This is my second time to this location and again when we walk in there is only a few tables that have customers so you would think that the servers would come and get you seated. Instead the 3 of them are standing at the bar visiting and it takes making eye contact with one before they acknowledge our party waiting. She takes her time at coming to the front and then says she will be back she has to wipe a table first. Again they have all been at the bar visiting and the one employee is up there eating. We finally get a table which makes us the 4th table of patrons here and still the employees are not in any hurry to co.e ask us what we even want to drink let alone taking an order. We have sat here now 10 minutes and not once has she come to ask for drinks. 2 of the four of us got their drinks finally while the other 2 got ours right before our meal came out. It seems like this store is on the struggle bus. Then the one employee casually sits and eats his dinner behind the bar and makes drinks while he goes back and forth eating.

I see some bad reviews lately, but our experience was very good. The wait time was just a couple of minutes , table was clean, the food was ready in about 10 minutes . They also offered buy 10 get another 10 for free. The food was great. The restaurant was pretty busy, but no complaints at all.

I came for lunch the other day. It was pretty empty and still took a while to get seated and order. The food is excellent as always and our waitress was friendly. I love the buffalo dry rub and the hot sauce.

I don’t know what this store is doing differently, but over the last year or so… wow! What an improvement. Still miss the potato rounds with my wings, but the rest of the food has been delicious our last few visits. Had almost given up on BWW, but we come back to this store for the food and service.

Do not recommend this location at all. Not approachable staff. We made a pretty simple order of wings & chicken sandwiches. The chicken sandwich only needed a sauce on it. Drove back and there was no sauce on the sandwich. Our only options were to refund for only the sauce we didn’t get or drive back and get a new sandwich. We decided to get a new sandwich. While our other food was getting cold, we drove there and the initial person who helped us was not friendly at all. She approached us and just stared. They even had us bring the chicken sandwich back, they didn’t even look at it and she threw it away in front of us. We spoke with the manager and he provided us with 2 freebies (but only after we asked if there were any accommodations), chips & salsa and an order of 6 wings. This isn’t the first time in which they haven’t made the order correctly. We should expect our order to be correct, even if it’s just a single sauce on a sandwich. Very disappointing by the service that they provided with the whole situation, no ounce of friendliness was given.
Update: the sandwich they remade was missing the pickles and the mayo. This is just embarrassing at this point.

Oh gosh if I could give this 0 stars I would. The price I paid was already too much, so was hoping for decent size portions. The chicken and potatoe wedges were tiny! The bbq sauced boneless nugs tasted terrible. Worst bbq flavor I’ve ever had. The French fries tasted like fish… I wish I was joking. I HATE fish and the taste instantly hit me. I was told it could be from dirty old frying oil which grossed me out even more. I only went here because I had a gift card. If I ever get a gift card again I’m giving it to a homeless person!

Just left from here. Me and my husband were seated immediately, and given beverages. We sat for nearly 20 minutes without our order being taken, and this was during the “lunch rush”. The workers were mainly in the kitchen and didn’t seem like they had any sense of urgency. Maybe teach them about how ppl have other things to do during the lunch hours, and that fast/prompt service should be given during these times. I asked a server if they were going to take out order because she was talking to another co worker (and she took the tables order that came in after us). And we just got up a d left. Im sure cooperate would not like giving away free beverages due to the fact we can’t get food. This was our first, AND LAST time eating at this location (sense we didn’t have anything to eat due to lack of urgency). And our menus were covered in grease. ICK! Please wipe/disinfect the menus. Covid is still amongst us, along with herpes….just sad.

I’m not really sure what’s going on with this location, but the last 3 times we have been here our orders have been wrong, they have either been understaffed (or the staff was just hanging around in the back), and the food has been mediocre at best. This isn’t just an isolated incident either. While we were waiting for a table during this most recent visit, we heard 3 people complain about either their to-go orders being wrong, or the to-go orders taking WAY too long. I know one employee was talking about a shift in ownership or management or something of that nature, so whoever that was, definitely needs to get themselves together.

New Year’s Eve stopped for lunch, NEVER AGAIN!! Wings were so small I’ve never seen anything so horrible!! Will NOT EVER go back there! The wedges were great, service was too, food being served NOT SO MUCH!!
