I am absolutely disgusted with my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings.
Not one. Not two. SEVERAL FEATHERS in EVERY SINGLE WING. I spent over $60 on this order, only to bite into wings that were quite literally still covered in feathers. This wasn’t a tiny stray piece you could overlook — it was multiple full feathers in each wing. It was inedible.
When I brought it to manager’s attention (his name was Daniel), the response somehow made things worse. Instead of a sincere apology and a proper resolution, I was offered a $10 gift certificate (after spending more than $60) and lectured that “all chicken places have feathers,” even naming Popeyes as an example.
That is not an acceptable explanation. I have eaten at countless chicken restaurants and have never once had to pull multiple feathers out of every wing. If that’s the standard being defended, that’s a serious quality control problem.
Between the unsanitary food and the dismissive attitude, this experience was beyond disappointing. I expected basic food preparation standards and professional customer service. I received neither.
I will not be returning.

Can’t say better things about this place then you guys are absolutely phenomenal. My husband and I went in expecting to spend $150 bucks like usual however yesterday we were able to get buy one get one lol that wasn’t really nice treat we played the games while we waited for our food which was so fun I laughed so hard I was definitely disturbing everybody in the restaurant in my apologies. But I was kicking my husband’s butt in that little basketball game LOL I was a little disappointed about the buffalo chicken dip the picture that it has on the menu appeared it to be in a cast iron dish however when we received it it was in a very small side dish that there was no way in the world that that would have equated to if we would have purchased it when we were at the restaurant. That was the only thing that I was a little upset about

At some point we have to care about the customer! WHY WHY WHY do I have to endure dried, OLD chicken WITH feathers!! Nowadays food isnt cheap, service is subpar and food is outrageous! I’m almost convinced that the only thing good here is the SAUCE! Frying chicken wings and leaving them in the basket over hot grease is absurd! If you aren’t doing that, are you frying them at 8am? To pay for chicken and get home and bite into something with the consistency of a CRACKLIN’ is WILD WORK!! Have we negated from FRESHNESS, are we in a position to force customers to just take what- I’m sure the staff wouldnt eat either? I’m sure the Buffalo isnt please, because our household sure isn’t! Just sell sauce or contact the HEALTH DEPARTMENT for hold times, fry times, etc. This isn’t it! $32 for chicken wings cracking. Wheew!!

Ordered through the BWW app, food showed up ruined—fries stone cold, everything soaked from rain. Called to complain, got told it’s DoorDash’s fault since they outsource delivery. I get third parties, but this rep flat-out said BWW doesn’t pay anyone for it, so zero responsibility. The way I see it, it’s your brand, own the damn outcome. Won’t order from this location again.

Our waitress was nice. Took almost an hour to get 20 wings. They were more worried about mobile orders over the people in the restaurant. The waitress never asked for my number for rewards. The to go orders were I and out while people inside waited. If you can’t manage both with ease then dont do both.

I reviewed Buffalo Wild Wings a couple of years back as a 3 star eatery but the atmosphere, freshness of food, quality and service was 5 stars today. Brad aka B-Rad was bartending and waiting tables. Handsdown the best 5 star customer rep in any food establishment. They also remodeled the place to open the space. Food was hot and service times were minimal.

Let’s start with some good… I got a drink within 5 min and the lemon pepper wings were crispy! That’s where the good ends. After getting my first drink at 7:40pm on a Tuesday I didn’t speak or make eye contact with the bartender again until 8:05pm. So 25 min later I got to order food and get a 2nd drink. My thoughts were everyone has an off night. But nope the food came out at 8:37pm. 30 min ticket times on a Tuesday. I would say I’ll give them another chance.
