recipe. They are gross.
Wings were good as usual but definitely a sad experience.

I ordered takeout and the wait time was absolutely ridiculous. What’s the point of ordering ahead if the food isn’t even close to ready when you show up? I stood around forever while employees kept saying “just a few more minutes,” which clearly wasn’t true. The whole place felt disorganized and nobody seemed to care that customers were waiting way longer than promised. By the time I finally got my order, the experience had already ruined my appetite. If you’re going to offer takeout, at least have the basic courtesy to respect people’s time.

Wow. The recent reviews are not exaggerated. The place was not full on a Friday night. Seated right away. That’s where it went downhill. Sat for 20 minutes before we were acknowledged by our server. Placed the order for everything at 1 time. Drinks and dinner, no appetizer. The drinks came quick. That was it. 45 minutes later, we were getting up to leave when we finally saw our server again and told them we were leaving. They said they’d tell the manager. I’m assuming our server was new. A few minutes later, I got the check for 1 soft drink. Never did see the manager.

Even though it was super busy, our server, Landon was absolutely amazing! He stayed attentive the whole time, made sure we had everything we needed, and kept such a great attitude. The food was delicious. I didn’t like the wait but my family took advantage of that time to bond. Great service and great experience overall!

We went tonight to use a gift card we received for Christmas. Arrived at 7:18pm, said there was a 15-20 min wait. Sure. We can wait, no big deal. They texted my phone barely 12 minutes later. Awesome, that wasn’t bad!
We are seated in a semi dark corner , requested a booster seat or high chair for our 10 month old. Took them 20 minutes to bring one, my husband asked if he could go find one and the lady said no she would do it.
We ordered an app of double onion rings,mozzarella sticks and something new (cauliflower wings). 4 sauces of beer cheese, Hatch queso,southwest ranch and b dubs sauce ,also new. 20 wings with 3 flavors and some fries.
We waited and waited and waited. Finally got our app after 45 minutes and said our food would be right out. The app was barely room temp,only the beer cheese was hot. We munched on it anyways.
We waited and waited and waited. 9:10pm and we still have no food. Our 10 month old is now cranky waiting on his French fries we promised him,and hes ready for bed at this point. I take him outside to load in the car . My husband tells the waitress to cancel our order since it still hasn’t been made. She swore it would be right out, yet again. He paid for our app and two drinks, it was almost $27 bucks for semi warm appetizer and drinks. Unreal, I have never had such a bad experience at any BWW EVER.

We were greeted, seated and had the most amazing waitress “LA” The smash hamburgers were excellent..big, very juicy and perfectly cooked. The shredded chicken wrap was stuffed with tender chicken, lettuce and tomato, jack cheese and your choice of sauce or dry rub. And it did not fall apart while eating it. Our waitress LA kept an eye on our table of 4 and made sure our beverages were topped off and if we needed anything. Be sure and request her. This was my first time at BWW and I will come back! I think the waitress and meal prep staff deserve a big thank you by BWW owner and/or manager because the service they give to patrons determines if return visits occur.

Excuse me if I spell her name wrong but huge shout out to the lovely manager Alaina! She is a gem! She remembered an issue of mine from a few weeks ago and was able to help me when it was convenient for me and I really appreciate that as a busy mom! Food was 10/10! Service was even better!

LA provided the best service experience! She was the sweetest and so patient even with a full section. She made sure our table of 3 was well taken care of. The absolute best! Be sure to ask for her section when you go!

I ordered a 20 piece boneless bundle w fries for carryout and when I got home the fries were so stale I couldn’t bite them. The wings were horrible barely any sauce and overcooked couldn’t even take a good bite. So disappointed of this location
