Ordered a pick up order instead of my food. I got five separate orders of cold french fries called and talked to Amanda. The manager told me that there was nothing that she could do because I have to Get a refund through DoorDash. Pretty unprofessional can’t even offer to remake my food or fix the situation at all just tough luck I guess.

Ordered to go. Entered in gift card & credit card, pressed pay. It did not use the gift card. Asked the lady at the counter about it, & her reply was that I had already paid. I probably did something incorrectly, but I won’t try that again. The service was good, & I had arrived a bit early, and I only had a few minutes wait. Unfortunately though, the wings are dry, almost like a jerky. (One still had large pinfeathers on it.)

Visited Buffalo Wild Wings on 3/14/25 and had a great experience! Food arrived hot out of the kitchen and blew us away. Usually there’s a wait at Buffalo Wild Wings so you should make a reservation, but it wasn’t too busy and we were helped right away.
I ordered the Mac and Cheese burger, and my girlfriend ordered some boneless wings (BBQ Ranch and Orange Chicken).
When we were originally seated, the house host “seated” us at a table meant for 10 people and just put menus on the table and disappeared for 10 minutes while we just stood there confused.
When our waitress came over, she actually seated us, apparently we were allowed to seat ourselves but the host wasn’t clear about that lmao.
Food came out of the kitchen hot and fresh, everything was amazing, restaurant was clean and staff were friendly for the most part.

We waited 24 minutes on a pickup order, told that we were waiting on cheese dip. Cheese dip is microwaved. While waiting, the restaurant was dirty-food all over the tables. There were 3 people eating and all had already been served. One of the four boxes of wings (total: 22 wings) had sauce caked on that looked like it had been sitting in a Casey’s warmer for 16 hours, and somehow the wings were still cold. I could get better wings dumpster diving and they’d still be warmer than our food.

Tried placing an online pickup order for almost $75 worth of food including a tip… Go to checkout and they tried charging my card almost $100 instead! Where is the extra $25 coming from??? Pay close attention when online ordering from here things definitely don’t add up!

The music is way too loud every time I go there. You can’t even have a conversation because it’s too loud.
Burgers, nachos and sandwiches are good. I love the variety of wing sauces. I’m a bit of a wing fan. For me BWW’s wings are usually too rubberery, cold in the middle and need to be cooked differently.
Good selection of beer too.
Just turn down the music and cook better wings.

Our server was extremely rude and unprofessional. I paid with a gift card and cash and when she brought me change I left a different tip at the table. When leaving, our server rudely exclaimed we should “leave a tip next time” before she even checked the table to see if left a cash tip. I think this is extremely rude and unprofessional and should be made aware of.

Mediocre at best. We had 2 orders of fries that went with our wings. Fries were delivered 10 minutes before the rest of the meal. Our wings were wrong – another 10 min wait for the right order. Had a coupon for 25% off – ended up taking $5 off a $60+ order (you do the math). Manager was nice. Food was good when we got it. Paid $3 for a shot of Bloody Mary mix to make a red beer….

Our server was Samuel and he was checking on us often, the food was great, and they didn’t play any songs with cussing on the radio. So over all it was a great experience and even though they were busy we got plenty attention.

We had 4 adults and 12 kids with us today. We had the best service from start to finish. We called ahead by only 5 minutes to let them know we had a large table and they had an area completely ready for us by the time we arrived during on a Saturday at noon. What really made the best impression was our server, Chauncey. He handled all of us with the some of the best customer service I have ever had. He was super quick, efficient and accurate. He was incredibly pleasant and patient with our boisterous table. We appreciated his kindness and the rest of the staff today! Thank you!
