One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Worst service I’ve ever seen. At one point 4 of us waited 20 minutes to get a refill on drinks. By the end of the meal we had 7 empty cups on the edge of our table with empty trays they sat there for half an hour as we had no drinks waiting for the ticket. 100% will not be back

I hate when I order take out and it’s disappointing!! I ordered 15 wings, they all came plain& no sauce, the Mac and cheese was plain and over cooked, hardly even received any fries. But glad I spent almost $50 on celery & carrots. Good thing the manager was super helpful and basically told me it was out of his hands, take it up with doordash. Save your money and just make wings at home!

We ordered our food. The wings come out with no sauce we asked to speak to manager. (Waldo) He said our food was nothing wrong with it. We told him to please leave. As he was walking away he told us we could pay for our meal and leave without eating. So if you you go to the downtown location make sure everything is to your liking because Waldo the manager was rude. One picture is my chicken that had barely sauce and the other had sauce as it should of been.

First time having the cauliflower wings and they were great. I forgot our servers name but I’m sure she’d remember me if you show her this. I left a cheeky little note on the tip slip. Anyway, she was great! Hope she stays dry ❤️

The problem here was the waitress slacked pretty hard. I am use to having a waiter or waitress come by frequently for service. There was 4 tables this day . Myself and my co workers all at some point was like where is she at ? Secondly the food isn’t what is use to be or maybe this is location specific. But definitely didn’t leave this place pleased .

Ordered take out wings. Service was excellent, restrooms could use renovations but it’s the men’s room so it’s ok… The wings were delicious and meaty and full of flavor. There are plenty of TV’s here and plenty of seating of different types from stools to booths to tables. I believe they even have a closed area available should you want that. The prices are reasonable and they provided plenty of napkins. And again the service was top notch, very impressive.

the waitress and service was excellent! my husband ordered the new dorito flavored wings and they were tasty! he also had the mango habenaro (very spicy, but good!) and fries, which were good. i ordered the house sampler and it was exceptional, i enjoyed the variety of appetizers and sauces. the mac n cheese was yummy and for drinks we had a water with lemon and the strawberry lemonade. i would recommend trying the new dorito wings, if you are curious!
