Let me start off by saying, Alayna our server was super nice, however she didn’t tell us from start what they were out of until after we got our appetizer, which kind of aggravated me a little but she was doing her best.
Now the food, I have no clue who is in the back cooking but they need new hires, and looking at the reviews now, it seems to me it needs to be completely under new ownership or be watched over 24/7 because it took us an hour And a half to get our food and NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE??? What are they doing back there?
I get my food and it’s cold and in very small portions, got the boneless wings which is already small well, I asked for it to be redone (spoke to the manager and she was very sweet around 10pm on Saturday march 7th didn’t get her name)
Alayna did her best but she couldn’t really due much because she wasn’t cooking, and my loaded fries was also a joke.
Well anyways since I spend 110$ on an absolutely garbage experience I will never come here again. I’ve been to so many Buffalo Wild Wings and this has far been the worst experience.
I’ll go to chillis or sum.

My bag was opened, no drink, just my burger and a small container that wasn’t sealed and had what looks like potatoes wedges scraped out of the bottom of the deep fryer. don’t why they expect people to eat hard unidentified food calling it potatoe wedges. Everything tastes awful first time I ordered and the last.

This was my first time visiting this one. Let me tell you, not a very good visit. It was 30 30-minute wait for everything, including appetizers. I always get my appetizers and drinks before my food. All the staff except for one person didn’t have a care in the world about the customers. The one bright spot was a waitress named Kayla Horne. Very polite and positive person. I’d go back just to sit in her section. I might’ve caught them on a bad day but the bad atmosphere is a lot.

I’m not one to leave a bad review, considering I am also a server, but this place is not good. Me, my boyfriend, and our friends went to BWW the other day with high expectations, since the one in my hometown is always good. We get there and wait for about 10 minutes before we are sat, the dining room is practically empty and all of the staff was chatting while we were waiting. After someone sees us they bring us to our table where the host just threw the menus on the table and then asked us what we wanted to drink. (The seats were also dirty) During that time our waitress comes up, we order, and then we wait AN HOUR. There was maybe 3 other tables in the dining room with us, most of which were finishing up. We had come in two hours before they closed, which makes me believe that is a reasonable enough time to bring out food. The food was great, but since the service was so bad it ruined our whole experience. All of our drinks where completely empty the whole time. All the workers were either talking, or cleaning, but refilling a drink is one of the easiest things as a server. Our server never checked on us. We pay, and go to ask for a to go box but she walks off beforehand. It takes her at LEAST 10 minutes to pay because she is talking to her coworker. I am normally the one who chooses the tip on the bill and honestly I have never tipped a server $0 before but I was highly considering it. We will not be returning.

The food is very good I’ll start there. But as far as the location itself they need a whole new crew/management. First time I made a pickup order through the app was on New Year’s Eve and so many things with my order was wrong, my boyfriend called the store the next day (because they were closed by the time we opened the bag), they looked up my order and said they would give me a refund, but as of today I never received it. I got over that and wanted to try this location one more time so me and my boyfriend ordered the chips and dip trio also the hatch queso on 01/13. I got the chips and dip trio but not the hatch queso. My boyfriend gave me the bag I immediately checked because of what happened last time and told him that they forgot the other chips and queso(hatch queso). He told me they went to reprint the ticket and just gave him the chips and said they were out of queso. HOW? Yall literally just gave me queso and now yall are out? Then they told him they couldnt replace the queso for guac cause he didn’t pay for it. So yall didn’t have queso now im only left with more chips because yall “didnt have” queso? I work hard for what I pay for I’m never coming here again because I keep spending hard working money.

My family and I order from here at least twice a week. The service usually is “so so” but my wife likes the place. This particular day, my son places an order. The order was delivered wrong (cheeseburger with no bun), so I went to replace it. They were not helpful nor apologetic about the mix up. They simple offered me just the bun. Based off of this transaction and the unfriendliness of the staff, Buffalo Wild Wings has lost a good customer.

I love Buffalo wild wings.. I really don’t know what was going on with the cooks that night but our food was horrible. The wait staff was unprofessional. Me and my husband waited over 5 minutes and never was asked to be seated. We asked could we get a table. It was Valentine’s Day and we were hungry. Nope they we’re not busy. See enclose picture. So, on Monday I ordered online when I arrived the place was entire empty no a customer no a host, none server. I wait around 7 min until a person came outside I told her about my order. When they gave it to me we notice a side of fries was missing. I had to come back and when we got home, A side of veggies were missing and we were charged for. This time we didn’t want to return for the veggies since we were home already. I understand we all make mistakes i was in the industry. I made mistakes when i was busy. But my order was the only one in the entire restaurant and they didnt have a single customer in the place. No wonder why people dont go anymore to this restaurant. I will suggest Wings Stop. At least they review the order and give you more. Here the side of fries is ver small.
