We had dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings on a weeknight and had a pleasant experience. Our waiter was humorous and added a fun touch to our meal. The service was great, and we felt well taken care of. As for the food, it wasn’t bad, but I think I’d prefer to dine elsewhere next time. Overall, a decent spot if you’re looking for good service and a light-hearted atmosphere.

this happened at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Salina, Kansas. I drove from Mcpherson just to get some wings and paid in cash and by the time I got home, there were no wings at all. I quickly called them and they kept saying “it’s because we had a lot of to go orders.” I even spoke to a “manager” who was no help telling me to take my receipt back and they will either give me the food or a refund but not both and that he can’t do anything without my receipt, even though I told them several times I live in Mcpherson and its over a 30 minute drive. Huge waste of my time!!

Food quality and wait times have fallen off a cliff in the past couple of years. I don’t enjoy taking the family here anymore. The kitchen tossed mild wings in the same pan as the spicier sauce of another order. Not worth talking with management as they are apathetic and unwilling to address issues.

I will NEVER be going to this buffalo wild wings again. To start off, we were never greeted when we arrived to the table where the waiter/waitress stands to take you to your table. After 5-10 minutes of being seated, we were finally asked if we wanted drinks and an appetizer. The drinks arrived shortly after and while we were waiting for our appetizer, it was very noticeable that the staff was not trying at all to make buffalo wild wings feel like a welcoming atmosphere. 10 minutes later we ordered our food and all started wondering where our appetizer was. 10 minutes went by, then 20, then 30 and we almost left. We all decided if the appetizer wasn’t out within the next 15 minutes then we would leave. when the food finally arrived to our table, the entrees were served and we were told that they forgot to put our appetizer order in. They put no effort in to make the situation right or even show that they cared about their customers, one of my worst experiences at a chain restaurant.

Just ordered from Uber, the Uber guy done great and perfect timing, I’m right next to buffalo wild wings, but my wings tasted like they were sitting for several hours! They don’t taste bad I just can’t believe I paid that much for cold wings that tasted old

I had a simple order to pick up. All it was was a drink, pretzels, and queso. After over 20 minutes of waiting I asked one of the servers how my order was going. She went and got her manager. He replied to me, “nobody is making you wait and you can have somebody else take it!” He was a very rude manager. And I’ve heard comments like this from other managers that work here

The last time I went in here it was 1 pm on a Wednesday and we were the only people in the restaurant. The service was horrible most of our food came out wrong. When we asked our she got it fixed so I’ll give them that. The chicken was cold and dry. For us being the only ones in the restaurant I would expect better food

We haven’t been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in years and decided to try it 7 July 24. It’s was terrible! The staff was all over the place our waitress barely talked to us after waiting a long time to place the order. Three tables down the AC was leaking a considerable amount of water onto the tables and floor. They had buckets out but seemed to have give up and just let the water drain off the table onto the floor and bench seats. The wings were luke warm and dry. It was easily the worst wings we have ever had. Needless to say it will probably be another 10 years before I even consider going back. To be fair maybe it was a bad day considering the AC leaking and lack of servers but I would not recommend this to anyone.

I decided to take a friend out to early dinner and introduce them to Buffalo Wild Wings in Salina, KS. I had raved about Cheese Curds with Caramel Sauce Dipping Sauce long enough. I have eaten there many times and frequent fight nights and spend a lot upon doing so. Food was delicious! Did not have Cheese Curds. Server named Cody was courteous, informative, attentive and prompt! All was well, until I needed to use restroom and wash hands. Upon entering bathroom, it was noticably filthy. I then, with urgency needed to relieve myself. I went to first stall and passed due to filth, went to next stall and it was not as bad but still passed to last stall in which I proceeded to settle for due to urgency. I relieved myself upon which discovering that there was no toilet paper; either roll! I then hesitantly scurried to next stall; no toilet paper either! I then proceeded to originally passed over filthiest stall in desperation and horror. Thankfully, there was some toilet paper! I then after which; asked to speak with Manager. Upon greeting him – I stated that I had an issue that needed his immediate attention and that I had no issue with my food or service. I then escorted him to ladies room and walked him through the filth and lack of toilet paper in midst of pandemic and that my experience within was mortifying and unacceptable. He stated that it was unacceptable and that he would address his staff immediately with no apology for my bad experience what-so-ever! I then went back to table to pay bill in full of $49.58 for mid afternoon snacks to introduce friend to place. I also tipped waitress $10.00 and proceeded to leave. I also rechecked restroom to see no change had been made! I then with frustration over the lack of addressing the issue tried to comment on main website my experience and state that despite it all; I will not return to Salina restaurant. A simple apology would have sufficed. I was bumped first attempt for unknown reason? 2nd. Attempt – again filled out comment section and until I attempted to post photos of restroom was bumped again. I then further frustrated called Hotline @ 1-866-704-0777. I was on hold for over 5 minutes. A person named Michelle finally answered and asked how to assist me. I stated that I had a complaint. I was immediately disconnected. I then called back. After approximately 4 minutes on hold, I was disconnected. I attempted a third and final try. I was on hold for 10 minutes before I threw in the towel and decided to post this review with photos and humiliate myself further by this post! I will NEVER return to Salina, Kansas Buffalo Wild Wings again!!! I do NOT want coupon, a call back, etc… I’m done!!!

Great customer service! I happened to have part of my online order wrong, and they immediately corrected it. They offered desserts while I waited and a complimentary side. I’m very happy with how it was meditated, and great food regardless
