Went at 8pm on a Monday we entered on patio and sat at a table with 4 of us, there were only two people at another table and the inside was 1/4 of the way full. Side note: plenty of large tables were open inside and all 4 6 seater tables were available on the patio. The hostess came and pulled us from the table and told us to come to the front so they could great us properly and also that we weren’t allowed to sit at the table because there were only 4 of us. They made us walk to the front and asked us what take we preferred, obviously we weren’t allowed to sit at the table we preferred so at that point it didn’t matter. She walked us right back to the patio and sat us next to the table we originally picked. You’d think on a slow Monday it wouldn’t matter and there were plenty of large tables open inside and out for the potential of large parties. The table we originally sat at was empty the entire time we dined. Great job I’ll drive to the north side for better service next time or just go to wing stop they let us sit wherever and have the best ranch!!

I just went to this Buffalo Wild wings. This is the first time I’ve been to this location ,and I will never go back. The order that was given was not what I received when I got my food. For one thing I wanted bone in chicken wings and I received chicken nuggets. They also gave me the wrong flavors, and the worst part is the flavors were not great by a long shot. Also, I spent over $100 at this place, and y’all mess my food up like this. If I could rate this place a negative 1 I would. I will not be going back. P.S. this happened today.

I placed an order, which I had no problems with the food. The service I received however was poor. I placed a to go order and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while 5-6 employees stood behind the counter and did not even acknowledge me. Employees talked, joked, and had casual conversation as if I was not there.

I had a very long day at the hospital with an ill family member. After a long day I needed to sit down and get a quick but tasty meal. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with fries and a watermelon red bull cocktail. All were absolutely delicious and came out of the kitchen within 10 minutes. The waitress was attentive without asking us if we need anything every few minutes. She was always in sight if we would happen to need anything though which was great.

I’m really getting sick of paying these high prices for unfinished served meals. Suppose to be salt and vinegar on the left and wild sauce on the right. This happens every time I come here regardless of the flavor wings.

william was awesome. but the chicken seemed like it sat and dried out under a heat lamp for 10 hours then covered with the sauce of your selection. very very nasty and inedible. its a shame that Domino’s Pizza chicken is better. and what is the deal with being out of everything? really? shut the damn doors if you cant make what you advertise.

Terrble cooks.. The food was a hour late. The burger is the only thing thats hot so that tells me they rushed everything but the burger Then kept the other food under a heat lamp so its all dried an cold. The burger is also a mess an has no seasoning. Im also missing 2 macaroni. Definitely need better leadership in kitchen. Horrible all around
