Placed a to-go order, arrived to pick it up. Got home and we were missing the Mac and cheese from one of the kids meals and all of our sauces. My husband went back to the store and asked to speak with a manager as this is not the first time that this has happened. He explained to the manager that this has happened before and the manager admitted that it’s a problem and a commonly missed item. Like what?! If you know it’s a problem then do something to prevent the issue from happening further. My husband had to ask for it to be made fresh since it was now cold. They finally agreed to get a fresh one and offered us one measly coupon (free 6 piece wings with a $10 purchase)…what a joke. Never going to this location again.
To anyone who chooses to get takeout from here, double check your order before you leave as they clearly have an issue with missing items and management does nothing to address it.

I ordered traditional 6 and get 6 free Tuesdays. I got desert heat and original buffalo with ranch and veggies. It was good.

Well we walked in and they weren’t that busy. Maybe 8-9 tables and a couple of folks at the bar. We stood at reception desk for 10 minutes and although the wait staff looked in our direction, no one ever came over. Another gentleman walked in and went to the take out counter. He proceeded to wait as well. 5 min later, we just turned and walked out. Haven’t been to this location in years and now I remember why. Service just outright is terrible. Can’t rate anything else as we never made it past the desk, but that’s a likely indicator of how bad everything else is. We will not be back.

Call in order at 5.:09. They said 20 min. Get there had to wait another 20 min. Finally, at 5:50 when I got my order 20 wings and trio appetizer. But then another 10 minutes to process my gift cards

Got home with our meal for pickup and one of our wings is covered in feathers. I’ve never seen this before and am so surprised. Guess I know they’re using real chicken

My my wrap had like 2 pieces of lettuce and tomato bites the rest was smothered buffalo chicken pieces. Took awhile to get the food too and it was just 2 of us and it wasn’t insanely packed like you’d think. The wedges were seasoned and cooked perfectly though.

It took 20 extra minutes to get my takeout order from the time they told me it would be ready. I ordered in advance. Not to mention we had to stand in a super busy and congested area to wait for our food as they don’t come and find you if you sit down to wait for your food.

Tonight 10-21 my family and I went to eat and honestly had better service at a buffet. We got seated right next to a large group and they were very loud and there was plenty of of seating in the rest of the restaurant. We waited 20 minutes for a waitress to finally come to our table. We received our entrées before our appetizer and the appetizer was cold when we got it. Honestly just annoyed with it. Probably drive to another location from now on.

We ordered dinner from the Bellevue location. Since it was delivery the food was luke warm but kind of expected that. Hubby got the Nashville chicken sandwich and was super disappointed- the flavor just wasn’t there. Buns were soggy, chicken was juicy but bland and the hot peppers/sauce wasn’t spicy at all.
I got the chicken wrap and it was pretty good. Not a fan of their fries at all… super flavorless, even with the lemon pepper seasoning and lord were they dry/hard! The onion rings were good (didn’t get the ranch I ordered but since there wasn’t an upcharge, not a big deal). We both liked the cheese curds.
All in all- not great for the price but not awful either and we’ll definitely try the tator tots instead of fries next time!

Wow has buffalo wild wings changed! We walked in and there was a lot of open seating and the host didn’t even greet us or say anything. She whispered something and I said table for two. She told us it’s a ten minute wait which was odd with 15+ open tables.
Our wings were so small that I’m actually writing a review. There is no meat on them and due to their small size they were dry. Very disappointing. This used to be my favorite wing spot but I don’t think we will be back. They have decreased the size of the ranch cups and we did not get carrots and celery since it was Tuesday wing promo. Not worth the price.
